<![CDATA[Introduction: The consequences of termination of employment (layoff) are not only felt by employees who experience layoffs, but the remaining employees also feel worried due to the pressure that comes and repeats until they experience depression because they feel that the pressure they receive is very heavy and then give up and surrender to the situation. Objective: This study aims to examine how much impact succumbing arising from the influence of job insecurity felt by employees who are threatened with layoffs. Method:This research uses quantitative methods with correlational studies and regression analysis. The population involved in this study is Private Airline Company X airline employees who are affected or experience the threat of layoffs as many as 121 people. Result and Discussion: The respondents obtained consisted of 49 men and 72 women. Kendall' s Tau-B correlation test produces a p value of <.001 with the conclusion that there is a significant relationship between variables with a kendall's Tau-B value of 0.446. Conclusions: There is a correlation between moderate and positive relationship between job insecurity and succumbing, with the conclusion that the higher the level of employee job insecurity, the greater the perceived succumbing.]]>

<![CDATA[Through previous survey and observation activities, the main problems that can be identified are as follows; lack of understanding about how to form a business for women in Sekarwangi, Cibadak District, Sukabumi, lack of understanding regarding product development and lack of understanding regarding digital marketing. PKM activities involve several women in Sekarwangi Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi. To achieve the activity objectives, several steps will be taken as follows; initial observations to inventory needs, provide training related to the formation of a business entity and prepare a marketing plan. Based on these activities, it can be concluded that women have their own positioning in the family economy. Empowering women means giving families access to improve the economic level and welfare of families at a micro level and society at a macro level. In this activity, input was also received that the community needs more help from academics and practitioners to develop the businesses they have been involved in and build new businesses, develop their ideas and abilities.]]>

<![CDATA[Mount Puntang has a lot of potential to be used as a place for development and improvement of the quality of life of the people living around it. One of them is tourism potential. However, the situation on the ground raises several obstacles experienced by the community to develop tourism businesses. To be able to identify the need to overcome obstacles, three activities were designed in this activity. The activities carried out are knowledge transfer, focus group discussion, and field search. This activity involves the community who are activists in the maintenance and development of the potential of Mount Puntang from Cempaka Mulya village, Bandung Regency. The activists in question are activists of the puntang mountain brotherhood, puntang lestari cooperatives, and tourism observer communities. Through these three activities, results were obtained; Mount Puntang has unique potential that can be utilized for the improvement and development of people's lives. Adventuring tourism business is a positive field, however, it requires the establishment of institutional legality to be able to operate community-based tourism businessess.]]>

<![CDATA[Child Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) is one of the communities established by the DKI Jakarta government in order to build a communication platform. RPTRA is managed by a group of individuals who have good intentions in managing it. Not only that, managers are sometimes faced with other tasks, which also require the role of all management members. As in other groups, group dynamics occur within them. For example, in the form of things throwing work responsibilities, reporting to each other, resulting in the process of working together being hampered and making the work process not smooth. The implementation of the webinar activity is carried out with the asynchronous method, in the sense that the participants and the team do not conduct the seminar on a live broadcast. But by communicating in WhatsApp groups, questions and evaluations using the g-form, delivering material through YouTube media. Through outreach activities which lasted for approximately five hours and carried out asynchronously, the counseling provided benefits for the participants.]]>

<![CDATA[Muara Gembong district is often the attention of the surrounding community, especially the people of Jakarta and Bekasi. Its location directly facing the sea makes this sub-district often visited by various parties for travel or for other activities such as mangrove planting. There is one small problem but it is often considered as a very important thing related to the pattern of life of the community and also supporting infrastructure to lift tourism potential. One of the important is the availability of infrastructure that can be used by residents for bathing, washing and toilet purposes. Likewise for tourists, because it requires the infrastructure available. The results of discussions, interviews and field observations get there are three points that are quite ahagia ative to be able to overcome existing problems. Through the construction of MCK / Toilet infrastructure for the community and tourists are expected to have an impact related to efforts to lift the potential of tourism in muara gembong subdistrict. MCK / toilet development program also has an impact on the formation of healthy lifestyle patterns, and minimize environmental pollution whose source comes from human wastewater. The benefits of the program require continuous action from the community. Such as in the form of a cleanliness management system and its care.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of santri students in Indonesia encompasses various aspects that reflect the influence of pesantren education and Islamic values on their experiences and identities in the university environment. Santri students in Indonesia, like students in general, may also encounter various challenges during their university studies. However, there are some issues that are more commonly experienced by santri students, particularly related to their educational backgrounds in pesantren and their religious experiences. A total of 186 santri students were involved in filling out questionnaires measuring academic commitment, the application of coercive power, the imposition of sanctions, and compliance. Based on mediation analysis, the results indicate that the application of coercive power and the imposition of sanctions can serve as appropriate mediators in bridging the influence of academic commitment to compliance. Compliance among santri students is not solely a result of their academic commitment because the level of compliance can be shaped by the university's application of coercive power and the imposition of sanctions for students who violate rules.]]>

