Abstract

This study aims to describe the relationship and the relationship between mathematical communication skills and fourth grade learning outcomes at SDN Kwedenkembar. This type of research is correlation research. The research subjects were fourth grade students at SDN Kwedenkembar. Data collection techniques used include a mathematical communication ability questionnaire, daily test scores, PTS scores and PAS scores. The prerequisite test in this study used the data normality test, linearity test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between mathematical communication skills and fourth grade students' learning outcomes at SDN Kwedenkembar. The results of hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that ha is accepted and h0 is rejected. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the value of rcount > rtable (0.638 > 0.381), based on the value of the correlation coefficient, the correlation in this study is strong and positively related, which means that if the value of mathematical communication skills increases, the value of learning outcomes will also increase.

Abstract

Media helps the learning process to meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria. This research is quantitative with the reliability test results of the smart card capability test of 10 items. Stated reliable r Alpha = 7.57. The results of the data obtained, it is known from the significance value of the calculation of the normality test is 0.01 from the results of the pretest data on 25 students and 0.71 from the results of the post-test data on 25 students. From these results, when viewed from the basis of decision making that the normality value> 0.05, it is concluded that the data is normally distributed. From the results of t arithmetic, it can be seen that H0 there is no difference in the experimental class and the control class on the use of smart cards in mathematics class 1. There is a difference in the experimental class in the experimental class and the first class on the use of smart card media. Based on the t test with a significant level of 0.01, the result is that if the following test criteria are determined, then Ha is accepted

Abstract

This study aims to determine online learning in terms of the learning interest aspect of fifth graders at SDN Sawocangkring. The study used the Narrative qualitative method with three research subjects selected by the researcher, while the subject selection was based on the uniqueness of the subject who was deemed able to answer the existing problems. The research instrument consisted of interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. And data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research that has been done, the application of online learning so far is still not optimal, seen from the facilities and infrastructure as well as the monotonous learning process. The three subjects have low interest in learning. This is because when following the learning process students pay less attention to ongoing learning activities. The conclusion of this study is that of the three subjects studied, students have low interest in learning, it is said to be low if students do not meet one of the indicators of interest in learning. Namely students pay less attention when learning takes place.

Abstract

General Background: Elementary education under the Independent Curriculum promotes student-centered instruction that integrates academic achievement with social competence. Specific Background: Differentiated learning offers adaptive strategies by adjusting content, process, and product to diverse learner characteristics in heterogeneous classrooms. Knowledge Gap: Although differentiated practices are widely implemented, limited studies examine how the learning process dimension relates to elementary students’ social skills in authentic classroom contexts. Aims: This study analyzes fifth-grade students’ social skills within the process aspect of differentiated learning and identifies supporting and constraining factors during its implementation at an elementary school. Results: Using a descriptive qualitative design through observations, interviews, and documentation, findings show teachers applied differentiation mainly in content and product, while students demonstrated progress in empathy, cooperation, responsibility, and emotional regulation. However, inconsistencies in social behavior, unequal task participation, and limited differentiation in learning processes and environments were still observed. Novelty: The research provides a focused examination of social skill indicators derived from the classroom process of differentiated instruction. Implications: The findings highlight the need for more holistic and data-based differentiation practices to foster sustainable interpersonal growth and inclusive classroom interaction. Keywords: Differentiated Learning, Social Skills, Elementary Students, Learning Process, Independent Curriculum Key Findings Highlights: Students displayed stronger empathy and peer collaboration Flexible task options encouraged responsibility and engagement Process dimension required broader classroom application

Abstract

General Background Learning motivation plays a central role in determining student participation and achievement in primary education settings. Specific Background Classroom observations revealed that many elementary students showed low enthusiasm, limited engagement, and passive behavior during lessons due to the lack of varied instructional media. Knowledge Gap Although numerous studies discuss learning media, the use of educational board game–based media to stimulate motivation in this specific classroom context has not been widely implemented. Aims This study aimed to examine the use of board game learning media to increase students’ learning motivation in elementary classrooms. Results The findings indicated higher student participation, more active interaction, greater enthusiasm, and improved motivation scores after the implementation of the game-based activities compared with the initial condition. Novelty The study introduces a structured integration of traditional board game mechanics into classroom instruction as an engaging pedagogical strategy. Implications These results suggest that game-based media can be adopted by teachers as a practical alternative to create interactive, student-centered, and motivating learning environments in primary schools. Keywords : Board Game Media, Learning Motivation, Elementary Students, Game Based Learning, Classroom Engagement Key Findings Highlights : Students demonstrated stronger classroom participation Interactive play encouraged collaborative behavior Motivation scores showed consistent upward change
