Abstract

Breast cancer is the second largest number of cancer cases in Indonesia, after cervical cancer. The growth of these cancer cells can be prevented with compounds Pentagamavunon-0 (PGV-0) and Pentagamavunon-1 (PGV-1). This compound is an analog of curcumin compounds that have anti breast cancer activity. Modeling the structure of compound PGV-0 and PGV-1 through computational chemistry methods Ab-initio HF/4-31G could be used to predict the geometry and structure elucidation spectra associated with pharmacological activity such as anticancer compounds theoretically.This research involves modeling the structures and spectra prediction calculation compounds PGV-0 and PGV-1 by computational chemistry methods Ab-initio HF/4-31G, using Gaussian03W. The result using Ab-initio HF/4-31G method then compared with data from experimental geometry and the results of calculations with AM1.The results showed that computational chemistry methods Ab-initio HF/4-31G calculations give better results for modeling the structure compared semiempirik method AM1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan bentuk perjanjian kerja antara pekerja freelance dan pekerja tetap serta mengidentifikasi tantangan hukum yang dihadapi oleh pekerja freelance dalam sistem ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-komparatif, menelaah norma hukum dalam Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dan peraturan pelaksananya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja tetap terikat melalui PKWTT atau PKWT yang diatur rinci secara formal, sedangkan pekerja freelance umumnya menggunakan perjanjian berbasis proyek yang mengacu pada asas kebebasan berkontrak dalam KUH Perdata. Kesimpulannya, terdapat kesenjangan perlindungan hukum yang signifikan di mana pekerja freelance tidak memiliki hak normatif otomatis seperti jaminan sosial dan pesangon karena statusnya yang sering kali tidak memenuhi unsur hubungan kerja formal. Diperlukan pembaruan regulasi yang adaptif untuk melindungi pekerja di era digital.

Abstract

This study focuses on 3 main aspects of the implementation of ecotourism development policies in Gombengsari Village, Banyuwangi Regency. This research limits the implementation study before the Covid 19 pandemic. From the theoretical aspect, this study uses Edward III's theory as the main reference theory and ecotourism theory. This research uses qualitative-descriptive research methods. Primary data sources are interview results and secondary data sources are documents. data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman data analysis. The results obtained show that there are several obstacles such as the absence of monitoring and evaluation of training programs by Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata of Banyuwangi Regency and low operational budgets in regional tourism development. But in general, the implementation that occurs is good, manifested in the form of tourism development in both tourist destinations and tourism support industries.
