Abstract

Kebutuhan informasi penjualan voucher online (eVouchers Box) berbasis website menjadi salah satu faktor yang sangat penting untuk dapat bersaing secara global pada saat ini, memperluas jaringan pemasaran, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, mempercepat proses transaksi yang pada akhinya meningkatkan penjualan.  Dengan semakin meningkatnya jumlah pengguna smart phone devices yang terkoneksi langsung ke jaringan internet maka pengembangan serta inovasi terhadap aplikasi berbasis website responsive sehingga model bisnis seperti ini bisa di terima oleh pelaku bisnis dan di anggap sangat tepat pada B2B (business to business) dan B2C (business to consumers) yang menghubungkan antara Affiliate dengan Merchant, dan Merchant dengan konsumen, menjadikan pilihan yang tepat. Sistem informasi penjualan voucher online (eVouchers Box) dengan Bahasa pemograman seperti menggunakan PHP framework, Code Igniter, dan YII, yang dirancang untuk memudahkan para merchant yang akan mengelola penjualan serta menyediakan produk secara online melalui back-end dari website ini. Bagi konsumen sistem ini menjadi media yang mempercepat proses pencarian dan informasi penjualan voucher electronic saat ini, mengecek atau mencari harga yang terbaik seperti : akomodasi, Spa, Restaurant, dan activity lainnya serta bisa melakukan pemesanan online dari berbagai tipe smart phone devices yang digunakannya. Pada akhirnya bagi suatu perusahaan sangat mengerti pada hali ini, sistem ini memudahkan suatu manajemen untuk memonitor kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh bagian ecommerce mereka dan memonitor transaksi yang dilakukan oleh konsumen. Melihat dan menimbang dari kebutuhan seperti ini melalui teknologi, sehingga penulis mengiplementasikan kesemuanya dalam satu wadah yang di sebut “eVouchers Box” yang ramah di dalam website dengan nama domain( http://www.evouchersbox.com ), dengan moto “Smart Vouchers Gate Way”

Abstract

Penganan Kering Sengait merupakan salah satu penganan tradisional masyarakat Bali yang banyak diproduksi di Desa Sading sehingga menjadi salah satu ciri khas desa tersebut. Nama lain dari jajanan ini adalah kue Cakar Ayam. Sering kali jajanan ini juga digunakan dalam kegiatan upacara adat di Bali. Bahan dasar dari penganan ini adalah singkong, ubi jalar, dan talas serta gula merah. Jajanan ini memiliki peluang untuk dipasarkan tidak hanya di Bali namun juga di luar pulau Bali. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Bapak I Wayan Sujana dan Ibu Ni Nengah Sutarmi. Kedua mitra berasal dari Banjar Pekandelan, Desa Sading, kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung.Permasalahan utama mitra adalah tempat produksi yang kurang nyaman, kemasan yang kurang baik, proses pemarutan bahan yang lama, dan keinginan mitra untuk memperluas pangsa pasar. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan utama mitra tersebut, maka berdasarkan kesepakatan antara mitra dan pelaksana akan dilaksanakan pelatihan teknik pemasaran, pemberian bantuan alat pengemasan, pemberian desain kemasan yang baik serta pelatihan pengemasan, dan perbaikan tempat kerja. Hasil dari evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan tim dan mitra menyepakati konsep kegiatan pada saat sosialisasi dilaksanakan. Pelatihan kemasan dibantu oleh Rumah Kemasan yang bernaung dibawah Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Denpasar. Mitra memiliki label baru pada kemasan. Produk kedua mitra sudah mulai di pasarkan di Gianyar dan Tabanan. Estimasi perluasan pasar mencapai peningkatan 45% dari pangsa pasar sebelumnya. Produk mitra sudah dipasarkan pada situs e-commerce komersil. Kedua mitra melakukan perbaikan tempat kerja. Sengait dry snack is one of traditional Balinese snacks. These snacks are widely produced in Sading Village. Another name of this snack is the chicken claw pie. This snack is also used in traditional ceremonial activities in Bali. The basic ingredients of this confectionery are cassava, sweet potato, and taro and brown sugar. This snack has the opportunity to be marketed not only in Bali but also outside the island of Bali. Partners in this activity are Mr. I Wayan Sujana and Mrs. Ni Nengah Sutarmi. Both partners are from Banjar Pekandelan, Sading Village, Mengwi Sub-district, Badung Regency. The main issues of partners are the less convenient production sites, poor packaging, the old material process, and the partner's desire to expand market share. To overcome the main problems of the partners, then based on agreement between partner and implementer will be executed marketing technique training, giving aid of packing equipment, giving good packaging design and packing training, and repair work place. The results of the activity evaluation show the team and the partners agreed on the concept of the activity when the socialization was implemented. The packaging training is assisted by Rumah Kemasan which is shelter under Denpasar Industry and Trade Agency. Partner has a new label on the packaging. The products of both partners have started to be marketed in Gianyar and Tabanan. Estimated market expansion reached 45% increase from previous market share. Partner products are already marketed on commercial e-commerce sites. Both partners do workplace improvements.

