Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah di Indonesia, memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan eknomi dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Selain itu, UKM juga memiliki keunggulan lain yaitu memiliki kecepatan inovasi, memiliki fleksibilitas dan biaya operasional yang rendah. Namun dalam perkembangannya, UKM di Indonesia juga mengalami berbagai permasalahan, antara lain hambatan dalam pemasaran yaitu kesulitan memperkenalkan produk-produknya dan memperluas area pemasaran, khususnya dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Internet Marketing. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, telah diselenggarakan Pelatihan Internet Marketing bagi UKM di Kecamatan Lengkong Kota Bandung, yang memperkenalkan peserta pada pengertian, manfaat, metode, strategi, teknik dan lingkungan Internet marketing dengan memanfaatkan Medsos, Blog, Mesin Pencari, Market Place dan Video marketing. Setelah Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan, diharapkan UKM meningkat pengetahuan dan kesadarannya tentang pentingnya Internet Marketing, dan memanfaatkannya dalam pengembangan pemasaran produknya.

Abstract

Abstract: The entry of Covid-19 into Indonesia has caused many people to be affected, for example is delay in many activities and the increasing spread of the virus that affects public panic. One way to prevent the spread of the virus is the vaccination. Vaccination is the process of administering the vaccine that is useful for providing immunity to a certain disease in a person’s body. With vaccination, it will strengthen the community’s immune system. To make it easier for the public, vaccination registration can be done online now. Filling in the data can be done from home, so that it does not cause long queues that allow the risk of new clusters. The public will get proof of registration, which must be screenshots in the form of a barcode accompanied by a queue number and any prerequisites that must be brought when they come to. On the other hand, it will also be easier for health workers to confirm the suitability of the registered data with the person who came for the vaccine. The research used is descriptive research with observational and interview methods. The design of this system using the web with PHP programming language and MySQL database. Keywords: information system; registration; vaccination  Abstrak: Masuknya Covid-19 ke Indonesia menyebabkan banyaknya masyarakat yang terkena dampaknya, contohnya yaitu terhambatnya banyak aktivitas dan meningkatnya penyebaran virus mempengaruhi kepanikan masyarakat. Salah satu cara untuk mencegah penyebaran virus ini adalah dengan melakukan vaksinasi. Vaksinasi adalah proses pemberian vaksin yang berguna untuk memberikan kekebalan terhadap suatu penyakit tertentu ke dalam tubuh seseorang. Dengan adanya vaksinasi, maka akan memperkuat sistem imun masyarakat. Untuk mempermudah masyarakat maka saat ini pendaftaran vaksinasi dapat dilakukan secara online. Pengisian data dapat dilakukan dari rumah, agar tidak menyebabkan antrian panjang yang memungkinkan adanya resiko cluster baru. Masyarakat akan mendapatkan bukti pendaftaran yang harus di screenshoot berupa barcode disertai nomor antrian dan persyaratan apa saja yang wajib dibawa saat akan datang melakukan vaksinasi. Di sisi lain, petugas kesehatan pun akan lebih mudah dalam mengonfirmasi kesesuaian data yang terdaftar dengan orang yang datang melakukan vaksin. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriprif dengan metode observasional dan wawancara. Perancangan sistem ini dilakukan menggunakan web dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Kata Kunci: registrasi; sistem informasi; vaksin

Abstract

Completeness of medical records is vital and important in the BPJS claim process in accordance with what is stated in the practical guidelines for administering and claiming BPJS health facilities. This study aims to design an information system for the completeness of the BPJS Polyclinic claim file at the Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bandung. This study uses a qualitative analysis method with a descriptive approach and waterfall for the design development method. The Waterfall method has a clear flow, so errors can be reduced, and makes project work more detailed. The data collection technique used is by means of observation, interviews, documentation and data analysis. Some of the problems found during the observation were incomplete medical records, the process of analyzing the completeness of medical records was done manually, not reading the diagnosis written by the doctor on the medical resume, the absence of a doctor's signature, and the absence of a photocopy of the patient's identity card, for example a photocopy of ID card and photocopy of BPJS card so that there is a delay in the claim process. Therefore, an information system is needed to support the completeness of medical records so that the BPJS claim process runs correctly and smoothly. The information system that the researcher built helps PMIK in carrying out BPJS claim activities.

