Abstract

This research was performed on the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak. This research aims to find out: 1) Attitudes of Students Choosing to Enter the Economics Education Study Program FKIP Untan Class of 2022 in Cognitive Aspects, 2) Attitudes of Students Choosing to Enter the Economics Education Study Program FKIP Untan Class of 2022 in Affective Aspects, 3) Attitudes of Students Choosing to Enter Untan FKIP Economic Education Study Program Class of 2022 in Conative Aspects. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type. Data collection used interview and documentation techniques with 8 informants. The results of the study found that the attitudes of 2022 FKIP Untan Economics Education students in the cognitive aspects included: (1) Knowledge, (2) Perspective, (3) Belief. Of these three things, the attitude of students in the cognitive aspect is positive even though for various main reasons in choosing to enter the FKIP Untan economics education study program. The attitude of students of Economics Education FKIP Untan class of 2022 in the affective aspect includes feelings of likes and dislikes, students of economics education FKIP Untan class of 2022 have a feeling of liking choosing to enter this study program supported by their interests, emotional experiences, social perceptions, interpersonal relationships and factors environment. The attitude of students of Economics Education FKIP Untan class of 2022 in the conative aspect has positive behavior even though there are obstacles when carrying out lectures.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family socioeconomic status and learning experience on interest in continuing postgraduate studies. The type of research used is Ex Post Facto research, which is a type of quantitative research conducted after the event or independent variable being studied occurs. The population inthe study were economics education students from the 2020-2023 intake. The number of samples in this study was 111 students with a sampling technique using proportional random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. Hypothesis testing was carried out using t and F tests and processed with SPSS. The results of the partialt test 1). There is no partial influence between family socioeconomic status (X1) on interest in continuing postgraduate studies (Y) with a sig value of 0.468 0.05; 2). There is a partial influence between learning experience and interest in continuing postgraduate studies (X2) on saving behavior (Y) with a sig value of 0.000 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence of family socioeconomic status and learning experience on the interest in continuing postgraduate studies of 0.419 or 41.9% and the remaining 58.1% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Quizalize learning platform in enhancing students' learning motivation in Economics among eleventh-grade students at SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. A total of 68 students participated, with 34 students from class XI-1 assigned to the experimental group and 34 from class XI-4 assigned to the control group. The inquire about utilized a quasiexperimental plan with a nonequivalent control gather structure. Data analysis involved tests of normality, homogeneity, hypothesis testing, and effect size calculation. The posttest effect size analysis yielded a score of 4.985, indicating a very large effect. Furthermore, the independent sample t-test revealed a significant value of 0.018, which is less than 0.05, suggesting a statistically significant difference in learning motivation between students using Quizalize and those taught through conventional methods. It can be concluded that the use of Quizalize significantly influences students' learning motivation in grade XI at SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak.

Abstract

Students who lack financial management expertise have a diminished sense of accountability for handling their own money. By developing self-control in meeting needs and increasing financial literacy, students can handle their finances more effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how self-control and financial literacy affect the financial management of FKIP UNTAN students studying economics education. Multiple linear regression in a quantitative form is the study methodology employed. Active economics education students in the Regular A and PPAPK classes in 2021, 2022, and 2023 served as the data sources, and Google Forms surveys were used to collect the data 125 economics education students from the 2021, 2022, and 2023 classes made up the sample. Heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normalcy are examples of traditional assumption testing. Among the tests used are the F test, t test, and R2 test. Abstract

Pemerintah telah serius mengimplementasikan program-program pendidikan karakter melalui Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK). Namun, degradasi karakter moral masih tetap terjadi dan bahkan mengkawatirkan bagi perkembangan kepribadian dan karakter anak di tingkat usia sekolah. Dugaan kelemahan implementasi program ini, karena masih banyak guru yang belum memahami secara komprehensif pelaksanaan program PPK berbasis kelas yang diamanahkan oleh pemerintah. Berlandaskan pada persoalan ini, maka perlu adanya upaya nyata dari berbagai pihak khususnya Perguruan Tinggi untuk terlibat mensosialisasikan program tersebut pada level sekolah dan masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru-guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) terhadap implementasi program PPK berbasis kelas. Alur pelatihan dilaksanakan sebagai berikut: (1). menyajikan materi mengenai upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui integrasi nilai-nilai karakter pada setiap mata pelajaran; (2). menyajikan materi mengenai upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan manajemen kelas. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini yakni : (1) Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru mengenai upaya mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter dalam setiap mata pelajaran yang dapat dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah: melakukan analisis terhadap Kompetensi Dasar (KD) dan identifikasi terhadap nilai-nilai karakter yang terkandung dalam materi pembelajaran, mendesain Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang mendukung penguatan karakter; (2). Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru untuk melakukan penguatan nilai-nilai karakter peserta didik melalui kegiatan manajemen kelas, yaitu bersama-sama dengan peserta didik guru membuat kesepakatan kelas mengenai kewajiban mendengarkan dan menyimak penjelasan guru, etika mengajukan pertanyaan atau tanggapan, sanksi keterlambatan mengumpulkan tugas, kewajiban saling tolong menolong dalam melaksanakan aktivitas pembelajaran; (3). Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru mengenai kegiatan literasi untuk melakukan penguatan nilai-nilai karakter peserta didik, melalui proses mengintegrasikan ke dalam mata pelajaran dan proses pembelajaran, melibatkan peserta didik dalam kegiatan membaca, menulis, menganalisis suatu tema atau topik dari berbagai sumber, serta menyediakan sumber-sumber informasi seperti buku-buku, surat kabar, dan internet di perpustakaan sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh adversity qoutient secara parsial terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Jurusan PIIS FKIP Untan. Penentuan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis studi pengaruh. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear sederhana dan sampel 80 mahasiswa PIIS secara acak. Adapun variabel bebas(X) yaitu adversity qoutient dan intensi berwirausaha (Y). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa (1) adversity qoutient mahasiswa jurusan PIIS FKIP Untan dikategorikan sangat tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 89,52% ;(2) Intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa jurusan PIIS FKIP Untan dikategorikan sangat tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 89,33%; dan (3) berdasarkan temuan, dapat ditentukan adversity qoutient memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Jurusan PIIS FKIP UNTAN, dengan ketentuan tingkat persentase 61,1%. Sedangkan 38.9 % lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak ditentukan peneliti. Adapun nilai t hitung sebesar 11.073 > 1.1991 t tabel dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0,05

