Hypertension is a common disease especially among the elderly, which is an abnormal increase in blood pressure in the arteries continuously with systole more than 140 mmHg and diastole more than 90 mmHg. Hypertension and aging if not treated immediately and left for long time can have an impact on kidney function, kidney failure, coronary heart disease and stroke. Currently the morbidity rate of hypertension in elderly still high, there are many factors that influence, especially medication adherence factor. A study determine factors associated with adherence to hypertension treatment in elderly. This study uses literature review and database design to search for literature reviews using keywords ((((Hypertension) and Aged) or elderly) AND Medication Compliance) or adherence, medication) and factors). 5 articles were selected using JBI Critical Appraisal tools. Articles were taken from reputable and accredited database, namely 4 articles from PubMed database, while an article was accredited from Google Schoolar. The selection was taken by paying attention to PEOS, then analyzed one by one. The results factors related are include age, gender, education level, physical status (weakness) and mental (cognitive function). There are two factors that are strongly related: namely family support and social support. Compliance with hypertension treatment in elderly needs to be improved, so elderly need social support and family support to undergo hypertension treatment compliance along with changes associated with aging process. Introducing community and families to always provide support for elderly to be obedient in treatment

Infections acquired by patients while hospitalized for at least 72 hours are called Health Care Associated Infections (HAIs). The purpose of the study was to determine the determinant factors that affect the application of universal precaution to the prevention of infection risk in health services by nurses in the room. The research design used was correlation analytic with the type of case control design and the research technique used total sampling technique. The sample size in this study was 36 respondents. The results of Spearman's statistical test, internal factors namely knowledge, training followed, and length of work obtained p value = 0.003 meaning that there was an influence of internal factors (knowledge, training followed, and length of work) on the application of universal precaution. While external factors, namely facilities and colleagues, the value of p = 0.000 means that there was an influence of external factors (facilities and colleagues) on the application of universal precaution. The determinant factors that affect universal precaution are external factors. It is hoped that hospital managers can fulfill the facilities needed by health workers in implementing universal precautions so that the incidence of nosocomial infections can be suppressed.

Hypertension is a health problem that is quite dangerous throughout the world because hypertension is a major risk that leads to cardiovascular diseases such as heart attack, heart failure, stroke and kidney disease. As a person ages, the risk of hypertension increases that the walls of blood vessels will lose their elasticity. Hypertensive gymnastics is a sport that aims to increase blood flow and oxygen supply to the muscles and skeleton that are active, especially to the heart muscle. This literature study aims to determine changes in blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension who do hypertension exercise. The Study Literature method is a Systematic Literature Review, in this Study Literature using 5 research journals sourced from the Google Schoolar database. The results obtained from the analysis of 5 selected journals indicate that there is an effect of hypertension exercise on reducing systolic and diastolikic pressure in the elderly with hypertension, the earlier and regularly the hypertension patient performs the exercise, the more significant the blood changes are shown. It is expected for the elderly to apply hypertension exercise before the hypertension level increases and the age increases. For further researchers, it is hoped that they will be able to develop research with new themes and increase information, references, and insights in using Literature Review as a reference for compiling the final project

Stunting remains a persistent nutritional challenge in Indonesia, posing a substantial threat to child growth and survival, typically manifesting in the second year of life. Its primary antecedent is inadequate prenatal protein intake, resulting in shortened birth length and increased susceptibility to stunting. This study aimed to elucidate the relationship between birth length and stunting among toddlers within Tasikmadu Village, employing a retrospective cohort design with a total sample size of 128 individuals selected through Total Sampling. The analysis of the collected data yielded a noteworthy result, with a calculated p-value exceeding 0.570. This outcome signifies the absence of a statistically significant correlation between birth length and the incidence of stunting among the study participants in Tasikmadu Village. Instead, the investigation highlights the prominence of postnatal factors as significant determinants of stunting prevalence. These factors include the untimely introduction of complementary foods alongside breastfeeding (MP-ASI), irregular MP-ASI feeding schedules, a predominantly carbohydrate-based MP-ASI menu, erratic breastfeeding timings, and premature discontinuation of exclusive breastfeeding. In summary, this study discerns a conspicuous dissociation between birth length and stunting occurrence in Tasikmadu Village. The implication is that the roots of stunting lie predominantly in postnatal practices, emphasizing the critical role of addressing issues such as inappropriate MP-ASI practices and breastfeeding patterns to effectively combat the prevalence of stunting among toddlers. These findings contribute to a more nuanced understanding of the multifaceted nature of stunting in this context, guiding future interventions and public health initiatives aimed at its mitigation.
