Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1)Faktor-faktor empiris yang menyebabkan terjadinya tindak kekerasan di lembaga pemasyarakatan kelas I Makassar (2) Alasan terjadinya tindak kekerasan di lembaga pemasyarakatan kelas I Makassar (3) Upaya pihak lembaga pemasyarakatan dalam menangani tindak kekerasan di dalam lembaga pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Dari hasil data yang di peroleh dalam penelitan ini menggunakan analisis data yaitu Reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Verifikasi, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Faktor-faktor yang memicu kekerasan di Lapas Kelas I makassar, karena adanya (a) Kelabihan Kapasitas atau Kepadatan penghuni Lapas, (b) Kesalah Pahaman,(c)Utang Piutang dan Penggunaan HP,(d) Rasa Dendam,(e) Pengaruh Kelompok atau geng di dalam lapas yang merasa berkuasa. (2) Alasan terjadinya tindak kekerasan di dalam lapas kelas I makassar yaitu (a) Karena adanya Pengaruh dari Teman dan Lingkungan Lapas (b) Karena Pengaruh Individu atau Internal narapidana. (3) Upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak Lapas dalam menangani tindak kekerasan di dalam lapas Kelas I makassar yaitu (a) Mningkatkan pengawasan dan keamanan lapas, (b) Sosialisasi Nilai-nilai Hak Asasi Manusia dan Keagamaan dalam Pembinaan Narapidana.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the efforts made by Civic Education teachers to prevent violence during the learning process, and (2) the inhibiting factors that affect those efforts. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants consist of two Civic Education teachers and seven students from State Junior High School 2 Bajeng Barat. The findings indicate that teachers prevent violence through class agreements, giving advice, creating a conducive learning atmosphere, and providing positive reinforcement. The inhibiting factors include diverse student characteristics, students’ lack of understanding regarding violence, family environmental background, and limited school facilities. Preventing violence requires the active involvement of all school stakeholders, including participatory engagement from students. Teachers are also expected to possess effective communication and classroom management skills. These findings are expected to serve as input for the development of learning strategies that are inclusive, supportive, and free from violence.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Identify the implementation of the social emotional learning (PSE) approach at the curriculum level through the most relevant subjects; (2) Analyze the implementation of social emotional learning (PSE) in the school environment; and (3) Analyze the implementation of social emotional learning (PSE) in students. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were obtained through interviews, observations and documentation with informants including teachers, staff, and students. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of PSE at SMAN 11 Gowa has covered three main aspects: (1) At the curriculum level, PSE is integrated into subjects such as Islamic Religious Education, Pancasila Education, and Indonesian, with learning methods that prioritize social and emotional values; (2) In the school environment, a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture supports the social-emotional development of students; and (3) In students, teachers and staff have an important role in becoming role models and facilitators who support students' social and emotional competence. This study concludes that an integrated PSE approach that is integrated comprehensively in the curriculum, school environment, and learning community can improve the quality of learning while developing students' characters. This study provides an important contribution to the development of educational policies that support students' social and emotional skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah mengenai upaya peran pendidikan nonformal dalam mengembangkan budaya lokal pada masyarakat Luwu. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka ditempuh metode penelitian kualitatif dengan cara observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dan diinterpretasi berdasarkan teori dan hasil penelitian yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sekolah budaya Luwu I La Galigo merupakan salah satu lembaga Pendidikan nonformal yang dimana lembaga ini menghimpun berbagai kalangan terutama anak-anak dan pemuda untuk diberikan pembinaan mengenai budaya-budaya lokal yang ada di tanah Luwu tersebut. Kehadiran lembaga pendidikan nonformal dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat Luwu agar dapat menjadi agen pengembangan budaya serta pelestarian nilai adat-istiadat. Bentuk pengajaran yang diberikan sangatlah effisien karena bentuk pengajaran yang di berikan ada empat yaitu materi diskusi, praktek, presentasi, dan studi wisata.