Abstract

Desa Wisata Pinge, Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan ini memiliki potensi daya tarikwisata yang sangat potensial. Namun menghadapi masalah dalam penguatan pengembanganDesa Wisata yang telah terbentuk. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi adalahketidakmampuan pengelola desa wisata memenuhi permintaan wisatawan asing terkaitmenu breakfast internasional. Berdasarkan informasi tersebut, maka kami timpengabdimengusulkan sosialisasi penguatan Desa Wisata Pinge dan pelatihan pembuatan AmericanBreakfast dan Fresh Juice dengan menggunakan sumber daya alam lokal. Tujuan darikegiatan pendampingan, yaitu: 1).Untuk memberikan wawasan dan sosialisasi mengenaipenguatan Desa Wisata Pinge, menganalisis Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang dan Tantanganyang dihadapi. 2). Untuk memberikan wawasan guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepadawisatawan dalam bentuk pelatihan pembuatan American Breakfast dan Fresh Juice denganmenggunakan sumber daya alam lokal. 3). Memberikan wawasan Prinsip-prinsip dasarmanajemen pemasaran mengenai bagaimana menciptakan kepuasan konsumen. Adapunmanfaat dari kegiatan ini, yaitu: 1). Kemampuan mengenai penguatan Desa Wisata Pinge, dengan menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi. 2). Kemampuan meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada wisatawan dalam bentuk pelatihanpembuatan American Breakfast dan Fresh Juice dengan menggunakan sumber daya alamlokal. 3). Kemampuan prinsip dasar pemasaran dalam menciptakan kepuasan konsumen. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan di Desa Pinge, Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan Bali berupa ceramah dan diskusi serta pelatihansesuai yang dibutuhkan. Masyarakat diberikan kesempatan bertanya untuk memperjelaspemahaman tentang penguatan Desa Wisata Pinge. Kegiatan ini diakhiri dengan evaluasidengan mempraktekkan hasil pelatihan pembuatan American Breakfast dan Fresh Juicedengan menggunakan sumber daya alam lokal. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh dosen ProgramMagister Manajemen dan melibatkan mahasiswa. Kegiatan diawali dengan Pretest, sosialisasi, ceramah dan diskusi mengenai Penguatan Pengembangan Desa Wisata Pinge, KecamatanMarga, Kabupaten Tabanan, Provinsi Bali. Dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan pembuatanAmerican Breakfast dan Fresh Juice dengan menggunakan sumber daya alamlokal. Diakhiridengan Postest, monitoring dan evaluasi.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the Loan Deposit Ratio, operating costs, operating income, Non-Performing Loans, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Net Interest Margin on the financial performance of BPRs in Bali Province in 2019-2022.Methodology:This research is quantitative descriptive. This research was conducted at all Rural Banks in Bali Province by analyzing the Determinants of Financial Performance at Rural Banks in Bali Province from November 2023 to January 2024. The scope of the research is to determine the factors that influence Financial Performance at Rural Banks in Bali Province. The population in this research is all Rural Banks in Bali Province in 2019-2022, totaling 135 Rural Banks. Sampling in this research used the purposive sampling method.Findings: The calculations show that the total research sample was 133 Rural Banks in Bali Province, with four years of observation totaling 532 data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) positively affects Return on Assets (ROA).Implication:Operating Costs Operating Income (BOPO) hurts Return on Assets (ROA). Non-performing loans (NPL) hurt Return on Assets (ROA). Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) positively affects Return on Assets (ROA). Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a negative effect on Return on Assets (ROA).

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to increase our understanding of how people behave when they choose several camps in Bedugul. By knowing the factors that influence consumers' lifestyle and buying interest, camp managers in Bedugul can increase their presence on Social Media to attract consumers' buying interest.  Methodology:This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The research method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Data collection was carried out by studying literature and distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data processing was carried out using IBM software called Smart-PLS version 3.0. The Slovin formula was used to determine the sample size. Findings:E-WOM has a positive and significant influence on lifestyle and interest in buying camping in Bedugul, Social Media has a positive and significant influence on lifestyle and interest in buying camping in Bedugul, lifestyle has a positive and significant influence on interest in buying camping in Bedugul, E-WOM and social media has a positive and significant influence on interest in buying camping in Bedugul through lifestyle as a mediating variable. Implication:This research was conducted on a small scale in the Bedugul area with limited coverage, so the results may not fully represent the wider situation. In order to gain a more comprehensive understanding and stronger generalizations, further research is needed on a larger scale and involving more variables. This will help in identifying and understanding various other aspects that may influence consumer buying interest in a broader context.

Abstract

Purpose:The success of the teaching and learning process in today's world of education can be seen through the learning outcomes achieved by each student. Students have a vital role and are considered vital in higher education institutions. For this reason, fostering trust and maintaining student satisfaction are essential aspects of a university's development. This study aims to determine the effect of complaint handling and service quality on the trust and satisfaction of Dhyana Pura University students. Methodology :The sample was taken using the Slovin formula technique of 94 students, and the data analysis technique used was quantitative analysis, using the alternative Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method of Partial Least Square (PLS). Findings :The results of the analysis show that the complaint handling variable has a positive and significant effect on student trust and satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on student trust and satisfaction, and trust mediates the relationship between complaint handling and service quality with student satisfaction at Dhyana Pura University. Implication :The university can use these results to maintain student trust and satisfaction by understanding how each variable affects one another. Undhira must pay close attention to handling appropriate complaints and providing quality services for each student.

