Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistik, dan Persandian (Diskominfo-SP) Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 43 orang yang bekerja pada Diskominfo-SP Kabupaten Luwu Timur.  Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari kuesioner, observasi serta wawancara secara langsung kepada staf Diskominfo-SP Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, gaya kerja, dan komunikasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pengawai pada Diskominfo-SP Kabupaten Luwu Timur.  Sedangkan secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Diskominfo-SP Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Variabel disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Diskominfo-SP Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Namun, variabel komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Diskominfo-SP Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Sehingga berdasarkan uji parsial tersebut variabel komunikasi merupakan yang dominan mempunyai pengaruh besar dalam peningkatan kinerja pengawai pada Diskominfo-SP Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Kata kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pengawasan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Kecamatan Walenrang di Kabupaten Luwu. Ukuran sampel yaitu 30 pegawai yang merupakan pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Walenrang di Kabupaten Luwu. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan kuisioner sebagai alatnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, pengawasan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Walenrang. Serta disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Walenrang. Sedangkan pengawasan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Walenrang. Artinya bahwa semakin baik penerapan gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja pada Kantor Kecamatan Walenrang maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Namun tidak dengan variabel pengawasan. Hal ini berarti jika variabel pengawasan ditingkatkan maka kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Walenrang tidak mengalami peningkatan, sehingga apabila pengawasan yang dimiliki responden ditingkatkan maka belum tentu akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pengawasan, Disiplin Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh  Learning Organization dan Employee Engangement Terhadap Perkembangan Human Capital Pada Karyawan PT.Masmindo Dwi Area Kabupaten Luwu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui observasi,Interview (wawancara), dan kuesioner (Angket). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT.Masmindo Dwi Area yang Berjumlah 50 Orang. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni regresi linear berganda menggunakan aplikasi statistik IBM SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa Learning Organization dan Employee Engangement berpengaruh signifikanTerhadap Perkembangan Human Capital Pada Karyawan PT.Masmindo Dwi Area Kabupaten Luwu.  Kata kunci: Learning Organization, Employee Engangement, Human Capital

Abstract

The success of SMEs could be seen from their performance. However, until now theperformance measurement still use the traditional way in which views the performance onlyfrom the financial perspective. Therefore, it needs a new performance measurement systemwhich is balance scorecard. Based on the problems, this study aimed at designing a performancemeasurement in SMEs with balance scorecard approach as an attempt to develop thehuman capital and to improve the SMEs'performance. The study was conducted in BogorSMEs. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling. The samples ofthis study were SMEs owner, related official, and the expert of SMEs and BSC. The datatabulation and analysis were used literature study, focus group discussion, and in-depthinterview. The result of the study formulated eight strategic targets from four perspectivesand 15 key performance indicators to measure performance in SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix and consumer trust on purchasing decisions. This study was conducted to determine (1) the influence of the marketing mix and consumer trust on purchasing decisions, (2) the influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions, and (3) the influence of consumer trust on purchasing decisions. The population in this study consists of all consumers who made purchases at Nurbiana Shop, with a sample size of 30 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. These three techniques were chosen by the researcher because they are considered more effective for observing the phenomenon under study. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that, simultaneously, the marketing mix and consumer trust significantly influence purchasing decisions. Partially, the marketing mix and consumer trust also significantly influence purchasing decisions at Nurbiana Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, career development, and rewards on employee productivity at PT Megahputra Sejahtera, Palopo Branch. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. The data used included both primary data, collected through questionnaires, and secondary data from company documentation. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, involving a total of 30 employee respondents. The data analysis methods consisted of descriptive analysis to describe the respondent profiles, validity and reliability tests to ensure the quality of the research instrument, and classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests to confirm data suitability. The main analytical tool used was multiple linear regression to examine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable, namely employee productivity. The research findings indicate that simultaneously, competence, career development, and rewards have a significant effect on employee productivity. This is supported by the F-test results, which show a significance level below 0.05. However, when tested partially, only the reward variable showed a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The competence and career development variables did not have a statistically significant effect when assessed individually. These results suggest that the company’s reward system plays a key role in motivating employees and enhancing their performance. On the other hand, the existing competence and career development programs may not be effectively implemented or aligned with employees' actual needs and expectations, hence failing to significantly impact productivity. Based on these findings, it is recommended that PT Megahputra Sejahtera continues to strengthen its reward system by ensuring it is fair, motivating, and performance-based. Furthermore, the company should improve its career development strategies and competence-building initiatives to be more structured, goal-oriented, and relevant to employee development pathways. This dual approach can help foster a more productive and engaged workforce.

Abstract

Former nickel mine lands often have low soil quality and do not support the growth of revegetation plants. This study aims to evaluate the effect of humic substances and compost on improving the quality of post-nickel mine soil and plant growth media. The experiment was conducted using a completely randomized design in a factorial pattern with three levels of humic and compost treatments, as well as a combination of both, applied to nickel post-mining soil. The results showed that the addition of compost significantly increased the cation exchange capacity (CEC) and availability of nutrients (Ca, Mg, K, Na) in the soil. The addition of humic materials had relatively no significant impact on increasing CEC, but could increase phosphorus levels in the soil. In addition, compost and the combination of compost with humic materials can reduce available heavy metal Cr, although it causes an increase in Ni heavy metal levels in the soil. The results of this study make a significant contribution to the rehabilitation of ex-mining land in a sustainable manner, especially the use of humic materials and compost as a strategy to improve soil quality and increase agricultural productivity. The use of these organic materials is proven to be effective in improving the physical, chemical and biological properties of degraded soils, so it can be a more environmentally friendly approach compared to the use of synthetic chemicals
