Abstract

This study examines consumer perceptions of products containing natural ingredients using the theory of planned behavior as a theoretical basis. As an antecedent of Attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control were examined. This study used price fairness and ease of use as the indicators. The online survey was conducted using the Google Forms platform, involving residents in five major Indonesian cities: Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, Medan, and Makassar. Overall, 305 respondents participated. Valid observations were collected for further analysis. The analysis technique for this research used a structural equation model. based on maximum likelihood to test the research hypothesis and found that price fairness and ease of use have a positive effect on attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. In addition, intention to use is positively influenced by attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. behavioral control. This study contributes to the literature by demonstrating the explanatory power of behavioral control theory. planned in the context of natural medicinal products from the perspective of Indonesian society.

Abstract

This study aims to examine a transformational educational leadership system, especially in SD Muhammadiyah Condong Catur where by knowing how transformational educational leadership is, we will understand better if one day when we become a leader in a certain institution. Transformative leadership leadership model is a model pattern of leaders who have the power to influence their subordinates in certain ways. Subordinates feel very trust, loyal and respect towards their leader. Leaders really need to have the ability or expertise to take or determine actions to achieve the goals to be achieved together. This research method uses qualitative research methods, namely research methods based on literature by collecting various literature sourced from various journals, books, and various other sources to make it easier to conduct research on transformative educational leadership in schools in order to improve and develop teacher and student performance. After making references, then analyzing the collected data by reconstructing it so that it becomes a new concept by using content analysis that prioritizes the quality and validity of the data. This study uses the method of social rules in which there is a narrative in its presentation. Meanwhile, the evidence from the incident was taken from the field directly for observation so that the results were more accurate. Our research shows that transformational leadership from time to time has undergone very significant changes, especially in the current era of globalization.

Abstract

Pencapaian tujuan serta kemajuan organisasi sangat bergantung pada keterlibatan peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Sejumlah penelitian empiris telah menunjukkan bahwa "kesesuaian pekerjaan orang" dan "kesesuaian organisasi orang" secara signifikan memengaruhi kebahagiaan dan kinerja kerja. Mengkaji fungsi kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator sejauh mana kinerja seseorang dipengaruhi oleh kesesuaian mereka dengan organisasi dan pekerjaan mereka di Direktorat Jenderal Pengelolaan Ruang Laut menjadi tujuan dari penelitian kuantitatif ini. Melalui penggunaan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0, 195 pekerja dijadikan sampel menggunakan strategi purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data juga digunakan. Menurut temuan penelitian ini, kesesuaian organisasi orang memiliki dampak besar pada produktivitas pekerja, namun kesesuaian pekerjaan orang tidak berpengaruh nyata. Penelitian ini menemukan hubungan substansial antara Kesesuaian Pekerjaan Karyawan dan Kesesuaian Manajemen kinerja, dengan kepuasan dalam pekerjaan seseorang berfungsi sebagai variabel intervensi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak implementasi pembayaran non-tunai terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan Pendapatan Negara Non-Pajak (PNBP) oleh Bendahara Penerima Pendapatan di misi diplomatik Indonesia, serta kontribusinya terhadap transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan Bendahara Penerima Pendapatan dan warga negara Indonesia (WNI) sebagai pengguna layanan di KBRI Singapura, KBRI Kuala Lumpur, KBRI London, dan KJRI Guangzhou. Data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, termasuk pengumpulan data, kondensasi, tampilan, dan verifikasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pembayaran non-tunai meningkatkan efektivitas melalui transaksi yang lebih cepat, pelaporan yang lebih sederhana, peningkatan akurasi pencatatan, dan penguatan pemantauan dan rekonsiliasi secara real-time. Transparansi dan akuntabilitas diperkuat karena semua transaksi menghasilkan jejak digital yang dapat dilacak dan diaudit. Inovasi seperti kode transaksi unik, sistem multi-vendor, mesin EDC, dan internet banking mendukung prinsip nilai uang. Terlepas dari tantangan literasi teknis dan digital, perbaikan berkelanjutan telah memperkuat implementasi. Secara keseluruhan, digitalisasi pembayaran PNBP meningkatkan kualitas tata kelola dan kepercayaan publik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze market behavior in the insurance, guarantee, and pension fund sectors in Indonesia through a strategic marketing approach. These three sectors play a crucial role in the national financial system, yet face challenges in terms of market penetration, consumer trust, and adaptation to changing consumer behavior. Using descriptive qualitative methods and literature review, this study examines how industry players design and implement marketing strategies to address domestic market dynamics. Three grand theories are used in this study: the Resource-Based View (RBV) (Barney, 1991), Porter's Five Forces (Porter, 1980), and Diffusion of Innovations (Rogers, 2003). The results indicate that digital integration, personalized service approaches, and increased financial literacy are key factors in shaping consumer behavior and strengthening competitiveness. This study also highlights the importance of collaboration between regulators and industry players in creating a sustainable marketing ecosystem. The strategic implications of these findings provide guidance for policymakers and practitioners in formulating more effective strategies amidst the ever-evolving financial industry landscape.
