Abstract

Feminism is a school that fights for the rights of women, women must be able to do somethingwithout men and women can beat men. In this case, it means that women demand gender equality between women and men. Feminism also justifies the awareness of the gender injustice that afflicts women in the family and in society. The purpose of this study is to find out how the analysis of Muslim personality in the study of feminism in the novel Rissa a life choice by Larissa Chou which includes injustice and inequality in women. Risaa's novel A Choice of Life tells of a woman who fights for her desire in choosing a belief or becoming a convert, Larissa is a big body from a broken home family, Papa and Mama Larissa divorced since childhood, but Larissa has a very good personality, even she has to become a convert and is a Muslim. in his life he understands that actually every human being has a life choice that must be implemented even accepted despite the many contradictions about it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana bentuk-bentuk tindak tutur komisif dan ekspresif yang digunakan oleh ketiga calon presiden dan wakil presiden dalam menyampaikan janji-janjinya dan program kerja serta memberikan apresiasi/kritik terhadap lawan dalam acara debat Capres dan Cawapres pada Pilpres 2024. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik Simak Bebas Libat Cakap (SBLC) dan teknik Catat. Dalam menganlisis data peneliti menggunakan metode padan ekstralingual. Adapun langkah-langkah yang dilakukan peneliti dalam menganalisis data adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Mendownload video dari yotube channel Tv One, (2) Mentranskrip video ke dalam tulisan, (3) Membaca dan menyimak video transkrip, (4) Mencatat tuturan berdasarkan teori tindak tutur komisif dan eskpresif, (5) mengklasifikasikan dan mengelompokkan data, (6) Menganalisis data yang telah diklasifikasikan sebelumnya, (7) Menyimpulkan hasil analisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam acara debat tersebut mengandung banyak tuturan komisif dan ekspresif berupa komisif janji 53 data tuturan, ancaman 3 data tuturan, penolakan 12 data, ikrar 2 data tuturan, serta tuturan ekspresif memuji 10 data tuturan, ucapan terima kasih 31 data tuturan, mengkritik 32 data tuturan, dan mengeluh 14 data tuturan dengan jumlah keseluruhan 157 data tuturan. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Yule dan Hermaji. Dengan tuturan yang paling dominan muncul adalah komisif janji dan eskpresif mengkritik sedangkan yang tidak dominan muncul adalah tuturan komisif ikrar dan eksresif memuji.

Abstract

Pemerolehan bahasa sangat penting untuk menjadi tahap awal dalam memperoleh bahasa pertama anak, setiap anak pasti memiliki kemampuan kognitif yang berbeda-beda, penyebab minimnya kosakata anak karenan jarangnya interaksi dengan orang yang ada di sekitarya, nada berbicara juga berpengauh untuk mental anak dalam berkomunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Pemerolehan bahasa pertama pada anak usia 3 tahun Bilal Afdhal Athailllah di Desa Sungai Pinang Kecamatan Rambutan. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan tenik simak (SLC), rekam, catat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis di temukan 99 data terdiri dari 88 penghilangan fonem konsonan, 77 perubahan fonem konsonan, 18 penghilangan fonem vokal, perubahan fonem vokal 4 data, dan ditemukan sebanyak 14 data makna semantik, B.A.A telah mampu mengucapkan fonem vokal a/i/u/e/o seperti pada kata Ayah, ibu, udang, elang, dan orang hutan, penutur telah mampu mengucapkan beberapa kata dengan jelas seperti kata pisang, jangan, tante, kuning, putih, ayam, nenek, dan telah mampu membedakan  makna kata semantik, seperti membedakan antara kambing, laba-laba, belalang, ayam, mampu membedakan warna putih, kuning, hitam dan bisa membedakan mana laki-laki dan perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini semoga dapat dijadikan referensi bagi peneliti, pembaca, mahasisiswa dan para orang tua dalam mengajarkan bahasa anak.

