Abstract

The Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) automatic transmission system is a power transmission component widely used in various industrial sectors such as manufacturing, paper, automotive, and electric power. The decision to use this transmission is made due to its ease of maintenance, affordability, and its ability to operate within various power and speed ranges. Key components of the CVT automatic transmission system include flat belts, pulleys, rollers, CVT springs, CVT clutch linings, and clutch clutches. Calculation analysis will be conducted to determine the maximum stress of the flat belt, identify the material of the flat belt, and calculate the lifespan of the flat belt using the IHR machine. The results of the calculation show that the tight side stress is 383.3639 N, the loose side stress is 64.867 N, and the belt material stress is 3.1 N/mm2. These optimal stress and material stress values are deemed suitable for use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah dalam konteks kebijakan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Kebijakan pembangunan berkelanjutan merupakan kumpulan langkah dan strategi yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masa kini tanpa mengorbankan kemampuan generasi mendatang dalam memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Kebijakan ini menekankan keseimbangan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi, perlindungan lingkungan, dan kesejahteraan sosial, dengan tujuan menciptakan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dan tahan lama untuk semua pihak yang terlibat. Prinsip-prinsip ini, yang mencakup keadilan, keberlanjutan, dan etika, telah menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya mencapai pembangunan yang berkelanjutan di berbagai belahan dunia. Dalam studi ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis konten, yang mengarahkan perhatian pada dokumen kebijakan, literatur akademis, dan pandangan para ahli di bidang ekonomi syariah dan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Hasil analisis menegaskan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah dalam kebijakan pembangunan berkelanjutan memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi, keadilan sosial, dan pelestarian lingkungan. Studi ini menghasilkan temuan yang berpotensi menjadi landasan bagi pembuat kebijakan, akademisi, dan praktisi untuk merancang strategi yang lebih efektif dalam mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan yang didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah.

Abstract

Penggunaan kendaraan bermotor khususnya sepeda motor setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan yang sangat pesat. Salah satu bagian terpenting dari sepeda motor adalah suspensi. Penelitian tentang sebuah alat mekanik yang didesain untuk meredam getaran dan merupakan bagian penting dalam suspensi kendaraan bermotor yang menjadi prhatian utama. penelitian tentang pengaruh besaran force yang bekerja pada shock absorber konvesional terhadap kekuatan shock absorber konvesional dengan metoda simulasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi komputer Solidworks simulation. Besaran force yang bekerja pada shock absorber konvesional sebesar 50 N, 75 N, dan 100 N. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa shock absorber konvesional memiliki nilai tegangan von Mises, displacemen, dan strain yang tinggi seiring ditingkatkannya force yang bekerja. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk referensi perancangan shock absorber konvesional dan dapat diterapkan untuk mempertimbangkan faktor kemanan pada shock absorber konvesional di lapangan.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the transaction contracts that exist in the multi-level marketing business, Multi-Level Marketing is a network business that has products and it is allowed, until now there has been Sharia MLM, and has been under the auspices of DSN MUI about Sharia tiered direct sales about the processes of Sharia MLM. However, there are still many MLM business people who do not know the concept of the contract used. This research method contains data sources, data types, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques. Based on the results of research conducted shows that in the multi-level marketing business there are several contracts, including the first recruitment system, this system uses the Wakalah Bil Ujrah Akad. Abstract

Using the mind map technique to improve English writing skills in class XI Saintek 1 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik students. This method is a visual approach that allows students to organize and connect their ideas in a hierarchical picture. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of mind mapping techniques in improving students' writing skills. This research method uses classroom action research methods. The research results showed that there was a significant increase in students' writing skills after using the mind map technique. These findings can support the use of techniques as an effective strategy in improving the English writing skills of class XI Saintek 1 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik students. This research shows that 31% are able to write in English, and there is an increase of 83% in learning English using the mind map technique.

Abstract

AbstrakPompa adalah mesin yang berfungsi untuk memindahkan fluida dengan cara merubah energi mekanis menjadi energi fluida dan tekanan, mengangkut fluida melalui sistem perpipaan. Keandalan dan kekuatan poros pompa sentrifugal menjadi perhatian utama pada penelitian ini. Penelitian tentang pengaruh besaran force yang bekerja pada poros pompa sentrifugal terhadap kekuatan poros pompa sentrifugal dengan metoda numerik Finite Element Method (FEM) dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi komputer Solidworks simulation. Besaran force yang bekerja pada poros pompa sentrifugal dengan material baja AISI 1020 sebesar 50 N, 75 N, dan 100 N di usulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa poros pompa sentrifugal memiliki nilai tegangan von Mises, displacement, dan strain yang tinggi seiring ditingkatkannya force yang bekerja. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk referensi perancangan poros pompa sentrifugal dan dapat diterapkan untuk mempertimbangkan faktor kemanan pada poros pompa sentrifugal di lapangan.

