Commitment to capture employees’ psychological attachment to adopting technologies. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on Technology-Enabled Innovative Behavior, and through the mediating roles of paras-paros citizenship behavior and Technology Adoption Commitment. Using survey data from 377 employees of five-star hotels in Bali analyzed with PLS-SEM, the results show that transformational leadership significantly enhances Technology-Enabled Innovative Behavior, with Paras Paros Citizenship Behavior as a partial mediator, while Technology Adoption Commitment has no mediating effect. Higher Technology-Enabled Innovative Behavior is reflected in the frequent use of Property Management Systems, digital payment, and mobile check-in, whereas lower use of AI-driven customer service indicates areas for further innovation. The findings highlight that leadership and Paras Paros Citizenship Behavior provide strong cultural support, but innovation outcomes depend on the accessibility and integration of specific technologies. Strengthening leadership practices, local wisdom values, and the operational integration of underutilized tools can accelerate digital transformation in the hospitality industry.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the direct and indirect impact of transformational leadership and quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior OCB, with work motivation as a mediator. An explanatory method was adopted to examine the relationship between antecedent, mediator, and consequences, with seven hypotheses being tested. A total of 216 employees from the St. Regis Hotel in Bali were selected as the participants using a simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS, which included conducting validity and reliability tests through algorithm methods, followed by hypothesis testing using bootstrapping. The results of the analysis showed that transformational leadership directly impacted OCB. When work motivation acts as a mediator, transformational leadership significantly affects OCB. While QWL did not directly affect increasing OCB, its relationship with OCB became significant when work motivation was introduced as a mediator.

Abstract

Objectives: The research focuses on the high turnover intention ratio in the East Java banking sector. The aim is to explore the role of emotional intelligence (EI) in reducing employee turnover by considering thriving at work (TW) and career adaptability (CA). This research highlights the importance of emotional intelligence and its positive effects through training programs to reduce Turnover Intentions (TOI).Methodology: This research used an explanatory quantitative method involving 105 frontline employees. The sample used a saturated sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to all frontliners, with 103 questionnaires returned. The data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method.Finding: The result found that EI does not directly influence frontline employees' desire for TOI. Nonetheless, employees with high levels of EI tend to thrive more at work, reducing their desire for TOI. The ability to develop and adapt in the work environment can be a more significant factor in reducing TOI.Conclusion: EI is important in reducing the TOI of Bank frontline employees. Employees with high EI can better develop and adapt to a stressful work environment, reducing TOI and increasing well-being and commitment to self-development.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the economic growth of a country. The contribution of MSMEs to Indonesia's GDP experienced a depression due to the emergence of Covid-19 at the beginning of 2020. However, two years after the government declared pandemic for Indonesia, the performance of MSMEs has begun to recover from its downturn. This is shown by the increase in the contribution of MSMEs to Indonesia's GDP and employment in Indonesia. Moreover, the performance of MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City has also experienced an improvement as shown by an increase in MSME profits. This research aims to analyze the influence of knowledge management and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as well as the mediating effect of competitive advantage in this relationship. This research uses a quantitative approach to draw conclusions from the proposed hypothesis. Sample was selected using the census method so that the total sample was 44 respondents who were SMEs registered in Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Bandar Lampung. Data collection method uses a questionnaire and the data is analyzed using SEM-PLS with the bootstrap method. The results show that knowledge management, entrepreneurial orientation, and competitive advantage have a direct and significant influence on business performance. Furthermore, competitive advantage was also found to play a mediating role in the relationship between knowledge management and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance.

This quantitative study aims to analyze the effect of workload, workplace environment, and career development on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Pejaten Jaya Abadi. The data were collected through questionnaires filled out by 120 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression in IBM SPSS 30. This study finds that workload has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, while workplace environment and career development have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, workplace environment has the greatest influence on job satisfaction compared to other variables. The coefficient of determination value of 79.9% indicates that these independent variables are able to explain most of the variation in job satisfaction.
