The fisheries sector has a very important role for the people in Rokan Hilir Regency in driving their economy. Therefore, the fishery potential that is owned must be utilized as much as possible for the welfare of the community. This research was conducted in March 2022. The method used is the survey method. This study aims to analyze the superior marine fishery agroindustry products in Rokan Hilir Regency and determine the internal and external factors of the marine capture fisheries agroindustry as well as alternative strategies for developing marine capture fisheries agroindustry in Rokan Hilir District. The results of the AHP analysis showed that the results of the weighting and scoring of several types of commodities and post-harvest technology used were known that the superior marine fishery agroindustry products in Rokan Hilir Regency were processed products derived from shrimp raw materials. While the results of the SWOT analysis concluded that the position of the marine fisheries agroindustry in Rokan Hilir Regency based on the IE matrix was in cell V of growth and stability, which means that the position of the marine fisheries agroindustry was in a balanced position. Alternative strategies that can be applied are utilizing the availability of fish raw materials from nature, increasing support and attention to marine fisheries agroindustry businesses, improving & maintaining the quality of marine fisheries agroindustry products, proposing related training on financial managerial capabilities, establishing fisheries institutions/cooperatives marketing fisheries agroindustrial products sea, increasing more intensive training in pest and disease management, establishing partnerships with collectors/agents/traders so that production results are guaranteed price levels in marketing, establishing modern processing sites based on raw material handling so that the availability of raw materials can be stocked or stored to minimize costs production.

The empowerment of fishing communities aims to increase capability, independence, and prosperity in the fisheries sector. Empowerment is part of efforts to strengthen the capacity of fish farmers and groups in Kampung Buatan Baru, Kerinci Kanan District, Siak Regency, Riau Province, in utilizing fishery resources sustainably, optimizing economic and social potential, and improving welfare. The objectives of this empowerment program are as follows: 1) Fish farmers can increase their capacity and skills; 2) Fish farmers can have access to fisheries resources; 3) Fish farmers can diversify their business in the fisheries sector. The empowerment activities for fish farmers are through direct counseling and demonstration plots for fish ponds. This activity will be carried out from June to August 2024. Activities include the socialization of empowerment programs, planning fisheries extension programs, implementing extension programs, monitoring programs, and evaluating programs. Measuring changes in the impact of this program was carried out by conducting pre-tests and post-tests on participants. The impact analysis results of this activity are changes in fish farmers' knowledge, attitudes, and skills in managing gourami and catfish cultivation businesses. Thus, assistance is needed for fish farmers so that the sustainability of cultivation businesses in Kampung Artificial Baru, Kerinci Kanan District, Siak Regency, Riau Province can be carried out well.

Permintaan pasar akan ikan gurami dan ikan lele terus meningkat, menunjukkan potensi pasar yang signifikan untuk dimanfaatkan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Potensi budidaya ikan di Desa Buatan Baru belum tereksplorasi secara optimal, padahal desa ini memiliki peluang besar dalam sektor perikanan khususnya budidaya. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan atas kurangnya keterampilan masyarakat dalam budidaya perikanan, dilakukan pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui budidaya ikan gurami dan ikan lele. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan taraf hidup ekonomi masyarakat dengan meningkatkan produksi dan efisiensi budidaya ikan gurami dan ikan lele melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Metode pelaksanaan dimulai dengan survei dan observasi mendalam terhadap kebutuhan dari masyarakat sasaran terkait budidaya ikan gurami dan ikan lele. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan rangkaian kegiatan pendampingan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan keberhasilan berupa perubahan tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang cukup baik melalui pengukuran perubahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dengan pre-test dan posttest.

