Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pendekatan pembelajaran yang tepat dalam pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Wajib Umum Di Perguruan Tinggi untuk mata kuliah Pancasila dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Penelitian dilaksanakan  di dua perguruan tinggi yaitu, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta (UAD) dan di Institut Agama Islam (IAIN) Ponorogo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.  Pengolahan data dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan pengambilan  keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  diperlukan pendekatan pembelajaran yang berbeda di setiap jurusan dalam  Mata Kuliah Wajib Umum di perguruan tinggi. Hal ini dapat di analisis melalui kebutuhan masing-masing jurusan yang terinterpretasi dalam wujud pendekatan pembelajaran berdasarkan titik pandang. Pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat di lakukan antara lain pendekatan kontekstual, konstruktivisme, dan pendekatan open-ended.Analysis of Learning Approaches Compulsory Subjects of Pancasila and Citizenship Education in Higher Education. This study aims to describe how the right learning approach in learning Public Compulsory Courses in Higher Education. The research was conducted at two universities, namely, Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta (UAD) and at the Islamic Religion Institute (IAIN) Ponorogo. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. Data processing is done through reduction, presentation, and decision making. The results of the study show that a different learning approach is needed in each department in the Public Compulsory Course in college. This can be analyzed through the needs of each department interpreted in the form of a learning approach based on the point of view. Learning approaches that can be done include contextual approaches, constructivism, and open-ended approaches

Abstract

The Lampung language is currently facing a decline in daily use among younger generations, raising concerns about its potential endangerment. This study investigates the role of illustrated conversation books as a pedagogical tool to support the revitalisation of the Lampung language, using a sociolinguistic approach that considers learners’ perceptions, motivation, and attitudes toward language preservation. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 102 respondents, with items grouped into three aspects: perceptions of book design, motivation to learn Lampung, and attitudes toward language preservation. The findings indicate that 82.4%–84.3% of respondents agreed that illustrations and attractive visual design improved comprehension, engagement, and enjoyment in learning. Motivation-related responses were moderately positive (67.6%–70.6%), with students expressing pride in learning Lampung but showing a need for broader reinforcement from cultural and social contexts. Attitudes toward preservation were strongly positive, with 91.1% agreeing that illustrated books can be an effective strategy for safeguarding the language, although only 55.9% expressed willingness to teach it to others. These results align with multimedia learning theories and sociolinguistic perspectives on language revitalisation, highlighting the importance of visual pedagogical resources while underscoring the need for community and institutional support. The study concludes that illustrated conversation books can serve as effective entry points for revitalising the Lampung language. The illustrated conversation books serve as a new pedagogical tool for teaching and preserving the Lampung language. This book can also provide a fresh assessment of students’ perceptions, motivation, and attitudes toward learning in Lampung.

Abstract

AbstrakIstilah demokrasi secara singkat didefinisikan sebagai pemerintahan atau kekuasaan dari rakyat, oleh rakyat, dan untuk rakyat. Jika ditinjau dari sudut organisasi, negara demokrasi adalah negara yang diselenggarakan berdasarkan kehendak dan kemauan rakyat, negara demokrasi yaitu negara kedaulatan rakyat. Sedangkan etika memiliki arti: ilmu yang membahas tentang apa yang biasa dilakukan atau ilmu tentang adat kebiasaan; etika dapat juga dijelaskan sebagai “ilmu pengetahuan yang membahas tentang asas-asas akhlak (moral). Adapun visi dari Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan itu sendiri yaitu agar menjadi warga negara yang baik yang memiliki civic knowledge, civic dispositions, serta mempu mengartikulasi civic skills (berkaitan dengan kecakapan intelektual: mengidentifikasi, menggambarkan, menjelaskan, menganalisis, menilai, dan mengambil serta mempertahankan posisi atas suatu isu; dan kecakapan partisipatif: berinteraksi, memantau, dan memengaruhi) dalam kehidupan masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara yang demokratis. Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan diharapkan dapat melahirkan warga negara demokratis yang memiliki kecerdasan, kritis, bertanggung jawab serta partisipatif dalam menghadapi perubahan sabagai akibat dan tantangan globalisasi.Kata kunci: Etika Demokrasi,  Demokrasi Pancasila, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan abstractThe term democracy is briefly defined as the government or power of the people, by the people, and for the people. When viewed from the point of view of the organization, a democratic state is a country organized based on the will and will of the people, a democratic state that is a country of people's sovereignty. While ethics has a meaning: science that discusses what is commonly done or the science of customs; ethics can also be described as "the science of moral principles." The vision of Citizenship Education itself is to be a good citizen who has civic knowledge, civic dispositions, and articulate civic skills (relating to intellectual proficiency: identifying, describing, describing, analyzing, assessing, and taking and maintaining positions on an issue; and participatory skills: interacting, monitoring, and influencing) in the lives of democratic societies, nations, and countries. Citizenship Education is expected to give birth to democratic citizens who have intelligence, critical, responsible and participatory in the face of changes such as the consequences and challenges of globalization.Keywords: Democratic Ethics, Pancasila Democracy, Citizenship Education
