Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kreativitas hasil gambar imajinatif peserta didik kelas IV ditinjau dari aspek kemampuan tinggi, sedang, rendah di SDN Sawohan 1 Sidoarjo. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis kreativitas hasil gambar imajinatif peserta didik SDN Sawohan 1 kelas IV berdasarkan aspek kemampuan tinggi, sedang, rendah. Dikatakan dalam teori kreativitas ada 5 macam perilaku kreatif: 1) fluency (kelancaran), yaitu kelancaran dalam membuat pola garis secara spontan, 2) flexibility (keluwesan), yaitu, keluwesan dalam mengubah pola garis menjadi gambar imajinatif, 3) originality (keaslian), yaitu keaslian dalam membuat gambar yang berbeda dari temannya, 4) elabration (ketrampilan merinci), yaitu elaborasi dalam membuat gambar secara rinci sesuai tema, 5) evaluation (keterampilan menilai), yaitu gambar yang dibuat sesuai tema. Nara sumber ini berjumlah 3 peserta didik dengan pertimbangan keunikan karya yang tampak dalam setiap karyannya. Teknik keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik, yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang di peroleh dari menganalisis 3 gambar dari nara sumber ini menunjukkan bahwa gambar yang dibuat peserta didik masuk dalam kategori kreatif karena ke-lima aspek kreativitas terpenuhi, namun pada aspek elaboration (ketrampilan) subjek teliti masih perlu latihan, karena objek pada gambar digambarkan tanpa ada jari tangan yang utuhKata Kunci : Kreativitas, Menggambar Imajinatif, Evaluasi.Abstract : This study aims to analyze the creativity of imaginative images of class IV learners reviewed from the aspect of high, medium, low ability in SDN Sawohan 1 Sidoarjo. The approach taken in this study is qualitative descriptive to analyze the creativity of the imaginative images of SDN Sawohan 1 class IV learners based on aspects of high, medium, low ability. It is said in the theory of creativity there are 5 kinds of creative behavior: 1) fluency (fluency), namely fluency in making line patterns spontaneously, 2) flexibility (flexibility), that is, flexibility in changing the pattern of the line into imaginative images, 3) originality (authenticity), namely authenticity in making images that are different from friends, 4) elabration (detailing skills), namely elaboration in making images in detail according to the theme, 5) evaluation (judging skills), namely images made according to the theme. Nara this source numbers 3 learners with consideration of the uniqueness of the work that is seen in each work. Data validity techniques are carried out using triangulation techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research obtained from analyzing3 images from this source show that the images made by learners fall into the creative category because all five aspects of creativity are fulfilled, but in the elaboration aspect of the subject is still necessary exercise, because the object in the image is depicted without a full finger.Keyword : Creativity, Imaginative Drawing, Evaluation.

Abstract

This research aims to test area learning model of connectivism based in art and craft learning to improve social and metacognitive skills in second grade of elementary school students. This learning model is a learning model that gives students the freedom to choose learning activities in the area they interest (learning area). It consists of drawing, shaping, and craft areas. By starting to read material and to select material are activities to select the learning area. Moreover, for work appreciation activities use IT as a basis for connectivism. This learning model is one of the solutions to overcome the problems of learning which is monotonous manner. It tends to be a large amount of intervention in students’ work processes, which makes them to be less able to develop their social and metacognitive skills. After the treatment was carried out on the students, the results on the social skills variable obtained the calculation data using the N-gain score with the criteria: 0.63 (N-Gain score 0.3 < N-gain < 0.7, included in the medium category), whereas if N-Gain score > 0.7 (High category). The results obtained from the combination of the pretest-posttest scores on the aspect of social skills were classified as high criteria for 22 students, while at a moderate increase of 2 students, the metacognitive data obtained test data 1 and test 2 on pre-test scores and post-test scores on improvement moderate as many as 3, while in the high improvement category there were 21 students out of 24 students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence and how much influence The use of local wisdom-based learning media towards student motivation. Local wisdom-based learning media is a learning medium in which there is information about local wisdom-regional wisdom of residential areas. The method in this research is pre-experimental design of one-group form pretest-posttest design and quantitative descriptive is the approach used. The results of this study were obtained from before the treatment and after treatment was given. This research was conducted at SDN Sedatigede II in class 4 with research subjects numbering 30 students and use nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling type. The instruments in this study are a poll. Data analysis results show average pretests value of 60.7 and average posttest value of 64.6 showing the influence of local wisdom-based learning media.Then from N-Gain calculation shows 0.31 results with moderate influence level criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation and learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN Juwet Kenongo Porong Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative research. The method used is ex post facto. The design used in this study is poduct moment correlation. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire. The samples in this study were all fourth grade students of SDN Juwet Kenongo Porong Sidoarjo using saturated samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that motivation has a relationship with student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of analyze the correlation between self-confidence with science learning outcomes for third grade students at SD Negeri 190 Gresik. This research is motivated by several obstacles faced in the science learning process, namely the majority of students have problems in the learning process, namely a lack of self-confidence. Lack of confidence in science subjects like this will have an impact on the success of students in achieving the desired learning outcomes. This type of research is correlation research. The data collection techniqu used is a self-confidence questionnaire towards science learning. The result of the study indicate thet there is a relantionship between self-confidence towards third grade students science learning outcomes at SD Negeri 190 Gresik with a fairly strong relationship.

