Abstract

Internet users have gone a step further not only to communicate but also to book vehicles,trade, work and even buy property. With the emergence of consumers' need to make decisionsquickly without being bound by space and time as well as the need to manifest themselves incyberspace, this will have a direct or indirect impact on consumer behavior in buying andusing products online. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The surveymethod focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thusenabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using aquestionnaire instrument or questionnaire. In this study, the population was undergraduatestudents at UM Metro, namely students at the Faculty of Economics. The sampling techniqueused accidental sampling with a total sample of 75 people. Data collection techniques usinga questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study show that 1) there is a positiveand significant influence between Online Customer Reviews on Purchasing Decisions 2)there is a positive and significant influence between Online Customer Reviews on Price 3)there is a positive and significant influence between Price on Purchase Decision

Abstract

With the still high Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) in the Lampung Province area, Muhammadiyah Metro University's class of 2019 management students themselves are felt capable of overcoming this problem, namely by increasing entrepreneurial motivation, because it is hoped that by increasing the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia it can open new jobs, reduce unemployment rate and can also help improve the economy of the surrounding community and also the country. This research aims to find out whether entrepreneurship education, work environment and entrepreneurial skills influence entrepreneurial motivation. Meanwhile, in this research the researcher used a quantitative type of research. The population in this study was 138 management students from the class of 2019 at Muhammadiyah Metro University. Determining the number of samples using the Sovlin formula with a margin of error of 5%, obtained a sample of 102 samples. The data collection technique used was using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 application. Entrepreneurship education, work environment and entrepreneurial skills have a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial motivation of management students class of 2019 at Metro Muhammadiyah University.

Abstract

In order to win the competition, each entrepreneur carries out their own marketing strategy,among the marketing strategies that are generally implemented by each company includeincreasing sales promotions and providing complete stock and types of goods so that buyerswill not move to another shop that has complete stock of goods. Apart from that, settingcompetitive prices is also the key to winning the competition, because price is one of the mainconsiderations for consumers in determining where they will shop. This research aims todetermine the effect of sales promotions and inventory on purchasing decisions with price asa mediating variable for customers of the Classic Part & Custom Part & Custom Shop inMetro City. The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The objectof this research is sales promotion, inventory and purchasing decisions with price as amediating variable. The research population and sample were customers of the "SalahParkir" Classic Part & Custom Shop in Metro City with a total sample of 96 people. Datacollection techniques use questionnaires. The Analitical Tool used is data quality analysis and path analysis using the SPSS program. The research results show that sales promotions,inventory and price have a significant direct effect on customer purchasing decisions. Salespromotions and inventory have a direct and significant effect on prices. Price significantlymediates the influence of sales promotions and inventory on customer purchasing decisionsat the "Salah Parkir" Clasics Part & Custom Shop in Metro City

Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of financial management of village funds in Karang Sari Village by analyzing data based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management, namely at the planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability stages. The object of this research is Karang Sari Village, Padang Ratu District, Central Lampung. This research is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach using 16 informants consisting of village officials and 8 hamlet heads. The research subjects were determined using purposive sampling techniques and data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used was reduction, triagulation, data display, and conclusion. In general, the problems found are the lack of knowledge in the management of funds and the lack of quality of human resources, the lack of assistance and the quality of assistance and the lack of supervision carried out in the management of village funds so that there is a gap in discrepancies in the financial management of village funds. Based on data analysis, this study states that the financial management of village funds in Karang Sari Village is not technically in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, namely at the accountability stage there is no information on the 2023 village fund budget realization report which is conveyed to the public through information media and several obstacles are found in its implementation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of market risk, financial risk and business risk on stock returns of textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (2019-2022 period). This research manages financial report data for 4 years, namely from 2019-2022 according to what is needed. This data is seen through company financial reports published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and tested using E-views 10. Based on tests carried out by researchers using data analysis techniques using analytical requirements testing (descriptive statistical analysis), classical regression assumption requirements testing (autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test), as well as hypothesis testing using panel data regression models and (Test t, the significant F test and the coefficient of determination test R2) found that the only variables that had a significant influence on stock returns were market risk and business risk variables, while the financial risk variables did not influence and were not significant on stock returns. Likewise for the simultaneous test which has been carried out based on the calculated F table or F-statistics of 0.987735 with a significance value of 0.0732981 which means > 0.05 so Ha is accepted and it can be concluded that Market Risk, Financial Risk and Business Risk together has no effect on stock returns.