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Prablem Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran IPS. Salah satu faktor penting pemakaian model pembelajaran ini karena pada kompetensi dasar tentang masalah perpajakan perlu mendapat penekanan tertentu. Hal ini diperlukan karena apresiasi siswa SMPN 4 Tanjung Lago mengenai masalah perpajakan masih rendah. Diharapkan dengan tingkat apresiasi yang baik terhadap permasalahan perpajakan dapat menjadi bekal hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian tindakan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Juli 2019 pada kelas VIII SMP N 4 Tanjung Lago, dan dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pelaksanannya melalui tahapan : menentukan kompetensi dasar masalah perpajakan, menyusun RPP tentang perpajakan, menentukan instrumen yang akan dipakai sebagai tolok ukur pencapaian, menentukan dan melaksanakan model pembelajaran Prablem Based Learning (PBL) yang dibagi menjadi tiga tahap : pelaksanaan bermain peran dan diskusi kelompok, analisa keberhasilan dan kekurangannya dan kesimpulan Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan model pembelajaran Prablem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kompetensi dasar perpajakan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil catatan observasi, peningkatan nilai pretes maupun pos tes baik pada siklus kesatu maupun kedua maupun dari hasil angket siswa.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 4 Banjarmasin merupakan salah satu sekolah adiwiyata di Banjarmasin. Sekolah melaksanakan program pemerintah untuk mewujudkan kepedulian dan kesadaran terhadap lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi lingkungan SMP Negeri 4 Banjarmasin menurut standar sekolah adiwiyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian menuunjukan kondisi lingkungan SMP Negeri 4 Banjarmasin menurut standar sekolah adiwiyata ditinjau dari beberapa aspek. Bentuk-bentuk implementasi nilai peduli lingkungan tercermin dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di lingkungan sekolah sebagai budaya sekolah seperti kegiatan piket kelas, dan kegiatan Jum’at sehat/bersih

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) To find out the eight points in the practice of just and civilized human values that are practiced in the daily lives of students at SMA Negeri 1 Gowa, especially class XI MIPA 3. (2) To find out the supporting factors in the practice of values fair and civilized human values in the daily lives of class XI MIPA 3 students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from interviews with teachers and students. Checking the validity of the data uses data source triangulation techniques. The results of this research found that the practice of fair and civilized human values was well practiced by students such as; recognize and treat human beings according to their dignity, recognize equality of human rights and obligations without discrimination, have an attitude of mutual love, tolerance for each other, not be arbitrary towards others, uphold human values, like to carry out humanitarian activities and have the courage to defend truth. Fair and civilized human values are carried out through the implementation of teaching and learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom, and the factors that support the implementation of just and civilized human values are teacher example, teaching/guidance methods and the school environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the motives and control of political money in the election of members of the Central Buton Regency Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) in 2019. To achieve this goal, researchers used data collection techniques through interviews. The research data that has been collected and obtained is then analyzed qualitatively to determine the motives and supervision of political money in the 2019 election of members of the Central Buton Regency Regional People's Representative Council. The results of the research show that (1) There are several motives for the money used in the 2019 Central Buton Regency DPRD Member Election (2) Supervision of political money in elections or elections for members of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is carried out by the election organizers, in this case the Commission General Elections (KPU) and the Election Supervisory Body (BAWASLU) by carrying out several supervision and action against election fraud, in this case political money.

Supervised by Firman Umar and Ririn Nurfaathirany.Research This study aims to determine 1) the position of Pak Ogah in the Makassar City Regional Regulation,2) Supervision and Handling System of Mr. Ogah in Makassar City, 3) sanctions for Mr. Ogah's activities in Makassar City.pak ogah who are active in Makassar city.Approach qualitative approach is descriptive research and tends to use inductive method analysis.tends to use analysis with the inductive method. The results of this study indicate that The existence of Mr. Ogah is still reaping pros and cons as a result of the absence of a clear traffic management system from the authorities. clear traffic management system from the authorities. they remain illegal and cannot be legally illegal and cannot be said to be legitimate. Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors causing the failure of diversion at the Baubau City District Court. The research approach used is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation using research instruments in the form of interview guides, recording and documentation tools. Triangulation and member checking are used as procedures to check the validity of the data, as well as using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions as data analysis techniques. The research results prove that the factors inhibiting diversion include a) legal substance factors in accordance with article 7 of the SPPA Law b) legal structure factors and law enforcement officers. Diversion failure occurred because the victim wanted to continue the case through legal channels. c) Legal culture or legal culture factors. People think that Butonese people usually have high levels of egoism.
