Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi wanita yang bekerja terhadap konflik peran ganda di Kota Palopo dengan menggunakan dimensi konflik berdasarkan waktu (time based conflict), konflik berdasarkan tekanan (stain based conflict) dan konflik berdasarkan perilaku (behavior based conflict). Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 420 working mom atau wanita menikah yang bekerja dan telah memiliki anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar secara langsung dan melalui google form. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan tools SPSS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa persepsi working mom atau ibu bekerja di Kota Palopo akan konflik peran ganda masuk pada kategori setuju atau baik. Ibu bekerja mampu menyeimbangkan antara keluarga dan pekerjaan. Tumpang tindih antara tugas pekerjaan dengan tugas rumah tangga  mampu diatasi dengan baik oleh working mom. Indikator dengan nilai rataan tertinggi yakni konflik berdasarkan perilaku, sedangkan indikator dengan nilai rataan terendah yaitu konflik berdasarkan waktu.

Abstract

Comfort in the company is related to the success of the company. A good work environment needs to be considered to create quality of work life so as to help foster the desire of each employee to remain in the company and achieve company goals. Factors of quality of work life (quality of work life) become a supporter or obstacle that can affect employee engagement (employee engagement) in the company. This research was conducted at one of the current HONDA Car Dealers in Makassar, which is engaged in Sales, Spare Parts and Service (3S), namely PT. Honda of the South Sea Studio, Palopo City Branch. When the research was conducted February - March 2023 with a questionnaire collection technique on 30 respondent from employees of PT. Honda Palopo Branch of the South Sea Studio. The sample selection method used is saturated sampling. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on data processing, the result can be obtained that the quality of work life has a significant effect on employee engagement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis persepsi penerapan knowledge management dan menganalisis hubungannya dengan karakteristik karyawan pada Perumdam Waemani Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional yang menggunakan data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dan wawancara. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 97 orang karyawan Perumdan Waemani Luwu Timur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasi dengan menggunakan chi-square. Tools yang digunakan yaitu SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada Perumda Waemami Kabupaten Luwu Timur diperoleh bahwa penerapan atau implementasi dari knowledge management berdasarkan persepsi karyawan yaitu sudah baik. Indikator dengan nilai rataan skor terendah yakni kemampuan menyerap. Sedangkan indikator dengan nilai rataan tertinggi yaitu indikator berbagi pengetahuan atau knowledge sharing. Karakteristik responden yang memiliki hubungan dengan penerapan knowledge management yakni usia, sedangkan jenis kelamin, pendidikan terakhir, dan lama bekerja tidak memiliki hubungan dengan penerapan knowledge management pada Perumda Waemami Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Knowledge Management on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Environmental Service office. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample of this research were 23 employees in the office studied. Data was obtained using a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. From the results of simple regression estimates, it can be seen that knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Environmental Service Office (DLH).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Wara Barat Health Center in Palopo City. The results of this study are that there is a partial positive effect between Work Discipline and Employee Performance at the West Wara Health Center in Palopo City. The test results show that the influence of the dependent variable (X) on the independent variable (Y) has a strong influence and can be proven by the coefficient of determination (R2) with a result of 0.688 = 68.8% and the remaining 31.2% is caused by the variables not examined. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.00 ≥ 0.05 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.829 meaning that the relationship or correlation/with the dependent variable (X) work discipline has a very strong effect on the independent variable (Y) the performance of West Wara Health Center employees Palo City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on work productivity at the Office of the Central Bureau of Statistics in Palopo City simultaneously and partially. This research was conducted on 19 employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics Office of Palopo City with a quantitative approach. Data were obtained using a questionnaire that was distributed randomly and measured with a Likert scale unit. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) Training and work discipline have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Office of the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Palopo. (2) Training has a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Office of the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Palopo. (3) Work discipline does not significantly influence the work productivity of employees at the Office of the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Palopo.

Abstract

This research reveals the main problems relating to employee performance. Thus, this research aims to determine the effect of work life balance on employee performance at PT. Columbus, Palopo city. This research is correlational with a quantitative approach applied using statistical formulas to assist in analyzing the data and facts obtained. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Columbus in the city of Palopo as many as 38 people. The sample in this research is employees at PT. Colombus, Palopo city, as many as 38 people were taken using saturated sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between the influence of work life balance on employee performance at PT. Columbus, Palopo city, where the significance value is 0.001 <0.05. Work life balance and job satisfaction contribute to respondents' performance, so they can be used as benchmarks for improving employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pokok permasalahan yang berkenaan dengan kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas kesehatan kota palopo. Penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diterapkan dengan menggunakan rumus statistik untuk membantu dalam menganalisa data dan fakta yang diperoleh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo sebanyak 150 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai yang berstatus PNS pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo sebanyak 30 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo. Disiplin kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja responden, sehingga dapat dijadikan tolak ukur dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. PLN Unit Layanan Pelanggan Kota Palopo yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hard skill terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ssampel penelitian ini sebanyak 41 yang bekerja pada PT. PLN Unit Layanan Pelanggan Kota Palopo. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari kuesioner, observasi serta wawancara secara langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Adapun hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa hard skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN Unit Layanan Pelanggan Kota Palopo. Artinya semakin baik hard skill yang dimiliki oleh karyawan maka kinerjanya pun akan semakin baik dan begitu pula sebaliknya jika hard skill rendah maka kinerja karyawan menurun.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the factors influencing purchasing decisions (case study of CV. Delta Glass, S. Parman Street No. 15, Medan). The respondents in this study were 30 employees of CV. Delta Glass. The research utilized SMART PLS data processing to determine the validity and reliability of variables and to examine whether each independent variable positively or negatively affects the dependent variable. The results of this study show that the endorsement variable does not partially influence purchasing decisions, with a T-statistic value (1.193) less than 1.96, and a P-value (0.234) greater than 0.05. The price variable partially influences purchasing decisions, with a T-statistic value (2.797) exceeding 1.96, and a P-value (0.014) less than 0.05. Therefore, hypothesis H2 can be accepted. The service quality variable partially influences purchasing decisions, with a T-statistic value (2.461) exceeding 1.96, and a P-value (0.005) less than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that H3 can be accepted. However, in the F-test, it was found that the endorsement, price, and service quality variables simultaneously positively influence purchasing decisions, with an F-test value (0.471) exceeding 0.062.