Abstract

Behavioral Finance is a phenomenon of a person's psychology that can affect an investor in financial activities, this financial behavior can occur due to the irrational nature of an investor, especially in making investment decisions. This study has the aim of knowing whether regret aversion bias affected cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z. To determine whether Overconfidence affected investment decision making in generation z. To find out whether Overconfidence affected cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z. And to find out whether regret aversion bias and overconfidence affected cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z and find out what the impact was. This study used a quantitative method with purpose sampling where the sample of this study amounted to 60 respondents who were generation z cryptocurrency investors. Data analysis used instrument requirement testing, namely validity and reliability tests. The analysis requirements test used normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. And hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis test, partial test (T test). simultaneous test (F test), and test the coefficient of determination (R2). By using the SPSS software application program. The results showed that 1). Regret aversion bias had a positive and significant effect on cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z. 2). Overconfidence had a positive and significant effect on cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z. and 3). Regret aversion bias and overconfidence had a significant effect on cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z.

Abstract

The background to this research is the management of the Rama Indra village income and expenditure budget for the 2021-2023 period which fluctuates every year and there is a lack of openness regarding the APBDes and village information. This research aims to determine the management and effectiveness and efficiency of APBDes management in Rama Indra Village. This research uses a descriptive approach with quantitative research methods. Data collection methods used include interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the management of the village income and expenditure budget is said to be good and in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning village financial management, while the effectiveness of the village income and expenditure budget is classified as very effective with a percentage of 90% -100% while the efficiency of The village income and expenditure budget is also classified as efficient because it is at a percentage of 90%-100%. In this research, the author suggests adding transparency to be more open to the public.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of packaging, price, and product quality on consumer repurchase interest at Mixue Ahmad Yani Metro. With respondents totaling 68 consumers.This type of research uses the causal association method and the descriptive method using a quantitative approach. This study uses sampling techniques such as non-probability sampling, purposive sampling, and accidental sampling. Data collection in this study involves observation, interviews, and questionnaires.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Packaging has a significant effect on the Repurchase Interest variable with a tcount value of 2.477> t table 1.997. (2) Price has a significant effect on the Repurchase Interest variable with a tcount value of 4.599> t table 1.997. (3) Product quality has a significant effect on repurchase interest, with a tcount value of 1.284 < ttable 0.1997. (4) Packaging, Price and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect together on Repurchase Interest with an Fcount value of 66.987, which is positive and > from the Ftable value of 2.75.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Community Participation, Competence and Internal Control Systems on Accountability in Village Fund Management. This research uses financial management theory. The data used in this research is primary data based on questionnaires distributed to village officials and the community. This research method uses a sample of village officials who work at the Gedung Gumanti Village Subdistrict Office. The sample in this research is 30 people, based on a purposive sampling method, namely officials who have a minimum of SMP/MTS degree and have worked for more than one year. The choice of hypothesis testing in this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that Community Participation and the internal control system have a positive effect on Village Fund Management Accountability, while Competency also has a positive effect on Village Fund Management Accountability.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a direct and indirect influence between product quality and price on customer loyalty which is mediated by customer satisfaction with honda motorbikes. This research uses quantitative research, the population in this research is 2020 FEB management students at Muhammadiyah Metro University. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 61 students was obtained. The data was processed using the SPSS version 26 data program. The results of this study show that product quality has a direct effect on customer loyalty on Honda motorbikes, price has a direct effect on customer loyalty on Honda motorbikes, product quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction on Honda motorbikes, price has a direct effect on customer satisfaction on Honda motorbikes, customer satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty on Honda motorbikes, product quality has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on Honda motorbikes, price has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on Honda motorbike.