<![CDATA[going to college and working is nothing new among students. It is not easy to carry out multiple roles simultaneously because you have to divide your time so that the two can run in balance. This condition causes students to tend to lose motivation in pursuing their studies and doubt their own abilities, thus demonstrating the need for strong academic self-efficacy. This study aims to determine whether self-efficacy influences academic burnout. In this study, there were 203 respondents with a total of 24 items who participated and met the criteria for filling out the questionnaire. To prove the research hypothesis about Academic Self-Efficacy based on gender and major, based on the results of the reliability test using Cronbach alpha, the coefficient on Academic Self-Efficacy is 0.862.]]>

<![CDATA[Perilaku buruk pada lalu lintas merupakan fenomena yang terjadi di kota-kota besar di negara-negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia, salah satunya perilaku mengemudi ugal-ugalan paling banyak dilakukan oleh pengemudi sepeda motor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh moral disengagement terhadap aggressive driving pada club motor di Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 112 responden berdasarkan purpose sampling dengan kriteria: 1) responden yaitu laki-laki dan perempuan, 2) pengendara yang memiliki club motor, 3) berdomisili di Bekasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil uji hipotesis antara variabel moral disengagement dan aggressive driving menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.794 dengan taraf signifikansi (p) sebesar < .001. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.794 yang berarti korelasi antara Aggressive Driving dengan Moral Disengagement dapat dikatakan kuat. Dapat disimpulkan, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara moral disengagement dan aggressive driving. Ini berarti bahwa peningkatan tingkat moral disengagement sejalan dengan peningkatan perilaku mengemudi agresif. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa moral disengagement memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap aggressive driving, dengan kontribusi sebesar 72,2%. Ini menegaskan bahwa moral disengagement adalah prediktor kuat untuk perilaku mengemudi agresif.Kata Kunci: Work-life balance, Gender]]>

<![CDATA[Laki-laki dan Perempuan saat ini berada dalam suatu kesetaraan. Tetapi karaktertistik yang melekat di dalam stereotipe jenis kelamin sering membuat keduanya berada dalam ruang perbedaan. Wanita dianggap lebih mudah larut dalam suatu keadaan emosional, dan kemudian membuatnya beresiko mengalami ketidakamanan psikologis. Tetapi laki-laki justru sebaliknya, cenderung lebih fokus untuk menyelesaikan ketidaknyamanannnya dan kemudian tidak ingin larut dalam aspek emosionalitas dari ketidakamanan yang dirasakannya. Terlepas apakah ini setereotipe, kenyataannya pandangan ini masih terus bergulir. Setereotipe ini tidak dapat dibenarkan secara subjektif. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan kajian yang objektif untuk menguji secara empiris tentang psikologis aman berdasarkan perspektif jenis kelamin. Sebanyak 189 responden perempuan dan 47 responden laki-laki yang menekuni bidang keilmuan psikologi dilibatkan untuk mendapatkan data penelitian. Intrumen yang berupa kuesioner diberikan untuk mengetahui tentang kondisi, pihak di luar diri, bidang kehidupan yang berperan menciptakan psikologis aman, dan kebutuhan akan rasa aman. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa kondisi kehidupan pribadi, keluarga dan bidang kesehatan dipilih menjadi preferensi tentang psikologis aman oleh respon kelompok perempuan dan laki-laki. Di antara laki-laki dan perempuan juga tidak ditemukan perbedaan tingkatan yang signifikan untuk kebutuhan rasa aman. <![CDATA[Sekolah adalah lembaga pendidikan yang mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan dan mengembangkan kemampuan siswa. Selain pembelajaran di kelas, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler juga memainkan peran penting dalam mengembangkan potensi dan bakat siswa. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler membantu siswa dalam penerapan ilmu, mengasah keterampilan, dan membentuk kepribadian yang kuat. Namun, tidak semua siswa dapat mengatur waktu dengan baik antara kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan tugas sekolah. Manajemen waktu yang baik penting untuk keberhasilan akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan 120 sampel. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear. Analisis Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa grit, atau kegigihan, merupakan faktor penting dalam mencapai prestasi akademik. Motivasi berprestasi dan sikap mandiri juga berperan penting dalam keberhasilan siswa. Prestasi akademik memberikan keuntungan bagi siswa dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan tinggi dan masa depan yang sukses. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler oleh lembaga pendidikan perlu diperhatikan agar dapat menunjang perkembangan siswa secara optimal.]]>
