Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the influence of perceived risk, service quality, ease of use and trust on Tokopedia e-commerce purchasing decisions. This research method uses a quantitative method using a proportional random sampling technique, namely a random sampling technique and the data source used is primary data with data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire for consumers who have made purchases on Tokopedia e-commerce. The sample calculation in this study used the Slovin formula which produced 87 respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of this research show that risk perception, service quality, trust in use and trust simultaneously and partially influence purchasing decisions in Tokopedia e-commerce. Keywords : Risk Perception, Service Quality, Ease of Use, Trust and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of price, online customer reviews, online customer ratings and ease of use simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions among 2020 Islamic University of Malang FEB students using the Shopee platform. The population in the research is the unknown number of users of the Shopee application within the FEB Islamic University of Malang, class of 2020. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 105 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the research show that price, online customer reviews, online customer ratings and ease of use simultaneously influence purchasing decisions among 2020 Islamic University of Malang FEB students who use the Shopee platform and partially price, online customer reviews and ease of use influence purchasing decisions among students. FEB Islamic University of Malang class of 2020 users of the Shopee platform but online customer ratings have no influence on purchasing decisions among students of FEB Islamic University of Malang class of 2020 users of the Shopee platform. Keywords : Price, Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating, Ease of Use, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Universitas Islam Malang Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of Social Media Marketing, Brand Image, and Brand Equity on the Purchase Decision of Chatime (A Case Study on the 2020 Class of Economics and Business Faculty Students). The population in this study consists of FEB UNISMA students who have made a purchase at Chatime. The sample size was determined using the Malhotra formula, resulting in 95 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. To address the research problems, SPSS software was utilized with various analytical methods, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, F-tests, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The research results indicate that Social Media Marketing does not significantly influence purchase decisions, Brand Image has a significant influence on purchase decisions, and Brand Equity also has a significant influence on purchase decisions. Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Brand Image, Brand Equity, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the influence of price, product quality and culture on purchasing decisions for instant noodle products (Case Study of Santri at the Ainul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School). This research method uses a quantitative method using non-probability sampling techniques and the data source used is primary data by collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire from students at the Ainul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School who are consumers at the Entrepreneurship Islamic Boarding School. The sample calculation in this study used the Malhotra formula which produced 70 respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that price, product quality and culture simultaneously influence the decision to purchase instant noodle products at the Ainul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School. Partially, price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, but product quality and culture do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for instant noodle products at the Ainul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, and Culture

Abstract

The marketing mix is something that is prevalent in the industrial world, and concentrated hospitality which is a service industry, attending halal tourism in West Nusa Tenggara requires the hotel industry to metamorphose in providing services that are in accordance with the Shariah provisions in an effort to sustain halal tourism, in its journey the Grand Madani hotel appeared with the official syari'ah hotel label, while Lombok Raya did not use the syari'ah label. This study reveals the implementation of marketing mix which is carried out by Grand Madani and Lombok Raya hotels with a focus on the discussion of marketing the mix using sharia standards in hotels. To answer the focus of the discussion, this study uses descriptive qualitative, in which data are collected through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques, data analysis is carried out from the beginning and continues to be done through research conducted because qualitative research is not related to quantitative research theory, Nevertheless, hotel guests do not mind if a hotel that contains non-Islamic things such as pictures, photos, paintings, beverages that are not halal labeled, as long as their core needs well fulfilled and comfortable.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of the research is to measure the intention to use mobile banking of FEB UNISMA students using the UTAUT model, which consists of four main constructs of performance expectations, business expectations, social influence and facility conditions. This research uses primary data sources through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The total sample was 85 FEB UNISMA student respondents class 2021-2024 with sample calculation using the Malhotra formula. This type of research is a quantitative approach with descriptive statistical analysis. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with SPSS tools. The research results show that performance expectations, social influence, and facility conditions have a positive and significant influence on the intention to use mobile banking. Meanwhile, business expectations do not significantly influence the intention to use mobile banking for FEB UNISMA students class 2021-2024. Keywords: UTAUT, intention to use, mobile banking

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of unemployment and gender inequality on poverty partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is secondary data in the form of a time series with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in districts and cities in the East Java Province. The population in this research is poverty in the people of East Java Province. The sample is part of the population which will later be used as research material in this research on the number of poor people in East Java Province in 2020-2023. The research results show that there is a significant influence between the variables Unemployment (X1) and Gender Inequality (X2) on Poverty (Y) in East Java. The Unemployment variable (X1) does not have a significant effect on poverty. The Gender Inequality variable (X2) has a significant effect on poverty. Keywords: Unemployment, Gender Inequality, and Poverty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test and explain the influence of price promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach which uses the maholtra formula to detemine the sample because the population is still not known for sure, seeing from the results of the maholtra dormula calculation the sample size is 80.This study uses a testing tool called spss. the test results on spss show that the t-test of the price promotion and product quality variables shows a value smaller than 0.05 so that it can be concluded that the price promotion and product quality variables have an effect on purchasing decisions and vice versa the f test also shows the same results of the price, promotion and product quality variables simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. Keywords : Price, Promotion, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership, Self-Development, and Self-Efficacy on the Performance of UKM Panorama Photography members at Universitas Islam Malang. The research employs a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 45 UKM members. The results indicate that Leadership, Self-Development, and Self-Efficacy simultaneously have a significant effect on member performance. However, partially, only Self-Development has a positive and significant influence on performance, while Leadership and Self-Efficacy do not significantly affect it. The implications of this research provide insights for organizational management to prioritize member self-development to enhance performance. Keywords: Leadership, Self-Development, Self-Efficacy, Performance, UKM Panorama Photography