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kemandirian belajar yang dimiliki siswa SMA Negeri 05. Jenis atau bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah informan guru di SMA Negeri 05 Pontianak dan dokumen absensi siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran kemandirian siswa di SMA Negeri 05 Pontianak cukup baik. Dilihat dari kesadaran pada saat kedatangan, ketepatan waktu pengumpulan tugas, kesadaran mengerjakan tugas tanpa arahan dan mencari sendiri sumber materi pembelajaran. Padahal ada beberapa faktor penghambatnya, baik dari dalam seperti bangun kesiangan, maupun dari luar yaitu kehabisan kuota atau hp rusak. Diharapkan kepada guru dan sekolah untuk lebih memperhatikan kemandirian belajar siswa agar tidak mengabaikan tugasnya sebagai siswa. Begitu pula bagi siswa agar merasa mandiri terhadap orang lain, mempunyai inisiatif, sadar tanggung jawab, mempunyai disiplin, mempunyai rasa percaya diri dan mampu mengendalikan diri.

Abstract

The waiter’s role is of great importance in the smooth operation of a restaurant business within the tourism industry. Thus, it is necessary to critically examine the waiter’s performance concerning guest satisfaction in a tourism organization. In the case of this study, a waiter not only performs the role of a waitress but is also tasked to become an ambassador within the sector. Taking Warung Mesari in the context of this study, waiters must display good hospitality in welcoming visitors and introducing and preserving the restaurant’s image. Based on this view, the present study looks at the performance of waiters as a way to contribute to the increament in the number of guests satisfied with the services provided by warung Mesari. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation studies, and observations. This study revealed that: the waiters were able to provide good service and establish good relationships with guests who visited the restaurant; the waiters have done their job successfully; the restaurant has received many positive guest comments from guests; the restaurant also gets repeater guests; and guests who have visited again invite their friends to visit the Warung Mesari restaurant.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study was to find out the followings: 1) the profile of character education during the Economics learning process with an online model of class X Social Sciences at SMA Santun UNTAN (Universitas Tanjungpura), 2) students' affective aspects in economic learning with an online model of class X social science at SMA Santun UNTAN, 3) implementation in developing character values in learning Economics with an online class X IPS model at SMA Santun UNTAN. This research used qualitative research. The researcher interviewed teacher and observed students"™ activity during the Economics class. The results of this study were that students were exposed with the values of religion, honesty, disciplinary values, independence, and responsible character.Keywords : Implementation of character education

Abstract

This study aims to investigate: 1) the level of economic literacy among children from truck driver families in Pontianak, 2) the management of pocket money among children from truck driver families in Pontianak, 3) whether there is a correlation between economic literacy and the management of pocket money among children from truck driver families. A quantitative and causal research approach used in this research. The population under study comprises 110 individuals, with a sample size of 87 respondents, who are truck drivers' children. The research employs random sampling technique for the sample selection. Simple linear regression analysis is used to analyze the data. The research findings indicate: 1) truck drivers children's perspective on economic literacy is included in the high category with a percentage of 79.72%. 2) the management of pocket money for truck driver's children is very high with a percentage of 82.32%. 3) Economic literacy has an influence on the management of pocket money, with the influence of economic literacy on the management of pocket money in truck driver families in Pontianak of 18%. Based on the SPSS 26 calculation, a significance of 0.000 0.05 was obtained, indicating that H0 is rejected and Ha can be accepted. then it can be concluded that is an influence economic literacy on pocket money management for the children of truck driver families in Pontianak.