Abstract

Latar belakang rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimanakah langkah-langkah model PBL (Problem Based Learning) dalam pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur pada siswa kelas XI.7 SMA Negeri 6 Palembang 2) Bagaimanakah peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks prosedur setelah digunakan model PBL (Problem Based Learning) pada siswa kelas XI.7 SMA Negeri 6 Palembang .Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan datanya meliputi teknik observasi, teknik pembelajaran, dan teknik test. Kesimpulan tersebut didukung oleh beberapa fakta hasil penelitian bahwa model problem based learnig memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang ditandai dengan presentase ketuntasan belajar siswa yang meningkat. Terjadi peningkatan sebesar 25% pada ketuntasan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia 70% di siklus I menjadi 95% di siklus II. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia dalam menulis teks prosedur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI 5 SMA Negeri 6 Palembang yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks prosedur peserta didik kelas XI 5 di SMA Negeri 6 Palembang dengan menggunakan media Youtube. Penelitian ini juga berupaya mengintegrasikan media Youtube sebagai media ajar ke dalam kurikulum merdeka dengan memperluas pendekatan pembelajaran yang mereka gunakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang didukung oleh data kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur sebelum dan setelah dilakukan tindakan. Analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk mencatat observasi lapangan dan hasil wawancara, sementara data kuantitatif diperoleh dari evaluasi menulis teks prosedur sebelum dan setelah tindakan dilakukan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan atau tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket, wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Analisis dilakukan dengan teknik deskrtif kualitatif yang didukung oleh data kuantitatif. Keabsahan data yang diperoleh melalui validitas (proses, hasil, dan demokratik). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media Youtube dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks prosedur pada peserta didik kelas XI 5 SMA Negeri 6 Palembang.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of managerial supervision and principal motivation on the performance of productive teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a survey method. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 50 productive teachers at the school. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression to examine the influence of managerial supervision and principal motivation on productive teacher performance. The results of the research show that managerial supervision has a positive and significant influence on productive teacher performance, as does the motivation of the school principal which also has a positive and significant influence. Simultaneously, these two variables make a significant contribution to increasing the performance of productive teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that school principals improve the quality of managerial supervision and motivation of teachers to support the achievement of better performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know (1) the influence of the leadership of the school principal and the infrastructure jointly toward the teacher performance. (2) The influence of the school principal leadership and the infrastructure partially toward teacher performance. The research type of explanatory research using quantitative approach. The subject of this research is all the teachers from two units of public vocational high schools in Prabumulih city namely SMK Negeri 1 Prabumulih and SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih numbered 45 respondents with the sample census technique. Data analysis methods using descriptive analysis and multiple linier regressions analysis compounds with the help of the program Statistical Package for the social sciences 22 (SPSS). The results of the study showed that the 1) is the influence of the school principal leadership and the infrastructure jointly toward teacher performance with the F test 29,620. This means that the school principal leadership and the infrastructure jointly synergized to realize of the teachers performance that are increasingly high. 2) There is a positive and significant impact the leadership of the school principal and the infrastructure partially toward teacher performance. That is a positive and significant impact on the school principal leadership toward teacher’s performance proved by the value of the t test 3,587. This means that the better the leadership of the school principal so that the teachers are also increasingly high performance. There is a positive and significant impact on the performance of the infrastructure of the teachers is proved by the value of the t test 2,801. This means that the more complete the infrastructure of schools and teacher performance will increase.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership and work motivation on job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression techniques to test the influence of the independent variables (school principal leadership and work motivation) on the dependent variable (job satisfaction). The research results show that the principal's leadership has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction, as well as work motivation which also has a positive influence on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, these two variables make a significant contribution to the level of job satisfaction at the school. This research provides recommendations so that school principals can pay more attention to the leadership style applied and increase teacher work motivation in order to increase overall job satisfaction.

Abstract

Sociology of literature studies humans as social beings seen from aspects of everyday people's lives. This research describes the following things. 1) Social Process 2) Social Problems 3) Social Change contained in the novel Rapijali 1: Searching for the work of Dee Lestari. The method used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative descriptive method solves the problem being studied by describing or describing the object of research based on visible facts. The data collected in the form of words or paragraphs contained in the novel Rapijali 1: Searching by Dee Lestari. The results of the study found that there was a sociology of literature contained in this study in the form of social processes which are social interactions related to cooperation, such as mutual assistance and mutual assistance activities to achieve the desired common goals. then there is competition, contention or contention, and accommodation. There are also social problems including crime, poverty, and environmental problems related to the environment in which they live and environmental problems related to humans themselves. The social changes contained in the novel are in the form of evolutionary changes and revolutionary changes, as well as planned and unplanned changes. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion above, it can be concluded that the novel Rapjali 1: Searching by Dee Lestari is an interesting novel to study. In this novel there are many life lessons that can be applied in everyday life.

The methods applied in this training are lectures and discussions. this activity In the end, it can provide deeper knowledge and insight to the teachers of SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih which can be used as provisions to build better communication interaction patterns in front of the audience.
