Abstract

One way that can be done to improve the quality of teachers is to carry out supervision properly. Supervision is not only carried out to improve teacher abilities, but also to increase teacher motivation, especially achievement motivation. This study aims to reveal supervision carried out through a reality approach to increase teacher achievement motivation. To achieve the research objectives, the research approach used is qualitative, with data analysis through condensation, data display, and verification / conclusion. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and document studies. Based on the results of the research obtained, the implementation of supervision through a reality approach is carried out through three stages, namely pre-conference, conference, and post-conference. At the pre-conference stage, the supervisor together with the supervise analyze the problems experienced and agree on the time for the implementation of supervision. The Conference stage is carried out by talking personally to increase teacher motivation. At the conference stage, the reality approach is used using WDEP (Wants, Direction, Evaluation, and Planning) techniques. At the Post Conference stage, follow up on the results of the supervision carried out.

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter disiplin sangat penting karena disiplin tidak hanya mencakup kemampuan untuk mematuhi aturan, tetapi juga membentuk sikap tanggung jawab, keteraturan, dan ketekunan dalam menjalani setiap tugas atau tantangan. SMKN 1 Duduksampeyan melaksanakan program pembiasaan ketarunaan sebagai upaya untuk membentuk karakter disiplin siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program pembiasaan ketarunaan dalam upaya pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa di SMKN 1 Duduksampeyan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program pembiasaan ketarunaan dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah kedisiplinan siswa dan dilanjutkan dengan penyusunan materi dan jadwal pelaksanaan yang melibatkan berbagai pihak. Pelaksanaan program pembiasaan ketarunaan dilakukan setiap minggu dengan kegiatan seperti pelatihan baris-berbaris, wawasan kebangsaan, dan pembinaan mental, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kepemimpinan siswa. Evaluasi dilakukan secara rutin melalui rapat tim kesiswaan, pengamatan langsung, dan pengumpulan data dokumentasi, yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa baik dalam kehadiran, kepatuhan terhadap peraturan sekolah, maupun dalam interaksi sosial siswa. Secara keseluruhan, program ketarunaan di SMKN 1 Duduksampeyan telah berhasil memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membentuk karakter disiplin siswa, yang diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal penting dalam kehidupan di sekolah maupun di dunia kerja

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the policy of the Minister of Education and Culture of Indonesia Number 3 Year 2025 concerning the New Student Admission System. The study investigates the content, objectives, implementation challenges, and implications of the regulation within the context of Indonesian educational reform. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection involved document analysis, interviews with stakeholders, and literature review. The findings reveal that the regulation strives to establish a transparent, fair, and efficient student admission process, emphasizing merit-based selection, reduction of nepotism, and promotion of equitable access. However, the implementation faces obstacles such as inadequate infrastructure, limited digital literacy, and regional disparities. The analysis indicates that while the policy aligns with principles of social justice and educational equity, its success depends heavily on infrastructural support, stakeholder engagement, and continuous monitoring. The study concludes that to maximize the policy’s impact, concerted efforts are necessary to address operational challenges and adapt strategies to local contexts. Recommendations include strengthening technological infrastructure, increasing community awareness, and fostering collaboration among educational institutions and government agencies. This research provides valuable insights into the policy's strengths and weaknesses, offering guidance for policymakers to refine and implement the regulation more effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal and analyse the strategies implemented by the principal in improving the professionalism of teachers and educational staff at SDN Pagu 2, Wates District, Kediri Regency. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the school principal actively designs various strategies for human resource development and training at the school. These strategies include academic supervision, facilitating teacher and educational staff training, strengthening a collaborative work culture, and enhancing work motivation through a personalised approach. The main challenges faced include limited funding, restricted access to external training, and insufficient active participation from some educational staff. The study concludes that the principal's adaptive and contextual strategies play a crucial role in enhancing professionalism within the elementary school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the marketing strategies implemented by SDIT Al Uswah Surabaya in increasing public interest. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study explores in depth the key elements of the marketing mix implemented by the school. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with related parties, and document studies. Data analysis used the Creswell data analysis model, which includes data processing and preparation, reading all data, coding data, presenting descriptions or themes in qualitative narratives, and interpreting data. The results of the study indicate that SDIT Al Uswah Surabaya has succeeded in implementing an effective marketing strategy, which is reflected in the high public interest and the school's proud achievements. The superior Al-Qur'an memorization program, prices that are in accordance with the quality of service, strategic location, utilization of social media and direct promotional activities, competent teaching staff, clear school vision and mission, and adequate facilities and infrastructure are key factors in the success of the school's marketing strategy. This study provides insight into the importance of implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy in the context of educational institutions to increase competitiveness and attract public interest.   Keywords: Marketing Mix, Marketing Strategy, SDIT Al Uswah Surabaya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis peran observer pengelolaan kinerja guru dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari indeks pendidikan di Gresik pada 2024 dengan salah satu dimensi terendah yaitu kualitas pengajar. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, Pengelolaan Kinerja Guru dan Kepala Sekolah yang diterbitkan Kemdikbudristek menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan kinerja guru dilakukan melalui sistem aplikasi ruang GTK merupakan alat bantu yang disediakan bagi guru dan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja dan kompetensi secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi multi-situs yang dilakukan di SMKN 1 Cerme dan SMKN 1 Sidayu, Kabupaten Gresik. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan melalui teknik analisis data tunggal dan multi situs. Pada tahap perencanaan kinerja guru di pengelolaan kinerja guru, observer sebagai pendamping dengan menerapkan pendekatan Management by Objectives (MBO) yang menitikberatkan pada diskusi untuk menentukan indikator dan target perilaku kinerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan selaras dengan arah kebijakan sekolah. Peran observer pada tahap pemantauan kinerja guru di pengelolaan kinerja guru dilakukan dengan pendekatan coaching dan membersamai, bukan bersifat menggurui dan menghakimi, dengan memfokuskan pada capaian target perilaku sesuai rubrik observasi sehingga upaya perbaikan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran bisa tercapai. Peran observer pada tahap pembinaan kinerja guru di pengelolaan kinerja guru dilakukan dengan pendekatan apresiatif dan konsultan yang menitikberatkan pada perbaikan, peningkatan, dan tindak lanjut dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menghasilkan alternative pendekatan pendampingan yang bisa dilakukan oleh observer pengelolaan kinerja guru di ruang GTK agar hasil yang diperoleh bisa maksimal sesuai tujuan dibuatnya sistem aplikasi ruang GTK.
