Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of product quality, price, promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions for Metro Media Lombok products. Which is located at Jl. TGH. Ibrahim Khalidy Kec. Labu Api District West Lombok. The method used is explanatory research which aims to explain the position of each variable and its influence between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing linkie-scale kusieoner to consumers of Metro Media Lombok stores. The sample calculation in this study uses the maholtra formula which produces 145 respondents. The results of this study are the variables of product quality, price, promotion and service quality simultaneously or partially influencing the purchase decision.Keywords: product quality, price, promotion, service quality and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was aimed to investigate the influence of online marketing and perception of the price to the decision of the purchase of "three second" products in  students of the faculty the economic 2013-2015 UNISMA .The population of this research is all students of the faculty the economic 2013-2015 UNISMA. Sample taken by using the method accidental sampling in order to obtain 94 of respondents who qualified in the sample .This research using the primary data and and multiple regression analysis method.The result of this research shows that the variable of online marketing has positive and insignificant effect to the decision of the purchase , the  variable price of perception has  negative and significant effect to the decision of the purchase .Simultaneously variable marketing online , and perception of the price have significant influence to the decision of the purchase .Keywords: Perception Of The Price, Quality, Online Marketing, Decision Of The Purchase.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product, price, distribution and promotion on sales volume. The sample used in this study was 73 respondents who were UD consumers. Sari Bumi while the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16.0. The results of this study indicate that the product has a positive and significant effect on sales volume as well as prices, promotions and distribution to UD consumers. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, incentives and work discipline on employee performance. The object of this research is PT. Misaja Mitra Pati with a sample of 88 respondents with a record of active employees and workers at the PT. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on the partial test results, the variables of leadership style, incentives and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this to analyze and explain the influence of motivation, intellectual quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient on the performance of teachers at SDN Kandangsapi 2 Pasuruan City. The dependent variable in this study is teacher performance. And there are 4 independent variables used, namely motivation, intellectual quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient. The population in this study were teachers of SDN Kandangsapi 2, Pasuruan City. The sample in this study was taken using census research techniques. The data collection method used is the method of distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that simultaneously the variables of motivation, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially the variables of motivation and intellectual intelligence have no significant effect on teacher performance, the emotional intelligence variable has a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance, while spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords: Motivation, Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Teacher Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of viral marketing, celebrity endorsers, and brand awareness simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions. The variables used in this research are Viral Marketing (X1), Endorse Celebrity (X2), Brand Awareness (X3) on Purchasing Decisions (Y). Viral Marketing (X1) on Referral Decisions, Celebrity Endorsers (X2) on Referral Decisions (Y), Brand Awareness (X3) on Referral Decisions (Y). The population in this study were students of the Islamic University of Malang, Faculty of Economics and Business, whose exact number was not known, so the sample used Malhotra, so the sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling method, namely the sampling technique based on certain considerations, which are considered suitable with the characteristics of the sample. which is determined so that will be the sample in this study is 100 samples (20 item questions x 5) data collection methods data collection is done by questionnaire. By preparing instruments in the form of written questions, in order to make the research easier, closed questions were used in this study, namely each question that had been provided with an answer that the respondent could choose from. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, the results of the study state that partially viral marketing has an effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity Endorser influences Purchasing Decisions. Brand Awareness affects Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the direct effect of job design, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance and organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Based on data from PT Ongkowidjojo Malang, there are 350 employees as a population, so the sample used in the study was 78 employees. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. In this study, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using cross section data. Based on the results of path analysis and research results, it is known that job design has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job design has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the influence of job design and organizational culture on employee performance. Keywords: Job design, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and employee performance

Abstract

Abstract  This study examines the effect of price, service quality and cafe atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at the Floating Cafe Rowo Klampok in Senggreng Village, Krajan Hamlet, Sumber Pucung District, Malang Regency. The type of research used is explanatory research. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents who were consumers of the Floating Cafe Rowo Klampok. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that price, service quality and cafe atmosphere had a significant simultaneous and partial effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Price, Service Quality, Cafe Atmosphere, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to describe the variables of Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance of PT. Blambangan Foodpackers Indonesia (BFPI), to determine the influence of the variables of Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT. Blambangan Foodpackers Indonesia (BFPI) with a sample size of 73 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis results show that employees of PT. Blambangan Foodpackers Indonesia (BFPI) agreed on all research variables, namely Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The work environment has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Abstract

AbstractThis study ains to determine and analiyze the effect of Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention at Regional Drinking Water Company/PDAM Kota Bima aither partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted using a questionnaire distributed though random sampling technique wit a sampel of 66 people who are amployees of the Ragoinal Drinking Water Company/PDAM Kota Bima. Data analysis in this study used SPSS (statistical product and service sulation)The results of this study indicate that the first result of job insecurity partially affects turnover intention. The second result of job statisfaction partially affects turnover intention. meanwhile, simultaneously job insecurity, job statisfaction and  organizational commitment have a signigicant affect on turnover intention. Keywords: Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intention
