Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the academic, financial, health and psychological impact of students who are addicted to online games at SMA PGRI Pekanbaru. This type of research is qualitative research. The measuring instrument used in this study is a scale of measuring the impact of students' online game addiction which consists of 50 items before validation, and after validation, 43 items are obtained with validity of 0.5255 and reliability of 0.918. The research subjects were 7 students who were identified as having a level of addiction to online games. The data analysis technique used is the percentage formula.Key Words: Impact Of Online Games

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop a malay teachingpointing education module on children’s learning motivation.The reseach method used is research and development with reference to the R&D steps, namely : potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision and product manufacturing. The instrument used was the assessment scale sheet, which was validated by 4 materral expert, two lecturers and two bk teachers. The result of the research on the development of the malay teaching pointing education medule developed are in the good category and also valid with a score of 3.7 so this medule can be said to be valid for use and publication.Key Words: Education Module, Point to Tunjuk Ajar, Motivation to Learn

Abstract

Abstract: this research was conducted around Tabek Gadang traffic light of Pekanbarucity, the purpose of this research is to determine the characteristics and self-esteem ofstreet children around Tabek gadang traffic light of Pekanbaru city. This research used adescriptive type of research with specified indicators, and data collecting and calculatingmethod with qualitative approach, to obtain the information the researcher takes theinforman in total 6 people, they are street children around Tabek Gadang traffic light ofPekanbaru city. Data collection techniques in this research using interview techniquesand observation. After conducting this research, the results showed that characteristics ofstreet children around Tabek gadang traffic light of Pekanbaru city are varied and thestreet children around Tabek gadang traffic light of Pekanbaru city had a high selfesteem.Key words: characteristics, self-esteem, street children

Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to describe the differences in achievement motivation of students majoring in Mathematics and Natural Sciences and Social Sciences class XI SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used in this research is quantitative with the type of comparative research. The population consists of 356 students and the number of samples taken using random sampling technique is 36 students from the Mathematics and Natural Sciences department and 36 students from the Social Sciences department. The data collection instrument used an achievement motivation questionnaire which was adapted from Djaali & Mulyono’s book and distributed via google form. Data analysis used t-test analysis. The result of the research is that the achievement motivation of students majoring in Mathematics and Natural Sciences is very high and students majoring in Social Sciences is high. From the results of the t-test analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there are differences in achievement motivation between MIPA and Social studies majors during the Covid-19 Pandemic.Key Words: Achievement Motivation, Online Learning

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to examine the effect of role playing techniques to improve student self-esteem in SMP N 4 Pekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods using the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The measuring instrument used in this study was the scale of student self-esteem measurement which consisted of 50 items before validation, and after validation the number of valid items was 35 items with a validity of 0.594 and a reliability of 0.953. The subjects of this study were 7 students who were identified as having low self-esteem. The data analysis technique used was non-parametric statistical techniques using the Rank Spearman test. The results of the study prove the accepted research hypothesis. Therefore, from the results of the Rank Spearman test, r = 0.821 while the correlation coefficient r2 is 0.674. Thus there is the influence of role playing techniques on student self-esteem by 67% in SMP N 4 Pekanbaru. From the Wilcoxon test results obtained (Asymp.Sig) 0.018 <0.05, it can be concluded that there are differences in students' self-esteem values before and after the treatment of role playing techniques was given.Keywords:role playing, self esteem

Abstract

Abstract: The study was carried out to identify the basic concepts and theories, factors and efforts to deal with delinquency. The kind of research used was literature studies. The instruments used in this study are a combination of national journals and international journals. Anaisis data in the study for content analysis. Studies have shown that delinquency can be characterized by the behavior of some youths that is contrary to the laws, religion and norms of society, which can harm others, destabilize public order as well as damage itself. As for the factors that affect that are internal and external factors that are present in young students. So the effort it can make to address delinquency is to do some (1) preventive measures, (2) repressive measures, and (3) curative and rehabilitation measures.Key Words: Literature Study, Juvenile Delinquency

