This research was motivated by the lack of agility among badminton athletes, especially when defending and attacking in the front, side, and back areas of the court, which often results in losing the shuttlecock. To address this issue, physical conditioning training was conducted using a combination of ladder drills and resistance band training. Ladder drills are a form of jumping exercise with one or two feet across a ladder-shaped rope placed on the floor or ground. Resistance bands are elastic bands used in strength and flexibility training. This training method is divided into two main stages. The first stage includes providing theoretical knowledge and discussion, material delivery, program design, and evaluation. In this stage, participants will receive an in-depth explanation of correct badminton techniques and specific training programs related to physical conditioning training using ladder drills and resistance bands. The second stage is the implementation of physical training practices. This training was conducted by lecturers from the Sports and Health Education Study Program, Faculty of Sport Science and Public Health, Mandalika University of Education on June 3-4, 2025, at the badminton court of the Warna Agung Sports Hall. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih kurangnya kelincahan atlet bulu tangkis, terutama saat bertahan dan menyerang di area depan, samping, dan belakang lapangan, yang sering mengakibatkan kehilangan shuttlecock. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dilakukan pendampingan kondisi fisik menggunakan kombinasi latihan ladder drill dan resistance band. Ladder drill sendiri merupakan bentuk latihan melompat dengan satu atau dua kaki melintasi tali berbentuk tangga yang diletakkan di lantai atau tanah. Resintance band adalah pita elastis yang digunakan dalam latihan kekuatan dan fleksibilitas. Metode pendampingan ini terbagi menjadi dua tahap utama. Tahap pertama meliputi pemberian pengetahuan teori dan diskusi, penyampaian materi, perancangan program, serta evaluasi. Pada tahap ini, peserta akan mendapatkan penjelasan mendalam mengenai teknik bulu tangkis yang benar dan program latihan spesifik yang berkaitan dengan pendampingan kondisi fisik menggunakan ladder drill dan resistance band. Tahap kedua adalah pelaksanaan praktik latihan fisik. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan oleh dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika pada tanggal 3-4 Juni 2025 di lapangan bulu tangkis Gor Warna Agung.

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam menilai derajat kesehatan masyarakat dan keberhasilan pembangunan sektor kesehatan. Salah satu penyebab utama tingginya AKI adalah perdarahan postpartum, yang banyak terjadi pada masa nifas—periode krusial setelah melahirkan. Seksio sesarea (SC) merupakan metode persalinan yang sering digunakan untuk menangani kasus kehamilan risiko tinggi, termasuk fetal distress dan Intrauterine Growth Restriction (IUGR), yang keduanya merupakan kondisi serius yang berdampak pada kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji asuhan kebidanan masa nifas pada Ny. “A” pasca SC dengan indikasi fetal hipoksia dan IUGR di Rumah Sakit Universitas Andalas Padang pada tahun 2025. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan fokus pada identifikasi masalah, penatalaksanaan, serta evaluasi asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan selama masa nifas. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penatalaksanaan yang tepat dan holistik pada masa nifas, termasuk pemantauan kondisi fisik dan psikologis ibu, mampu mencegah komplikasi lanjutan dan meningkatkan pemulihan pascapersalinan. Peran bidan sangat penting dalam memberikan pelayanan profesional, beretika, dan berbasis kompetensi, terutama dalam masa kritis 24 jam pertama pascapersalinan. Kajian ini menekankan pentingnya optimalisasi asuhan kebidanan masa nifas untuk menurunkan AKI dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup ibu pascapersalinan

Advancing technology has enabled the creation of safer and more efficient payment systems, such as mobile application payments via QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). QRIS usage is not only applied in modern markets but has also been implemented in traditional markets. With the adoption of QRIS across various sectors, including traditional markets, it is expected to bring significant changes to transaction patterns that are typically cash-based. Despite its implementation, not all traders in traditional markets adopt QRIS technology due to limited knowledge and understanding of the technology and concerns about the security of digital payments. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze traders' perceptions of QRIS usage in traditional markets. This study will involve a sample of 75 respondents who are staple goods traders in Pucang Anom traditional market in Surabaya. The factors to be examined include ease of use, perceived benefits, credibility, and frequency of use. The results will be analyzed using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. By analyzing these factors, this study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the interest in using QRIS among staple goods traders in Pucang Anom traditional market. It is also hoped that this research will offer insights for policy development and more effective educational strategies to encourage QRIS adoption among traders in traditional markets, especially in the Pucang Anom area of Surabaya.