Kerupuk puli merupakan produk santapan berbahan bawah beras yang sangat digemari oleh warga. Kerupuk ini gampang ditemukan dimana saja. Tidak hanya biayanya yang murah, kerupuk ini banyak disukai warga sebab rasanya gurih serta gampang didapat. Perihal inilah yang menjadikan warga banyak membuka kesempatan usaha dengan menjual kerupuk puli tersebut. Sebagian diantara UKM yang sudah mengelola usaha pembuatan kerupuk puli ini merupakan UKM kepunyaan Bunda Samijah yang bertempat di Jalur Kartini, Desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Owner UKM tersebut jadi mitra dalam aktivitas PKM ini. Kasus yang terdapat pada mitra ini merupakan proses pengemasan yang kurang baik. Sepanjang ini mitra memakai parafin dalam mengemas kerupuk puli yang sudah dikemas dalam plastik. Kurang merekatnya plastik yang direkatkan tersebut menimbulkan kerupuk terkontaminasi dengan hawa luar sehingga gampang melempem serta jadi kurang higienis. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan dari diadakannya aktivitas dedikasi warga ini merupakan membagikan pendampingan serta pelatihan manajemen pengemasan produk kerupuk puli kepada mitra UMKM Kerupuk Puli. Tata cara yang digunakan merupakan transfer ilmu pengetahuan terpaut dengan desain merk dagang ataupun manajemen pengemasan yang menarik kepada owner usaha. Hasil dari aktivitas ini merupakan mitra mempunyai bonus pengetahuan terpaut pengemasan produknya supaya lebih baik serta menarik dan sanggup membuat merk dagang simpel. Sedangkan, akibat positif yang terjalin sehabis dicoba aktivitas ini merupakan mitra sanggup menciptakan produk kerupuk puli yang lebih bermutu disebabkan dengan proses pengemasan yang baik kemasan kerupuk tidak hendak gampang bocor sehingga kerupuk tidak gampang melempem (senantiasa renyah).

Fisheries extension is a learning process for capacity building. This study aims to analyze the perseption of fish farmer group members about the capacity of fisheries extension workers in West Sumatra Province. The method used was survey method. The number of respondents used as the object of this research was 34 people, which was considered sufficient to obtain research data on the persepsi of fish farmer group members about the capacity of extension workers. The types of data collected include primary data and secondary data. This data was obtained from direct interviews using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results of the research are: The perseption of fish farmer group members on the capacity of fisheries extension workers is well done in the process of disseminating extension material, applying extension methods, developing institutions, evaluating the implementation of extension, making potential data and making reports on the implementation of extension. In the process of training conducted by extension to cultivation in the form of determining quality fish seeds and broodstock, measuring water quality, preventing the threat of fish diseases so that the business developed in fish farming can be managed properly.

ABSTRAK Kelompok nelayan memiliki peran strategis dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir, yang keberhasilannya sangat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi penyuluh perikanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi penyuluh perikanan dengan fungsi kelompok nelayan di Kecamatan Bungus Teluk Kabung, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui purposive sampling terhadap 85 responden dari 22 kelompok nelayan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluh perikanan memiliki kompetensi baik dalam memberikan pendidikan, memecahkan masalah, dan membangun hubungan kerja. Fungsi kelompok nelayan juga tergolong sangat baik melalui kegiatan kelas belajar, unit produksi, unit usaha, dan wahana kerja sama. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan hubungan positif dengan kekuatan sedang antara kompetensi penyuluh dan fungsi kelompok nelayan. Disarankan peningkatan kapasitas penyuluh dan dukungan kebijakan berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat peran penyuluh dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat pesisir.

Desa Damai merupakan desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Bengkalis, Kabupaten Bengkalis. Desa damai terbagi dalam 3 dusun yaitu dusun siandal, dusun antara dan dusun Sungai gelam, untuk SDN 31 Bengkalis terletak di Tengah desa damai yaitu berada di dusun antara. Ecoprint merupakan salah satu teknik pewarnaan kain yang saat ini sedang trendi kalangan pelaku usaha busana dan pengrajin tekstil. Tujuan kegiatan ini ialah menunjang kreatifitas peserta didik agar menjadikan bahan bahan alam menjadi hasil karya yang terbaik. Metode yang di gunakan dalam jurnal ini ialah metode sosialisasi seperti memaparkan cara mengelola dedaunan menjadi barang yang bernilai seperti eco printing ini. Hasil ini dirancang untuk menambah pengetahuan siswa terkait dengan cara penanganan sampah organik atau daun-daunan yang tidak terpakai dan bernilai seni dengan benar, sehingga menumbuhkan kreativitas mereka dan mendorong kreativitas di sekolah.
