Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at Sorum Rudi Mobil Malang in Pakis District, Malang Regency. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand image, price, promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are brand image, price, promotion and product quality, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 85 respondents who purchased a car at Sorum Rudi Mobil Malang. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, determination test with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the variables of price, promotion and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, but brand image has no effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: purchasing decisions, brand image, price, promotion and product quality.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Human Capital and Employee Engagemet on Employee Work Productivity (case study on employees of Customs and Excise Regional Office of East Java II). The number of samples 70 in this study. In analyzing the data this study was assisted with SPSS version 25. The analysis used was the instrument test, multiple linear analysis test, class assumption test, hypothesis test.The results of this study partially concluded that there was a negative effect between Human Capital variables on Employee Work Productivity while positive effects between Employee Employee variables on Employee work Productivity and simultaneously concluded there was an influence between Human Capital variables and Employee Engagemets on Employee Work Productivity.Keywords: Human Capital, Employee Engagement, Employee Work Productivity

Abstract

 Abstract This study uses quantitative research methods, with the aim of knowing the effect of advertising, brand image, product quality on purchasing decisions for MS Glow brand beauty products. Non-probability sampling is the sampling approach, and a purposive sample method based on predetermined criteria is used. Students from FEB UNISMA made up the study's target demographic. 75 respondents made up the study's sample. According to the findings, brand image, advertising, and product quality all have a somewhat favorable and considerable impact on consumers' choice to buy. Additionally, the findings of the simultaneous examination of the independent factors (advertising, brand image, and product quality) have a combined impact on the dependent variable (purchase decision). Keywords: Advertising, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of fundamental and systematic factors affecting share prices in property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The population of this study consists of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018. The sample used is a company that meets the criteria in the research subject from 2016 to 2018. The analysis method used is the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, hypothesis testing.The results showed that net profit margin, liquidity ratio, debt to equity ratio, price income ratio, and beta had a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices, while price on book value and earnings per share had a positive and significant effect on stock prices.Keywords: Net profit margin, liquidity ratio, debt to equity ratio, price earnings ratio, price to book value and earnings per share, beta and stock price.

Abstract

AbstractThis study was used to analyze the effect of work supervision, work culture, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee work productivity at PT Sindsali Pasluen Regency. The sample for this survey was 71 employees who answered. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression with first-order data analysis using the SPSS For Windows application. Based on the results of the research and discussion in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn:The test results simultaneously show that the variables of work supervision, work culture, work environment and job satisfaction have an effect on employee productivity. The partial test results show that the Work Supervision Variable has no effect on Employee Work Productivity. The partial test results show the variables of work culture, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee productivity.Keywords: Work Supervision, Work Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Productivity

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Lazada e_commerce (Case Study of FEB Unisma Students Forces 2018). The variables used in this study are. Consumer satisfaction variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are product quality, brand image, price and service quality.The results of this study partially concluded that the product quality variable, price had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while brand image and service quality had no significant effect on consumer satisfaction and simultaneously concluded that there was an influence between product quality, brand image, price and service quality variables on satisfaction. consumer. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Price, Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous impact of retail store services, product diversity, and promotions on unplanned purchasing decisions, analyze the partial impact of retail store services, product diversity, and promotions on unplanned purchasing decisions and to analyze among retail store services, product diversity. , and the promotion of variables that have a dominant influence on unplanned purchasing decisions. The population is buyers at Sardo Swalayan with a total sample of 90 respondents. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn: At the Sardo Malang store, retail services, product diversity, and promotions simultaneously affect unplanned purchasing decisions. Analysis of the partial impact of retail store services, product diversity, and promotions on unplanned purchasing decisions at Sardo Malang stores. Abstract

Abstract A data collection method using a questionnaire. The analytical methods used are instrumental testing, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, decision testing, and f-test and t-test using SPSS16.0 computer software for data processing. This is shown by the results of this study price has an effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions and advertising has an effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of company age, auditor reputation, underwriter reputation and percentage of shares offering on underpricing in companies that conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2019. The method of analysis that used in this research was descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was 148 companies that conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2019. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling technique, so that 50 companies were obtained that matched the sample selection criteria. The results of this study indicate (1) Company age, auditor reputation, underwriter reputation and percentage of shares offering has a significant effect on underpricing (2) Company age has a negative and significant effect on underpricing (3) Auditor reputation has a negative and insignificant effect on underpricing (4) Underwriter reputation has a negative and significant effect on underpricing (5) Percentage of shares offering has a positive and insignificant effect on underpricing.Keywords: Company Age, Auditor Reputation, Underwriter Reputation, Percentage of Shares Offering, Underpricing

Abstract

AbstractProductivity is a description of the ability of workers to produce output. The higher the output produced by a worker, the higher the level of productivity of the worker. Saiyo Sakato Restaurant is one of the largest restaurants in Malang City with a system of ownership and family relations that have been passed down from generation to generation. However, there are many factors that will affect the productivity of the workforce at the Saiyo Sakato restaurant. Therefore, what will be analyzed in this study is the effect of education level, wages and age on labor productivity (a case study on the Padang Saiyo Sakato restaurant).This study aims to analyze the effect of education, wages, and age on labor productivity (a case study on the Padang Saiyo Sakato restaurant). In this study, primary data was used by distributing questionnaires to 63 employees of RM. Saiyo sakato, with a list of prepared questions. To achieve the goal, in this study using multiple linear regression analysis method.The results of this study indicate that the variables of wages and age have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of RM.
