Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengidentifikasi kemampuan berbicara efektif yang harus dimiliki oleh anggota Polri dalam penyampaian pesan kamtibmas kepada pelajar. Mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan berbicara efektif anggota Polri dalam penyampaian pesan kamtibmas kepada pelajar dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan berbicara efektif anggota Polri dalam penyampaian pesan kamtibmas kepada pelajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian bertempat di MAN 1 Lombok Timur. Teknik  pengumpulan  data. Tekhnik  pengumpulan  data  melalui  observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrument penelitian. Lembar wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data. Analisis sebelum lapangan, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Kesimpulan kemampuan berbicara anggota Polri dalam menyampaikan pesan Kamtibmas kepada pelajar di MAN 1 Lombok Timur meliputi kemampuan dalam menguasai diri, materi dan lingkungan. Penguasaan diri dalam mengendalikan emosi, pikiran, dan perilaku saat melakukan interaksi terutama dalam situasi sulit dan menantang mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, mampu menyampaikan pesan dengan jelas dan terstruktur. Penguasaan diri yang baik mampu beradaptasi dengan lingkungan sehingga dalam berbicara dapat menyesuaiakan gaya bicara sehingga terjadi hubungan yang efektif. Penguasaan materi dapat menjelaskan konsep dengan lebih rinci dan akurat, memiliki pengetahuan yang luas dapat menjawab pertanyaan dengan lebih baik dan meyakinkan.   Kata kunci: Anggota Polri,  Kemampuan Berbicara, Pelajar, Pesan Kamtibmas.

Abstract

This study aims at exploring the leadership style and efforts of the school principal in the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka at SMP Negeri 2 Wanasaba. A case study method with a qualitative approach was employed in this research. The subjects (informants) of this study consisted of 1 (one) school principal, 2 (two) teachers, 1 (one) administrative staff, and 3 (three) students. Data were collected by using three techniques those are: observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that the principal’s leadership style is transformational, as the principal consistently empowers and motivates teachers and staff. The leadership style also tends to be democratic, with the principal involving teachers and staff in designing and implementing school programs, particularly in the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka. Furthermore, several concrete efforts have been identified that the principal has undertaken to successfully implement Kurikulum Merdeka. These efforts include involving administrative staff in meeting the needs for teaching materials, conducting workshops/training at the end of the academic year, enrolling teachers in various training programs, observing the performance of teachers and administrative staff, engaging parents in socializing the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka, monitoring the utilization of learning communities established by educational units, and facilitating all necessary resources to support the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Aikmel design different learning experiences to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students. The main focus of this research is on the implementation of differentiated learning, an approach that allows teachers to adapt teaching strategies to the diversity of student learning styles. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, data is collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that this approach contributed positively to student understanding and engagement, although some students faced challenges in adapting learning methods. Thus, differentiated learning has proven to be effective in creating an inclusive learning environment and supporting students' academic success and character development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of bilingual learning implementation on the bilingual communication skills of students at SD Unggulan Hamzanwadi. The method used is a qualitative approach with purposive sampling technique, involving teachers and students. The results show that the implementation of bilingual learning enhances students' communication skills both in school and outside school. Students feel more confident in communicating in English. However, challenges exist, such as shy students and the acclimatization of new students. In conclusion, the bilingual learning program positively contributes to students' language abilities.

Abstract

Technological advances in education demand innovation in learning media to support the quality of the teaching and learning process. This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of audio-visual learning media in IPAS subjects, especially on ecosystems and biodiversity. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 15 fourth grade students of SDN 1 and 2 Sembalun Lawang, with the results of a 3-minute 30-second video showing an increase in student understanding. From the results of the analysis, 10 students achieved a “High” N-Gain classification (≥ 0.7), with two students achieving the highest scores of 0.962 and 0.926, indicating that this audio-visual media is effective in improving understanding of the material. The learning media developed has been validated by experts and received positive responses from students and school principals, who assessed this media as feasible and effective in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes. This research shows that audio-visual media plays an important role in overcoming the challenges of IPAS learning and has a significant positive impact on student motivation and understanding, making it reliable as a technology-based learning approach

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the educational values ​​contained in Ahmad Fuadi's novel Negeri 5 Menara (The Five Towers), to analyze character education at the Arrobbani Wanasaba Islamic Boarding School, and to analyze the educational values ​​in Ahmad Fuadi's novel Negeri Lima Menara and their implications for character education at the Arrobbani Wanasaba Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative, descriptive approach with a case study. The data sources for this study consist of two types: primary data and secondary data. The research data were analyzed through text analysis, observation, interviews, documentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the educational values ​​contained in the novel Negeri Lima Menara include the values ​​of divinity, moral education, social education, cultural education, and aesthetic education. Character education at the Arrobbani Islamic Boarding School is represented through the five souls and the foundation or purpose of the Islamic boarding school. Islamic boarding school life is imbued with an atmosphere that can be formulated in the five souls: sincerity, simplicity, self-reliance, democratic Islamic brotherhood, and freedom. The implications of Ahmad Fuadi's novel Negeri Lima Menara for character education at the Arrobbani Wanasaba Islamic Boarding School lie in the reinforcement, motivation, and role models that students can emulate. This aligns with the implementation of the 18 national character values ​​that have become the focus of student development at the Arrobbani Wanasaba Islamic Boarding School.