Abstract

Dalam suatu usaha, manajemen perusahaan harus mampu memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan itu sendiri, salah satunya adalah pemberian motivasi. Motivasi adalah suatu cara yang dipergunakan oleh Villa Star East Karangasem, Bali untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, ini akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di di Villa Star East Karangasem. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 orang menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner ber skala likert 5 poin. Teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi bernilai positif sebesar 0,177. Lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Villa Star East Karangasem, dengan koefisien regresi b2X2 yang bernilai positif sebesar 0,301. Disiplin kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Villa Star East Karangasem dengan koefisien regresi b3X3 yang bernilai positif sebesar 0,275. Secara simultan motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Villa Star East Karangasem. Besarnya kontribus motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja sebesar 95,6% terhadap kinerja karyawan di Villa Star East Karangasem.

Abstract

Humans are the main asset in an organization, so human resources (HR) must be managed and utilized in a balanced and humane manner. A private hospital is a health institution owned by a non-profit and private company whose operational activities are financed through payments for medical services by the patients themselves. Siloam Hospital Bali is located at Jl. Sunset Road No. 818, Kuta, Kec. Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali with a total of 73 employees as respondents. This research aims to determine performance analysis as measured by key performance (financial and profitability, customer satisfaction, internal processes, learning and growth and company performance). The research data is secondary data obtained from Siloam Hospitals Bali. Testing the research hypothesis used SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) analysis techniques. The research results show that financial and profitability (X1), customer satisfaction (X2), internal processes (X3), learning and growth both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on company performance (Y). It is hoped that in future research other variables that influence company performance can be examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of support systems and work-life balance on career development and job satisfaction among female employees at Yayasan Dhyana Pura. The research methodology employed a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of all female employees at Yayasan Dhyana Pura totaling 37 individuals. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The analytical techniques utilized to address the hypotheses were quantitative descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) framework. The findings indicate that support systems have a positive influence on the career development and job satisfaction of female employees at Yayasan Dhyana Pura. Although work-life balance does not significantly affect either, career development positively impacts job satisfaction, and the presence of a strong support system enhances career development opportunities, thereby increasing job satisfaction, while work-life balance has no direct influence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan terhadap Niat Penggunaan Ulang yang dimediasi oleh Kenyamanan Dirasakan dalam penggunaan digital payment oleh masyarakat di Provinsi Bali. Dengan menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dan pendekatan asosiatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 178 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Responden terdiri dari pengguna digital payment berusia minimal 17 tahun, berdomisili di Bali, dan telah menggunakan layanan tersebut setidaknya dua kali dalam sebulan terakhir. Pengujian data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Kenyamanan Dirasakan, yang pada gilirannya memediasi hubungan antara Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Niat Penggunaan Ulang. Nilai koefisien jalur untuk pengaruh mediasi menunjukkan adanya Complementary (partial mediation), yang berarti Kenyamanan Dirasakan berperan penting dalam mendorong niat pengguna untuk tetap menggunakan digital payment. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa adopsi digital payment di Bali terus tumbuh, meskipun tantangan berupa kesenjangan digital di beberapa wilayah masih perlu diatasi. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan literasi digital dan akses internet yang merata diperlukan agar seluruh masyarakat dapat merasakan manfaat inklusi keuangan dari digital payment.

Program magang di Amerika Serikat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing global generasi Z di dunia perhotelan. Melalui pengalaman langsung di industri perhotelan internasional, peserta magang memperoleh keterampilan profesional yang diperlukan untuk bekerja di pasar global, termasuk manajemen hotel, pelayanan pelanggan, dan kepemimpinan. Selain itu, mereka juga mengembangkan keterampilan pribadi, seperti kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan beradaptasi dengan berbagai budaya. Program ini membuka peluang untuk membangun jaringan karier internasional dan sering kali berujung pada tawaran pekerjaan di perusahaan perhotelan global. Magang di Amerika juga mempersiapkan peserta untuk menghadapi tantangan global, seperti mengelola perbedaan budaya, pengambilan keputusan cepat, serta beradaptasi dengan teknologi perhotelan terkini. Dengan pengalaman internasional ini, peserta lebih siap untuk bersaing di industri perhotelan global yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of store atmosphere, service quality, and digital marketing on consumer loyalty, with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable at The Legend Bar and Restaurant, Legian, Kuta, Bali. This research employs a quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The sample consists of 110 respondents who are restaurant customers. The findings indicate that store atmosphere, service quality, and digital marketing positively and significantly affect consumer satisfaction. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction directly influences consumer loyalty. Mediation analysis reveals that consumer satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between store atmosphere, service quality, and digital marketing on consumer loyalty. The implications of this research highlight the importance of optimizing an attractive store atmosphere, improving service quality, and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty in the restaurant industry.