Abstract

Text processing, which includes sentiment analysis, obviously demands a lot of resources. The extent to which resources are used to promote environmental conservation is directly impacted by code complexity or computational time. Twitter users' responses on the Indonesian Language of religious moderation and tolerance are used to test the model. The phases of doing the research include determining the research's needs, gathering data, text preprocessing (case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming), word weighting with TF/IDF, and classification with Multinomial Naive Bayes (MNB) and Support Vector Machine (SVM), validation, and the last step was calculation of the code complexity and computation time. The validation results showed that the performance of the two models was still low, with an average accuracy of 75.5%. Based on computation time, SVM has a faster computational time than MNB. However, when compared in terms of the code complexity, the Cyclomatic Complexity in both models was the same because both models used existing libraries in Python Interpreter, and the complexity of the libraries cannot be calculated directly. Based on the Raw Metrics, it can be seen that MNB and SVM not significantly different in LOC, LLOC, and SLOC. It was evident that SVM has a greater Halstead Complexity than SVM in all measures when comparing the program code of MNB and SVM. Particularly on programming effort and volume metrics, SVM required more bits to run than an MNB program, and it also required more mental effort to convert a prepared SVM algorithm into a program than an MNB.

Abstract

Oyster mushroom is one of the edible mushrooms. Processed mushrooms in the form of crackers were chosen by partners because there are many in the market that process oyster mushrooms into Crispy Mushrooms. Thus, it is necessary to innovate mushroom-based foods in order to be able to compete in the market. Oyster mushroom crackers produced by partners do not yet have a product name and do not include a label containing the identity of the product. The oyster mushroom crackers are usually marketed on a limited basis by leaving them in stalls around the house or through limited orders. These oyster mushroom crackers are not yet widely known because there is no means of promotion used by partners to introduce their oyster mushroom crackers. Service activities begin with conducting a needs analysis of partner activities in the business of selling oyster mushrooms, providing understanding to partners through counseling / socialization of the importance of having a label as an identity so that it can be identified by consumers. The community service activity is also continued by providing counseling/socialization about online promotion for a small business and then partners will be accompanied in creating an Instagram account as a promotional medium.

Abstract

The sukinah family is indicated by good family health. An understanding of the reproductive health of all family members, especially adolescents and children, is one of the important things in creating a happy and prosperous family. This was the background for reproductive health counseling activities in Nyuhtebel Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency. The participants of this activity were the representatives of each father in Nyuhtebel Village. It was hoped that the mothers participating in the activity would be able to provide early understanding to children about the dangers of free sex and the importance of maintaining reproductive health. The activity took place on July 18, 2022, at the Nyuhtebel Village Office with dr. I Made Purnama Adimerta, SpOG.subsp FER as the Informan. The result of this activity was that participants understand the impact of early sexual intercourse by children and adolescents and how to maintain the reproductive health of all family members, especially women.

Abstract

Domestic violence is a common problem that affects individuals of different ages, social backgrounds, and economic circumstances. This includes a wide range of economic, sexual, emotional, and physical violent behaviors that occur in close relationships, such as marriage or family connections. This counseling activity will be carried out in Tista Village, Tabanan Regency in May 2023. Domestic violence counseling seeks to increase understanding of the psychological impact of domestic violence on people, especially victims and perpetrators of domestic violence, as well as society. The purpose of this outreach is to educate the public, especially victims, about the psychological impact of domestic violence, such as anxiety, grief, PTSD, and other psychological problems. In addition, the public is taught about the need to prevent domestic violence and specific prevention methods to reduce its impact. This outreach initiative seeks to help educate the perpetrators of domestic violence to be able to modify their behavior by explaining the negative psychological implications of their actions. The results of the final observations show that there are still many opportunities for similar activities that are necessary and important to be carried out to reduce the number and impact of domestic violence.

