Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the impact of network trace and tracking, logistics service quality, and complaint handling on customer satisfaction of the Malang branch of JNE service users. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The samples used in this study refer to Ferdinand's purposeful sampling technique, that is, the researcher subjectively selects the purposeful sample, and there are 75 respondents in total. The results of this study also show the significant impact of Web tracking and tracking variables, logistics service quality, and JNE service user Malang branch on customer satisfaction complaint handling.Part of the test results show that Web tracking variables and tracking variables have a significant impact on the customer satisfaction of JNE service users Malang branch and complaint handling has a significant impact on the customer satisfaction of JNE service users Malang branch, while the variable service part of logistics quality does not Affect customer satisfaction JNE service user Malang branch.  Keywords: Website Tracking and Tracking, Logistics Service Quality, Complaint Handling, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTSThis research was conducted in the Mi Fans community in Malang City. This type of research is an explanatory research (quantitative research) through a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, word of mouth, and brand community on customer loyalty. The independent variables used are brand image, word of mouth, and brand community, while the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents who are members of the Malang City Mi Fans community. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical methods used are instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using the help of SPSS computer data processing software. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the training, motivation, compensation and performance of employees and to analyze the effect of training, motivation, compensation on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank XXX Malang City Service, Operations and Support section totaling 61 people and the sample used is a saturated sample, namely all employees of PT. Bank XXX Malang City Service, Operations and Support. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that training, motivation and compensation had a significant effect on employee performance either simultaneously or partially. Keywords: Training, Motivation, Compensation and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract Research is aimed to determine influence work life balance, working environment and environment physical or non-physical to the satisfaction an employee at to work PT. Ciomas Adisatwa. An independent variable in this research is work life balance, environment physical labor, and workplace non-physical, and dependent variable in this research work is satisfaction. This research is kind of quantitative research using a method of a survey that was collected from a sample of people, through kuisoner. The research site in PT .Ciomas Adisatwa branches lumajang. The population in this research which is all employees of PT.Ciomas Adisatwa. A method of determining the samples for this research which is a method of sample saturated. The samples to come by as much as 68. Based on test results have been made to get a conclusion that the variable work life balance, and the physical environment have significant influence on job satisfaction, while variable non physical work environment will not affect job satisfaction. Key words: work life balance, physical, work environment non physical work environment and job satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in Angkringan Pinarak, Mojokerto. The population in this study is not known with certainty. The sampling technique used snowball sampling so that the sample in this study amounted to 90 respondents. The variables used in this study are brand image and electronic word of mouth as the dependent variable, purchase intention as the independent variable. For the measurement of these variables, which is used to measure the responses of respondents in this study using a Likert Scale by testing the validity and reliability tests first. Data analysis was carried out, namely descriptive statistical analysis analysis consisting of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25. This study finds that Brand image and Electronic word of mouth (eWOM) have a simultaneous effect on Purchase Intention at Angkringan Pinarak Mojokerto. Brand image has a partial effect on Purchase Intention at Angkringan Pinarak Mojokerto. Electronic word of mouth has a partial effect on purchase intention at Angkringan Pinarak Mojokerto. Keyword : Brand Image, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Purchase Intentiom.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of viral marketing and online marketing on purchasing decisions with consumer confidence as an intervening variable in FEB UNISMA 2016 class of shadded accessories buyers at Tokopedia. Which is located at Jl. MT. Haryono No.193, Dinoyo, Kec. Lowokwaru, Malang City, East Java 65144. The method used is explanatory research that aims to explain the position of each variable and its influence between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing linkert-scale questionnaires to FEB UNISMA students force 2016. The sample calculation in this study uses the malhotra formula which produces 100 respondents. The results of this study are viral marketing variables, online marketing directly affect consumer confidence, viral marketing variables, online marketing directly influence purchasing decisions, consumer confidence variables directly influence purchasing decisions, and viral marketing and online marketing have indirect effects on purchasing decisions with consumer confidence as an intervening variable.Keywords: viral marketing, online marketing, purchasing decisions, consumer confidence.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality, Company Image and Trust on Customer Satisfaction. The population of this research is the customers of Bank BRI KCP Lawang Unit. Sampling using purposive sampling method and the number of samples used as many as 85 people. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. There is an Influence of Service Quality, Corporate Image and Trust on Customer Satisfaction at Bank BRI KCP Lawang Unit. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI KCP Lawang Unit, Corporate Image has no effect on Customer Satisfaction at Bank BRI KCP Lawang Unit. Trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI KCP Lawang Unit.Keywords: Service Quality, Company Image, Trust, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of product quality, price, promosi, lifestyle and location on buying interests UNISMA Students simultaneously in shopping centers Ramayana Mall Dinoyo Malang (MDC).Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires with size sample 105 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS statistic 25 application. The results of this study indicate that the product quality, lifestyle, and location variable has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. UNISMA students instead, the price and promotion variable has a positive and significant impact not significant to the buying interest of UNISMA students. Keyword : Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Lifestyle, Location And Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Gondanglegi. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample used in this study amounted to 74 employee respondents with the technique used in the study, namely saturated sampling. The results showed that the results of the test f stated that work motivation, work discipline and work environment had a positive effect on performance togetge. Form the result of the t-test analysis, it can be concluded that all X variables have a partially significant effect on performance.  Keywords : Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment And Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze finances, and determine the effect of literacy andpocket money on the financial management of S1 Management students of the faculty of Economics and Business class of 2018 Islamic Universitas of Malang. This type of research uses explanatory research using a quantitave approach and data collection techniques used in this study are data use statistics as an analysis technique. In this study, the sample used is 106 students who will be the object of research. This sampling technique uses a probability sampling method in a proportional stratified random sampling. Where the results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on student financial management, and pocket money also shows that pocket money has a significant positive effect on student financial management.    Keywords: financial literacy, pocket money and student finance
