Abstract

Salah satu tantangan sebagai anak bangsa adalah mengembangkan dan membuat alat untuk membantu layanan kesehatan agar dapat berkembang mengikuti dengan perkembangan teknologi, yaitu dengan membuat alat pendeteksi diabetes dengan artificial intelligence.Permasalahan pada pengguna memiliki keterbatasan dalam membedakan warna,baik karena factor pencahayaan, gangguan penglihatan, atau perbedaan persepsi warna.Teknologi image processing hadir sebagai solusi dengan memanfaatkan kamera untuk menangkap citra strip, kemudian diproses secara digital agar hasil yang ditampilkan menjadi lebih akurat dan konsisten.Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dibuat sebuah alat pendeteksi diabetes dengan menggunakan strip urine. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, dibutuhkan inovasi yang relevan dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Pemanfaatkan teknologi yang saat ini banyak diminati oleh berbagai kalangan, yaitu Artificial Intelligence, guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi dalam proses pendeteksian diabetes secara otomatis. Puskesmas Makrayu Palembang telah mengadopsi pendekatan diagnosis holistik untuk pasien diabetes tipe 2 dengan komplikasi neuropati, termasuk tinjauan patogenesis, gejala klinis, dan penatalaksanaan, Keterbatasan fasilitas deteksi dini, Minimnya alat diagnostik canggih menyebabkan ketergantungan pada pemeriksaan glukosa darah konvensional yang kurang responsif terhadap prediksi komplikasi.Implementasi machine learning untuk klasifikasi diabetes mencapai akurasi 79%, membuktikan kesiapan dasar adopsi AI. IoT dalam kesehatan: Inisiatif aplikasi Android untuk manajemen diabetes telah berhasil meningkatkan pemantauan mandiri pasien, namun belum terintegrasi dengan sistem klinis.

Abstract

The study was aimed to examined how the process of the teacher preparation in integrating ICT. The effectiveness of the integrating of information and communication technologies (ICT) in teaching and learning is to the recent educational innovations. Based on the researchers’ initial research, the researcher found the teacher preparation in integrating ICT at junior high school 2 Rambah Samo. Researcher use qualitative research that helps researcher to find out the teacher preparation in integrating ICT. The participants in this study were English teachers at junior high school 2 Rambah Samo. For this study researcher gave questions in the interview transcribed. Finally, the results of the analysis show that the process of the teacher preparation in integrating ICT into innovative English classroom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di kalangan siswa kelas IX di SMA Negeri 1 Gamping. Gamifikasi, yang melibatkan penggunaan elemen permainan dalam konteks pendidikan, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 20 siswa menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari pertanyaan terbuka dan tertutup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 80% siswa merasa lebih termotivasi untuk belajar Bahasa Inggris setelah menerapkan gamifikasi, dan 90% merasa proses belajar menjadi lebih menyenangkan. Gamifikasi tidak hanya meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam berbicara Bahasa Inggris, tetapi juga membantu mereka memahami materi dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gamifikasi adalah metode inovatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di tingkat sekolah menengah.

Abstract

Mount Slamet is an active volcano in Java Island, Indonesia. Slamet volcanic rocks comprise various igneous and pyroclastic rocks, including basaltic lava, andesitic lava, pyroclastic rocks, and intrusions. Geochemical analysis of rocks in the studied area (301300 mE - 303300 mE and 9189400 mN - 9191400 mN) showed the presence of high calcium and iron elements. This geological study aims to determine the potential of material resources contained to be used for agricultural needs. The potential nutrients to be found such as P, K, Mg, Ca, Fe, Ti, Na, Mn, and Si with a DHL conductivity value of 0.0473 - 0.1318 mmhos /cm are classified as non-salinity, which is safe for soil improvement. Then the neutralization value relative to calcite is between 15.45 - 27.27 %, and the abrasion pH value is between 8.05 - 8.91. The agrogeological analysis shows that the Slamet volcanic rock in Baturraden area has good prospects as an ameliorant for highly weathered (acid) soils.

Abstract

Background. English is a global language with numerous regional and social varieties, each exhibiting unique phonological characteristics. These variations are shaped by diverse social, cultural, and geographical influences, leading to significant differences in pronunciation across different English-speaking communities. In the context of cross-cultural communication, these phonological differences can either enhance cultural identity or create barriers to mutual understanding. Purpose. This study aims to explore how phonological variations manifest across different varieties of English spoken around the world. It also seeks to investigate how social, cultural, and geographical factors contribute to these variations, and how they influence the perception and understanding of speech in cross-cultural communication. Furthermore, the research examines the role of these phonological variations in constructing and reflecting the social identity of speakers. Method. The study employs a qualitative research approach combined with phonetic analysis to examine specific phonological features. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews with speakers from various English varieties and the application of advanced acoustic analysis technology to identify key phonetic variations. This combination of qualitative and technological methods provides a comprehensive understanding of the sociophonetic landscape of global English. Results. The results reveal substantial phonological differences across different varieties of English. These include vowel shifts, distinct consonant cluster patterns, varying intonation contours, differing degrees of rhoticity, and contrasts between syllable-timed and stress-timed rhythms. These features significantly impact intelligibility in cross-cultural communication. Conclusion. Phonological variations not only contribute to the rich diversity of global English but also play a crucial role in shaping the social and cultural identity of speakers. At the same time, these variations influence the effectiveness of communication across cultural and linguistic boundaries.
