Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of price, brand engagement, and brand love variables on the purchasing decisions of apple smartphone users, focusing on students of the faculty of economics and business , Universitas Islam Malang, class of  2021. The research sample was 110 respondents determined based on the malhotra formula, with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who met the criteria. The data analysis methods used include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regressions analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test. The findings of this study indicate that the variables price, brand engagement and brand love simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and each independent variable has a significant partial effect on the dependent variable.  Keywords: Purchase Decision, Price, Brand Engagement, Brand Love

Abstract

Abstract Digital transformation has significantly brought changes to the way work is conducted across various economic sectors, including the financial industry. This study aims to analyze the loyalty of BRImo customers among students of Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA) from the 2021-2023 batch. The research uses a quantitative method with students from the 2021-2023 batch of UNISMA as the selected population. The respondents involved in this study number 100 individuals, chosen using purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The data used in this research consists of both secondary and primary data, which are then processed using SPSS version 25. The results of the study conclude that service quality (X1), transaction speed (X2), and data security (X3) simultaneously affect customer loyalty (Y). Furthermore, the variables of transaction speed (X2) and data security (X3) have a partial effect on customer loyalty (Y), while service quality (X1) does not have an effect on customer loyalty (Y). Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Service Quality, Transaction Speed, Data Security, Digital Transformation

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of marketing strategies in increasing sales of Pisang Keju Lintang products in Malang City. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. The data analysis method in this study is SWOT analysis, IFE and EFE Matrix and Grand Strategy matrix. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the marketing strategy in increasing product sales is to use an aggressive strategy with considerations in determining the strategy, namely the business has strengths that include products, in this case regarding brands, packaging and quality / quality of products offered. Strengths in promotion in this case promotional activities carried out by the owner online, activities or distribution channels include location and transportation, while the price factor includes discounts, bonuses given and setting selling prices. Weaknesses of the business regarding offline promotional activities, where the implementation of the promotion has not been maximally carried out by the owner. Opportunities owned by the business are regarding economic conditions, namely the existence of per capita income and economic growth that shows an increase. Government policies and training activities provided by the local government. The opportunities from demographic factors are the use of technology in the field of marketing. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the role of influencers, viral marketing, and price in purchasing decisions for eformula peeling serum skincare products. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents who had used Elformula products. Data analysis was carried out using validity, reliability tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample was taken through non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method with a total of 95 respondents who were students at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang, class management major of 2021. and had previously purchased elformula products. The results of the study showed that influencers, viral marketing, and price simultaneously influenced the decision to purchase elformula peeling serum skincare products. This research is expected to provide insight for companies in designing effective marketing strategies to increase sales of Elformula peeling serum skincare products. Keywords : Influencers, Viral Marketing, Price, Purchasing Decision, Skincare Peeling Serum Formula.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth, Product Quality, and Brand Image on online shopping purchase decisions among UNISMA Generation Z students.  The population of this study is the UNISMA Generation Z who are over 18 years old and have made online purchases in the marketplace.  Meanwhile, the sample used consisted of 85 samples.  SPSS 16 for Windows data analysis.  The research results show that 1) electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant influence on online shop purchase decisions.  2) Product quality has a positive and significant influence on online shop purchase decisions.  3) Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on online shop purchase decisions. Keywords: E-WoM, Product Quality, Brand Image and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and explain the influence of e-service quality, price perception and digital promotion on customer loyalty. This type of research is explanatory research. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used the Maholtra formula with a sample size of 80 respondents. To solve problems in research using SPSS assistance. Abstract

Abstract This research purposes to examine the impact of hygiene factors and motivation elements on employee job satisfaction at CV Sayap Mas Nusantara in Malang Regency. This research employs quantitative research methods. The population of this study was 1500 employees from CV Sayap Mas Sukosari in Gondanglegi, Malang Regency. Meanwhile, the sample applied the Slovin formula on the calculated findings of 94 samples. The data used are secondary and primary data collected through questionnaire approaches. The data analysis approach employed is instrument testing: validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (simultaneous, partial, and coefficient of determination). The study's findings demonstrate that both the Hygiene and Motivation factors have a substantial impact on employee job satisfaction at CV Sayap Mas Nusantara Malang Regency. Part of the findings revealed that the hygiene element had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, whereas work motivation did..Keywords : Hygiene Factors, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is: 1) To test the information content of Impowering Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support and Work Life Balance on Employee Performance at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport. 2) To determine the effect of Impowering Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support and Work Life Balance on Employee Performance at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport.The sample in this study amounted to 37 people who were employees of Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data used in the study used primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out that each question item in the research questionnaire is normally distributed and there are no problems with the results of the simultaneous test which states that the results of the variables Impowering Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support, and Work Life Balance, simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport. Keywords: Impowering Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support, Work Life Balance, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract Increasing competition in the culinary service industry demands that companies improve service quality to create customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of complaint handling on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Wahas Catering. This study used a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques to determine the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The study sample consisted of 75 respondents, who were Wahas Catering customers who had filed complaints and made repeat purchases. The results showed that complaint handling had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.017. Furthermore, complaint handling also had a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significance value of 0.021. Customer satisfaction was proven to have a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significance value of 0.000. The Sobel test showed that customer satisfaction significantly mediated the relationship between complaint handling and customer loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of complaint handling as a primary strategy in improving the customer experience, which ultimately drives loyalty to the catering service. This study provides implications for Wahas Catering management to strengthen its complaint handling system as a strategic effort to create satisfied and loyal customers on an ongoing basis. Keywords: Handling Complaints, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, Path Analysis, Wahas Catering

Abstract

Abstract The role of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) to Indonesia’s economy is evident in several aspects: (1) they save as key actors across various economic sectors, (2) they represent the largest source of employment, (3) they play a vital role in fostering local economic growth and empowering communities, (4) they help generate new market opportunities and drive innovation, and (5) they support the nation’s balance of payments through their involvement in export activities. One of the largest UMKM and a mainstay industry is the Kendang UMKM in Sentul Village, Blitar City. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Kendang UMKM in Sentul on the welfare of the people of Sentul Village, Kepanjenkidul District, Blitar City. Based on the results of observations and interviews, it can be concluded that the decline in UMKM turnover in Kepanjenkidul District was due to the pandemic factor so that demand from overseas markets was hampered. There are three indicators that have been chosen to determine the role of the Kendang UMKM in improving the welfare of the people in Sentul Village. First, the equalization of the level of the economy of the common people. The second indicator is the reduction in poverty levels.