Abstract

The very rapid development of technology should make it easier to provide services to the community. Baturiti Village, Tabanan Regency, for example, the use of technology is now evenly used by all village officials. However, the use of the most basic technology is still inadequate, this can be seen from the way data is processed in terms of using the Microsoft Excel application. Village officials' methods of tidying up tables, grouping data, sorting data and printing work areas still often experience problems. This will certainly have an impact on service times to the community. Based on these problems, it was felt that the service team needed to provide service in the field of information technology, especially training on the use of data processing applications for Baturiti village officials. This service program is aimed at providing additional insight into technological developments, especially regarding the procedures for using data processing applications for Baturiti Village equipment, so that in the future the knowledge gained can help in optimizing services to the community. To test the success of this activity, it was carried out using a Post Test and distributing questionnaires. The results achieved from this activity were that this activity could be completed well, as seen from the enthusiasm of the activity participants. Apart from that, the post test results obtained from 22 training participants obtained an average result of 0.87 which is included in the Very Good category. Apart from the post test results, to obtain improvements for subsequent activities, the implementing team distributed questionnaires which were used to measure the success of this training, where the results of respondents showed very good scores.

Abstract

The phenomenon of fatherlessness in Indonesia is an issue that cannot be ignored, considering the importance of the role of fathers in character formation, emotional well-being, and family economic stability. The figure of the father not only functions as a breadwinner, but also as an educator, role model, and the main supporter in the development of children. Active father involvement contributes to the child's psychological balance, preventing negative impacts such as low self-confidence, difficulties in building social relationships, and an increased risk of mental problems. In addition, the role of men in society also contributes to community strengthening and inclusive social development. This service activity aims to increase public awareness of the importance of the presence and involvement of fathers and men in family and social life. One form of implementation of this program is the organization of a letter writing competition for fathers as a medium of reflection and appreciation. This activity is expected to be able to build collective awareness about the importance of the father figure, strengthen emotional relationships in the family, and encourage the community to appreciate the role of men in various aspects of life. Thus, this activity contributes to building a culture of appreciation for the role of fathers and encourages the active participation of men in forming a more harmonious family and community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction with learning services at the Informatics Study Program of the State Hindu University (UHN) I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa Denpasar in the Odd Semester 2023/2024. The research method used was a survey with 42 respondents from the class of 2023. Data was collected through questionnaires that included aspects of the use of learning technology, the suitability of evaluation materials with course objectives, lecturers' interpersonal relationships, student involvement in research, and lecturers' mastery of cutting-edge issues. The results of the analysis showed that the aspects of the use of media and learning technology, the suitability of exam materials/assignments with course objectives, and the ability of lecturers to interact with students obtained the highest satisfaction score (4.43) and belonged to the category of "Very Satisfied." However, the aspects of student involvement in lecturer research (4.17) and lecturer mastery of cutting-edge issues (4.18) obtained the lowest scores, even though the number means that belonged to the category “Satisfied/Good”. This study recommends increasing student involvement in research and strengthening lecturer competencies related to current issues.

Abstract

This study investigates irrelevancy within multilingual tourism reviews, focusing on how off-topic or ambiguous user-generated content can undermine reliable insight for travelers. A consolidated dataset is constructed by combining a publicly available resource from Kaggle with additional posts acquired from X (formerly Twitter). Each review is manually labeled as relevant or ambiguous to capture instances where the content fails to clearly address travel or hotel-related topics. We employ a multilingual BERT embedding model to encode the diverse language inputs, enriched with a sentiment vector derived via knowledge distillation from twitter-xlm-roberta-base to DistilBERT. A gating mechanism then fuses the semantic and emotional signals, highlighting parts of each review most influenced by user attitudes. The final classification stage involves fine-tuning a BERT-based network to distinguish between unambiguous and ambiguous content. Experimental comparisons with a Monolingual BERT approach and a baseline (multilingual embedding without sentiment) reveal that incorporating sentiment features yields consistent improvements in accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. This outcome underscores the importance of capturing emotional cues to mitigate errors arising from partial dissatisfaction, unclear references, or cultural nuances. From a practical standpoint, the results point to potential applications in automated moderation, improved recommendation systems, and policy guidelines for tourism platforms. Overall, this work demonstrates that sentiment-aware, multilingual models can enhance detection of irrelevancy and ambiguity, fostering more trustworthy and context-rich online review ecosystems in the travel domain.
