Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan bagian produksi di PT Tuntex Garment Indonesia Cikupa 1 Kecamatan Cikupa Kabupaten Tangerang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder. Dalam metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian lapangan berupa observasi, wawancara dankuesioner serta penelitian kepustakaan. PT Tuntex Garment Indonesia Cikupa 1 Kecamatan Cikupa Kabupaten Tangerang dengan jumlah karyawan bagian produksi berjumlah 771 orang dan 189 orangdiantaranya merupakan populasi yang sesuai dengan kriteria responden yang ditetapkan, dengan metode non probability sampling dan rumus slovin dengan tingkat error 10 persen didapat sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 orang. Instrumen penelitian kemudian diuji dengan uji validitas danreliabilitas. Teknik analisa menggunakan uji korelasi parsial, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi serta uji hipotesis berupa uji t (parsial) dan uji f (simultan). Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pengaruh variabel motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja adalah sebesar 23,4 persen. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara variabel motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT Tuntex Garment Indonesia Cikupa 1 Kecamatan Cikupa Kabupaten Tangerang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh Harga dan Promosi terhadapKeputusan Pembelian pada PT. Vista Bangun Propertindo di Kecamatan Rajeg KabupatenTangerang. Jenis perusahaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis perusahaan jasadalam sektor properti dengan populasi sebanyak 600 dan teknik yang digunakan adalah metodeSampling Incidential sebanyak 100 responden. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian, diperoleh nilaiHubungan antara variable Harga (X1) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) sebesar 0.869 tingkathubungannya sangat kuat. Untuk besarnya nilai pengaruh variable Harga (X1) terhadap KeputusanPembelian (Y) adalah 75,5 persen yang dihasilkan dari uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hubungan antaravariable Promosi (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) sebesar 0,783 tingkat hubungannyakuat. Untuk besarnya nilai pengaruh variable Promosi (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y)adalah 61,3 persen yang dihasilkan dari uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Terdapat pengaruh secarasimultan nilai Hubungan antara variable Harga (X1) dan Promosi (X2) terhadap KeputusanPembelian (Y) sebesar 0,834 tingkat hubungannya sangat kuat. Untuk besarnya nilai pengaruhvariable Harga (X1) dan Promosi (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) adalah sebesar 69,5 persen

Abstract

In the competitive business world today during Pandemic Covid-19, many industries face the flux of rapid change, especially in the Public Health Center. Therefore companies should focus on innovative work behavior (IWB) in order to gain a competitive advantage. This research tested the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on work performance through innovative work behavior as mediating by taking the automotive industry in Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of Public Health Center employees in Indonesia during Pandemic Covid-19. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 1199 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Data collection technique is using questionnaire with likert scale. The result was transformational leadership and organizational climate gave a positive effect and significant on work performance, both directly and through mediating innovative work behavior. Innovative work behavior has a positive effect and significant on work performance. This novel research is proposing a model to build work performance among employees of automotive industry through transformational leadership and organizational climate with organizational learning as mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Quarta Medika Indonesia. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive and associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The analysis shows that work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Quarta Medika Indonesia. Employee performance will increase along with the increase in their motivation level. Work discipline also has a positive and tangible impact on employee work results. Employees who maintain discipline in terms of time, responsibility, and following rules tend to perform better. Companies should improve their motivation programs by providing incentives, recognizing achievements, and providing training and career development. This is important so that employees feel appreciated and motivated at work. Companies need to establish clear and consistent work rules, and show good examples from leaders to build a disciplined work culture. Regular training on the value of discipline should also be held.