Abstract

This research was conducted because there was a problem with online learning during the covid 19 pandemic to find out the implementation of teachers in the Mumtaz Smart application during the 5c covid 19 pandemic at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. This research used a qualitative approach that aims to understand the phenomena experienced by researchers by collecting data through Observations, interviews and documentation were then checked for correctness through triangulation of data sources. The data obtained were analyzed using data reduction techniques, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of teachers in online learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic is going well where there is availability of media-based learning. digital learning process for the KBM process called the Mumtaz Smart application for daily learning activities the teacher always makes learning plans, implementation of learning and assessment of learning, but in this learning activity there are also obstacles faced by students, student guardians and teachers Keywords: Online learning, Covid-19, SD Muhammadiyah 1 Taman

Abstract

General Background: Color is a fundamental element in children's drawings, reflecting their emotions and experiences. Specific Background: Children with special needs, particularly those with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), may exhibit unique patterns in color usage, influenced by their perceptions and memories. Knowledge Gap: Limited research exists on how color dominance in drawings can provide insights into the thoughts and feelings of children with ADHD. Aims: This study aims to identify the dominant colors used by children with ADHD in their drawings, enhancing educators' understanding of these children's emotional landscapes. Results: Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, with validity assessed via source triangulation. The findings reveal that children with ADHD predominantly select darker colors, such as black, dark blue, and brown, which correspond to significant past experiences or events they have encountered. Novelty: This research contributes new insights into the relationship between color choice and the emotional expression of children with ADHD. Implications: Understanding color dominance in their artwork can aid educators in recognizing and addressing the emotional and psychological needs of these children, fostering a more supportive learning environment. Highlights: Color Selection: Children with ADHD predominantly choose dark colors in their drawings. Emotional Reflection: Color dominance reflects significant past experiences and emotions. Abstract

Background: The integration of media in elementary education remains underutilized, limiting opportunities for students to develop essential cognitive skills. Specific Background: Particularly in science education, conventional teaching methods often fail to foster critical thinking among primary school students. Knowledge Gap: Limited empirical studies have examined the role of video-based instructional media in enhancing critical thinking within the context of Indonesian elementary classrooms. Aims: This study investigates the use of video-based learning media in improving fifth-grade students’ critical thinking skills during science lessons on puberty. Results: Utilizing a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test on two groups (n=60), the study found a statistically significant improvement in the experimental group using video media (t=12.331, p<0.001) compared to the control group. The experimental group demonstrated higher gain scores, attributed to engaging delivery, clear visualization, and flexible access to materials. Novelty: This study contributes novel insights into the effectiveness of video-based learning specifically within the Indonesian elementary science education context. Implications: The findings suggest that implementing video media as a teaching tool offers a pedagogical innovation that can support the development of critical thinking skills in young learners and provide practical strategies for educators seeking to enrich science instruction. Highlights :  Use of video media significantly improves students' critical thinking in science learning. Research applies a quasi-experimental design with valid statistical analysis (t=12.331, p<0.001). Study offers practical implications for integrating engaging media in elementary classrooms. Abstract

Media realia sebagai alat untuk memaksimalkan rentan perhatian atau konsentrasi belajar peserta didik down syndrome. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis efektivitas media realia terhadap konsentrasi belajar peserta didik down syndrome. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode kualitatif jenis fenomenologis. Subjek peneliti dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling. Subjek terdiri dari 2 peserta didik down syndrome kelas III di SLB Mutiara Hati Sidoarjo dan 1 guru. Analisis data memakai analisis deskriptif yaitu dengan membandingkan temuan-temuan dilapangan serta data yang sudah diperoleh (data sebelum menggunakan media realia) dengan (data sesudah menggunakan media realia). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diterapkan atau diimplementasikan media realia oleh guru peserta didik masih belum konsentrasi, serta masih belum mampu menjawab pertanyaan ataupun tugas yang guru berikan. Sedangkan pada saat guru mengimplementasikan media realia pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung, peserta didik menyimak dengan penuh konsentrasi, peserta didik menjadi  aktif dan perasaan ingin tau mereka yang tinggi pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung, dan peserta didik dapat menjawab beberapa pertanyaan maupun tugas yang diberikan. Melalui penelitian ini bisa disimpulkan bahwa media realia sangat efektif dalam mengoptimalkan konsentrasi belajar peserta didik down syndrome.

Abstract

Background: SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi is an inclusive school that has been established for the last five years. The school implements inclusive education for diverse types of learners. However, challenges arise when most teachers have only a general education background and lack understanding of the needs of children with special needs. This service aims to improve teacher skills in implementing learning through special visual media for children with special needs. And also aims to increase teachers' understanding of reproductive health and mentoring students in the early puberty period. Method: The partner of this activity is SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi. The first workshop related to reproductive health was attended by 27 fourth, fifth, and sixth grade teachers. The learning method used is Problem Based Learning, where all participants are actively involved. The second workshop on the use of visual media in learning was attended by 25 participants, including regular teachers and accompanying teachers, for grades one, two, and three. Results: 1) Increased Teacher Knowledge about Reproductive Health and Student Assistance in Early Puberty: The workshop succeeded in increasing teacher knowledge about reproductive health and mentoring students in early puberty; 2) Improving Teacher Skills in Utilizing Visual Media: The workshop with a Problem Based Learning approach succeeded in improving teachers' skills in using special visual media for children with special needs (ABK). Conclusion: The workshop with the Problem Based Learning method succeeded in improving teacher skills in utilizing visual media and reproductive health education for teachers.