Abstract

Abstract: This study determines to develop an Islamic therapy module to increase self-confidence in terms of physical / appearance aspects, preliminary aspects, content aspects, task aspects and summary aspects. The method used is research and development (R&D). The steps used are (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation and (5) tested design. Instrument in this study a questionnaire in the form of a validation sheet, while the validators in this study were 2 BK lecturers and 2 BK teachers. The results show that the Islamic therapy module is compiled to increase self-confidence in terms of 5 aspects, namely (1) the quality of the physical / appearance aspects was 83.75% in the "very feasible" category, (2) the quality of the preliminary aspects was 87.50% with the category " very feasible ”, (3) the quality of the content aspect is 83.75% with the“ very feasible ”category, (4) the quality of the task aspect is 87.50% with the“ very feasible ”category, (5) the quality of the summary aspect is 90.00% with the“ very feasible ”category ". All aspects of the development of an Islamic therapy module to increase self-confidence are said to meet the expected criteria with a percentage of 86.50% so it is classified in the "very good" category. Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the basic concepts and theories, implementation techniques REBT and types of adolescent problems using Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). The type of research used is literature study. The instrument used in this research is a combination of national and international journals. Data analysis in this study used qualitative. The results showed that Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) the type of counseling approach that focuses on aspects of thinking, assesing, and deciding with the aim of helping individuals to think more rationally. And there are also various theories found in the research results from the research results that can be used as discussing one of the problem formulations of the results of the research. As for the use of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) was widely used among teenagers. And there are also several technical models of implementing the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach such as through group counseling formats, group guidance, individual counseling, and combining cognitive, imagery and behavioristic techniques. Abstract

Abstract: Bullying is a negative action which is conducted to other people either physically or verbally repeatedly and causes other people to feel disturbed, uncomfortable, even feel tortured. Bullying is caused by several trigger factors, such as: religion, physical condition, family, economy, and gender. Bullying that is carried out will create a discriminatory (disharmonious) environment so that the victim will feel pressured. Bullying behavior can affect the psychological condition of the victim so that the victim will experience depression, lack of self-confidence, social isolation and even thoughts of suicide. Bullying can happen anywhere, including in educational institutions. This study aims to determine the types of bullying behavior and psychological conditions in SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach to determine the types of bullying, the level of bullying behavior, and the psychological condition of victims of bullying at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. Subjects in this study amounted to 30 people who analyzed the level of bullying behavior received and its psychological condition. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument for victims of bullying as many as 28 items and the psychological condition of victims of bullying as many as 21 items. Based on the result gained from this study, it was found that not many respondents were victims of bullying at the school. However, there are still some bullying behaviors that occur both physically and verbally. The form of physical bullying such as, hitting, forcing, disturbing, and damaging things. While the forms of verbal bullying experienced by students in the form of being yelled at, insulted and given nicknames such as "birong" (black), "kido" (kiki dower), "debi" (deri animals), and so on.Key Words: Analysis, Types of Bullying, Psychological Condition

Abstract

Multimedia pembelajaran merupakan komponen sistem penyampaian pengajaran untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Pengembangan multimedia tersebut dilandasi oleh kegiatan belajar mengajar yang efektif, interaktif, dan menyenangkan dengan dukungan media pembelajaran yang menarik perhatian murid. Multimedia pembelajaran merupakan komponen sistem penyampaian pengajaran untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Pengembangan multimedia tersebut dilandasi oleh kegiatan belajar mengajar yang efektif, interaktif, dan menyenangkan dengan dukungan media pembelajaran yang menarik perhatian murid. Adapun metode penerapan kegiatan pengabdian adalah ceramah, demonstrasi dan latihan penggunaan multimedia dalam konseling. Sasaran kegiatan adalah guru-guru SLTP, SMA sederajat. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini bertambah pengetahuan, guru bimbingan dan konseling menjadi lebih terampil dan percaya diri serta mendapatkan pengalaman dalam hal mengekspresikan penggunaan multimedia dalam konseling