Abstract

The research aimed for the inpatient discharge summary information system design completeness at Rumah Sakit X. The research was used qualitative methode with descriptive approach. Software development used waterfall method. From the result research the problems are: (1). There was a the inpatient medical resume as not complet. (2). Process of checking the completeness and preparing reports still done manually, that is data patient repeated written using Microsoft excel. The suggestion in this research are : (1). Having a socialization to all health officers about filling medical resume. (2). Design information system of the inpatient medical information system design completeness that more effective and efficient to operate.

Abstract

This research the medical record activities which has an influence on the quality medical services in hospitals are data processing, especially in making disease indexes and actions. In indexing activities at the Rumah Sakit Umum Pakuwon, processing inpatient disease index data has been computerized and integrated at SIMRS, but inputting disease index data is still done by pulling patient disease diagnosis data one by one into Microsoft Excel from SIMRS. So that the data input takes a long time and the patient's disease index cannot be processed as a whole into a report. This research aims to produce design of a disease index information system for inpatients using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the software. The waterfall method was chosen to be the method applied in this research. In this research can result in system development for the patient disease index that already exists at the Rumah Sakit Umum Pakuwon into an information system that is more processed and more integrated with SIMRS, making it easier for officers to collect patient disease data as a whole, and making patient disease index reports can also be used done to the maximum.

Abstract

Heart disease is one of the deadliest diseases in and is the number one killer in the world so many studies are carried out to contribute to predicting a person's heart disease. This study aims to help create an early heart disease prediction model from the UCI Machine Learning Repository dataset. The method proposed in this study is a deep learning technique that applies an artificial neural network algorithm with a hidden layer technique in making a heart disease prediction model. This research stage found problems in improving the accuracy of the datasets used by dealing with problems in pre-processing data, such as missing data and determining the form of data correlation. The model was then tested through a heart disease dataset and yielded 90% accuracy. With the creation of this prediction model with python programming, it is hoped that in addition to helping to make disease predictions, it can also provide further innovations in data science in the health sector.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to use object-oriented programming to develop an insurance patient visit information system. A qualitative research strategy with a descriptive focus was adopted in this study. A qualitative research strategy with a descriptive focus was adopted in this study. Both observation and a literature review are employed as the data-gathering techniques. Software modeling is done using the Unified Modeling Language and the v-model software development process. The issues identified are as follows: reporting insurance patients is only sometimes ideal, and Delays frequently occur when insurance patient final reports are submitted. The creation of more effective information systems and the use of information technology to create accounts to make them simpler and ensure that the final report of insurance patient visits is not delayed are suggestions made.

The reporting system in medical record computerized was implemented in the Hospital X being limited in terms of the process of reporting morbidity kodefikasi disease is still being processed using Microsoft Excel resulting in a lack of efficiency reporting the need either, monthly period, semester period and year period. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the constraints, designing, and assist in the process of preparing the budget realization report using Microsoft Visual Basic.Net Programming language. The method used in this study of descriptive and qualitative methods development of the V-Model and engineering data collection through the method of observation and interviews. From the research finding some problem, including 1) The input data is still done manually by only using Microsoft Excel, so that the process of drafting the report realization of the less efficient 2) There are no special systems in the preparation of the report realization of the budget Therefore, the author of designing information system accounting the report realization of the budget programming Microsoft Visual Basic.Net by using the Microsoft Access. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pelayanan kesehatan dalam  perkembangannya semakin meningkatkan kinerjanya untuk mencapai pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu. Selain itu, masyarakat menuntut rumah sakit atau fasilitas kesehatan harus dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang terkait dengan kebutuhan pasien harus dapat dilayani oleh rumah sakit  secara mudah, cepat, akurat, dengan biaya terjangkau. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem Informasi Retensi Rawat Jalan yang sedang berjalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Bina Sehat Bandung, mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi, serta bagaimana cara mengatasi  permasalahan retensi di Rumah Sakit Umum Bina Sehat. Metode: Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan metode perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode terstruktur dengan pemodelan DFD (Data Flow Diagram) yang diimplementasikan dengan mysql  sebagai database-nya. Sementara itu model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Waterfall. Hasil: Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ternyata yang menjadi faktor permasalahan yaitu proses pengolahan data retensi masih menggunakan manual dengan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft office serta pembuatan laporan menjadi lebih lambat. Kesimpulan: Dalam perancangan sistem informasi retensi rekam medis rawat jalan penulis mengimplementasikannya pada aplikasi Php dan database Mysql, sehingga sistem ini memiliki penyimpanan data yang lebih aman dan mudah untuk pencarian data serta mudah mudah untuk mendapatkan laporan-laporan yang diperlukan rumah sakit.