Abstract

Renewable energy is an energy source obtained from natural resources that can be naturally renewed in a relatively short time, so that its availability will not run out as long as its use is carried out sustainably. This article aims to increase the understanding of the Pinomontiga Village community regarding the importance of renewable energy in improving the quality of life and supporting the local economy. The results of the activity show that: 1) The activity of cleaning up garbage on the beach in Pinomontiga Village has succeeded in increasing public awareness of the importance of maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of the coastal ecosystem. Collaboration between residents, students, and related parties not only cleans the beach, but also fosters a sense of collective responsibility in protecting the environment. Education about the negative impacts of garbage on marine biota and the local economy, especially the fisheries and tourism sectors, is an important aspect of this activity; 2) Socialization regarding renewable energy, such as solar, wind, and biomass energy, provides new insights for coastal communities about environmentally friendly energy solutions that can be optimized for local needs. The potential for renewable energy in coastal areas opens up new economic opportunities and reduces dependence on fossil fuels; 3) Tree planting in coastal areas not only functions as a greening effort, but also helps control erosion, protect against coastal flooding, and create a healthier ecosystem. Selecting the right tree species can support the development of local wind energy, providing ecological benefits while opening up opportunities in the renewable energy sector. The results of this study indicate that a community-based approach to the application of renewable energy has great potential to increase public awareness and participation in environmental conservation. Further studies can examine the effectiveness of various strategies for implementing renewable energy in coastal communities, including technical, economic, and social aspects. In addition, a more in-depth analysis is needed regarding policies that support the sustainable use of renewable energy at the local level.

Abstract

Tenses in English are used to convey when an event occurs or someone does something. Tenses are divided into 4 types namely present, past, future, and fast future. Tenses material provides specific guidance in making effective sentences and expressing activities in the past, present, and future. This research aims to analyze students' difficulties in learning English tenses. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews and participant observation of students of constitutional law at Al-Zaytun Islamic Institute of Indonesia, in learning English tenses. The results showed that 90% of constitutional law students in the Midterm Examination on average only knew 5 tenses out of 13 tenses. This research shows that most students of constitutional law do not have a strong basic understanding of the structure and basic concepts of English grammar, especially tenses. This is due to the lack of emphasis on grammar as well as student interest. Keywords: Tenses, Students, Al-Zaytun

Abstract

The background of this research is the culture of marriage as a form of expression of life as stated in traditional ceremonial processions, especially the Sasak tribe in Lombok. The tradition of merarik has become part of a wedding ceremony for the Sasak people, which is a procession carried out by a pair of grooms and brides to conduct a wedding. The customary process is related to behavior patterns, which is a reflection of the meaning of community behavior, if it is violated, there will be disharmony in social life. In addition, pulling in essence can be interpreted as an important marriage in human life. Each custom process merarik in society Sasak-meal contained specific meaning in it. Therefore, thistradition merarik deserves to be appointed as a research subject, especially in its unique aspects, why thetradition is merarik used as a mandatory ritual to be fulfilled. Merariq is wedding rituals carried out by the Sasak people on the island of Lombok. Merariq for the people of Lombok is half of life to start a new life through the marriage process. Merariq has a different ritual than other regions in Indonesia. The Sasak tribe community consists of two differences in social caste, including those with blue blood, such as: the names Lalu, Lale, Baiq,  Raden, Mamiq, while those who do not have royal blood are usually calledchildren amaq, with differences in hereditary caste which will affect the lifestyle. both in the implementation of wedding rituals, for example in the marriage process, it will feel thick with cultural nuances.

Abstract

Pumps are often found and needed in everyday life, both in households and industry. Cavitation is often a major problem in centrifugal pumps because it affects their performance and performance. Experimental studies on the effect of fluid mass flow rate on cavitation in centrifugal pumps were investigated and characterized. The Ebara Brand centrifugal pump type 65x50 FSS4JA installed in the Casting Machine TCU installation was used as the object of research. In the experimental study, the number of constant impeller blades of 6 pcs and a blade tilt angle of 60º was studied for variations in fluid mass flow rate determined with values ​​of 1.67 kg/s, 3.33 kg/s, 5.67 kg/s, and 7.33 kg/s. The results of the research show that the fluid mass flow rate has a cavitation value of 0.2 for variations in the fluid mass flow rate of 1.67 kg/s, 0.65 for variations in the fluid mass flow rate of 3.33 kg/s, 1.9 for variations in the flow rate fluid mass 5.67 kg/s, and 1.88 with variations in fluid mass flow rate of 7.33 kg/s. These results confirm that the higher the variation in fluid mass flow rate, the higher the cavitation level, but strangely when the variation is increased from 5.67 kg/s to 7.33 kg/s the cavitation value slowly decreases, this confirms that the variation in fluid mass flow rate 7.33 kg/s is the optimal fluid mass flow rate variation and allows it to be applied in the field.