Premature rupture of membrane (PROM) is one of the abnormalities found in pregnancy. The results find out that Lactobacillus is associated with the reduced risk of premature rupture of membrane (PROM), while Gardnerella, Prevotella, Megasphaera, Ureaplasma and Dialister are associated with the increase risk of PROM. Gardnerella vaginalis, a facultative anaerobic bacterium, is the most common microbe associated with bacterial vaginosis (BV).The research used cross sectional research design with retrospective data collection method. The research included all vaginal swab samples from pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil, Padang. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling, with 31 samples from pregnant women who experienced premature rupture of membranes, complemented with data from electronic/manual medical records. Clinical data collected included complaints such as vaginal discharge. The microbes that cause bacterial vaginosis were examined using Real-Time PCR at the PDRPI Laboratory, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Andalas. Data then were analyzed using the chi-square test, followed by calculation of the Odds Ratio (OR).he results showed no significant association between the presence of G. Vaginalis and vaginal discharge (p = 0.384; OR = 2.67), Based on the analysis, most bacterial vaginosis infections occurred without the evident of clinical manifestations (asymptomatic) which caused to delayed diagnosis and an increased likelihood of cases being inadequately managed.The conclusion of this research shows that there is no significant association between microbes of bacterial vaginosis and manifestation of vaginal discharge in pregnant women. Antenatal care (ANC) interventions should include the development of a routine vaginal infection screening system within ANC services. The National Science Olympiad (OSN) is a national student competition organized by Pusat Prestasi Nasional (Puspresnas) to motivate learning achievement. One of the subjects tested in OSN is mathematics. Students are confronted with non-routine problems with a relatively high level of difficulty when conducting the OSN competition in mathematics. For this reason, it is necessary to train students' problem solving skills so that they have the ability to think at a higher level. This is known as HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill). The purpose of this training activity is to provide the students of MIS ALKHOIROT with the opportunity of preparing well and succeeding in the preliminaries for each level. This training activity was held at MIS AL KHOIROT Pematangsiantar for three days from October 14th to 16th, 2024. Target audience of this activity are 20 representatives of MIS AL KHOIROT students who will also participate in Madrasah Science Competition (KSM) 2025. It's a positive activity. It can motivate the students' enthusiasm and learning achievement. ABSTRAKOlimpiade Sains Nasional (OSN) merupakan sebuah ajang kompetesi siswa secara nasional, yang diselenggarakan oleh Pusat Prestasi Nasional (Puspresnas) dengan tujuan memotivasi prestasi belajar secara nasional. Salah satu bidang uji dalam OSN adalah bidang Matematika. Dalam pelaksanaan kompetisi OSN bidang matematika, siswa dihadapkan pada soal non-rutin dengan tingkat kesulitan yang cukup tinggi. Untuk itu, kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang dimiliki siswa perlu dilatih, sehingga memiliki kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang dikenal dengan HOTS (Higher Order Thingking Skill). Kegiatan pelatihan pemecahan masalah pada soal-soal olimpiade matematika ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada peserta didik di MIS AL KHOIROT agar mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mempersiapkan diri dengan baik dan diharapkan dapat berhasil dibabak penyisihan untuk tiap tingkatannya. Kegitan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di MIS AL KHOIROT Pematangsiantar selama tiga hari dimulai dari tanggal 14 – 16 Oktober 2024. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan ini adalah 20 orang perwakilan siswa/siswi MIS AL KHOIROT yang nantinya juga merupakan peserta Kompetisi Sains Madrasah (KSM) di tahun 2025. Kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan suatu kegiatan positif yang mampu memotivasi semangat dan prestasi belajar siswa.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Helpdesk Services provided by the General Election Commission (KPU) of Bengkulu Province in organizing the 2024 General Election. The primary focus is on the Helpdesk for Political Party Registration and Verification, which utilizes the SIPOL (Political Party Information System) application. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study involved four informants: two key informants and two main informants, selected using purposive sampling. The theoretical framework used refers to Sedarmayanti (2009), which includes four indicators: input, production process, output, and productivity. The findings show that the input in the form of infrastructure and facilities was adequately provided and utilized. The production process followed established procedures, although some technical issues still require improvement. In terms of output, the helpdesk successfully delivered information in a timely, accurate, and transparent manner to election participants and the public. Regarding productivity, the helpdesk team was able to work efficiently and provide satisfaction to its users. Therefore, the Helpdesk Services of KPU Bengkulu Province in the 2024 General Election can be considered effective. This research is expected to contribute as an input for improving the quality of public services, especially in the context of digital-based electoral democracy.

This study aims to develop and analyze a classroom management system using K-Means Clustering at SD Negeri Neglasari 3. The system is designed to group outstanding classes objectively, efficiently, and transparently based on students' academic achievements. The system is designed to streamline the data processing of students in the grouping of elite classes, which currently still relies on manual processes. The system development method used is the waterfall method, consisting of the following stages: Requirement Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance. The system is built using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and the MySQL database. To test the developed system, several methods were used, including black-box testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT), time comparison tests (pre-test and post-test), and the distribution of satisfaction questionnaires to 10 teachers as respondents. The research results showed that black-box testing and User Acceptance Test validation were 100% successful. Additionally, the developed system demonstrated a significant improvement in task completion time efficiency for class grouping, increasing by 80.63% compared to manual methods. The questionnaire responses yielded a score of 4.49 out of 5. Thus, the research findings confirm that the developed system is a valid solution for objectively and efficiently grouping elite classes

Usaha Mikro,Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Kelontong Ibu Wati merupakan salah satu usaha kecil menengah yang bergerak di bidang penjualan produk kebutuhan sehari-hari. Namun, dalam pengembangannya, UMKM ini menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan kurangnya kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memasarkan produknya. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan marketing berbasis website yang dapat membantu UMKM Kelontong Ibu Wati dalam memasarkan produknya secara online. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa pendampingan dengan memaparkan materi menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan langsung praktik dalam penggunaan web. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan monitoring/evaluasi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 12 April 2025, yang juga melibatkan peran dosen, mahasiswa STKOM Tunas Bangsa yang berjumlah 8 orang yaitu 4 dosen dan 4 mahasiswa, serta UMKM Toko Klontong Ibu Wati. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah sebuah sistem e-marketing berbasis website yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan UMKM Kelontong Ibu Wati dalam memasarkan produknya secara online. Dengan adanya sistem ini, UMKM Kelontong Ibu Wati dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan meningkatkan daya saingnya di pasar.

This study aims to describe how the teaching materials related to chemical in the curriculum of the Department of Agro-technology Medan Area University. For the purpose of observation, interviews and giving questionnaires to various stakeholders in the Department of Agro-technology University Medan Area. Results obtained in the form of retribution subjects related to chemistry as much as 7 subjects with a weight of 20 credits or as much as 13.8 % of the total of 145 credits. Those subjects are General Chemistry, Biochemistry Agriculture, Basic Soil Science, Soil Fertility and Fertilizer, Seed Technology, Post-Harvest Technology and Advanced Plantation Crops.
