Abstract

Individuals and individuals who are members of an organization cannot achieve their goals and cannot even carry out their lives if they do not cooperate with other parties. Today, competition among companies in Indonesia is growing, especially in the sale of cars and spare parts. These symptoms can be seen from the price competition for cars and spare parts which vary greatly from one company to another, namely from low prices with standard quality to high prices with good quality. This is what makes a company compete to improve the quality of basic car materials and spare parts at prices that are affordable by the community. Negotiation is a process of interaction in an offer made by two or more parties, who want to achieve their respective interests and realize that in order to achieve all of their interests, they must relate to each other and direct each other's interests in order to achieve the benefit of all parties. In this case, the agreement between the two parties on the price quote is carried out by the customer and the company's negotiator. Based on the background of the problem described above, the authors formulate the main problem as follows: "What is the role of communication in the process of buying and selling negotiations". From the formulation of the problem that has been described above, the researcher wants to achieve a goal in this study. The purpose of this research, is to determine the role of communication in the process of buying and selling negotiations and to determine the barriers to communication. This research method uses a literature review. Communication is a process, namely the process of conveying thoughts or feelings by someone (the communicator) to another person (the communicant) to change the opinions, attitudes and behavior of others. By communicating, humans can convey their experiences, desires, and feelings to others directly or through the means or media they have. Through communication individuals can plan their future, form groups for cooperation, convey information, opinions, ideas, concepts, knowledge and change attitudes. To achieve effective and efficient negotiations is not as easy as people imagine. Many things must be considered in communicating so that messages or statements conveyed to others can be understood and understood.

Abstract

Facing Covid-19, the government responded with a new normal policy. The public must implement the 5M health protocol to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19, such as wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds, and limiting mobility. Through the policy, a compliance action can be investigated. speaking about gender, gender differences seem to influence the health behavior of men and women. According to White, gender is a description of the behavior patterns of men or women which recognized in social life. This study aimed to determine the correlation between gender and compliance with health protocols in the New Normal Era. The population in this study were all students studying at the top 5 universities in Riau Province using the Propionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. In this study using construct validity (construct validity). Testing the validity of this research instrument was carried out with the help of the SPSS 25 application/software and using the Pearson bivariate technique. Meanwhile, the instrument reliability test in this study used the Cronbach Alpha Formula technique and the SPSS 25 in windows program. The data were analyzed using the SPSS Spearman's Rank test, which states the correlation between X and Y variables. The results obtained by this study indicate a significant correlation between the Gender variable and the Health Protocol Compliance variable.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam skrips ini adalah bagaimana opini masyarakat Jorong Kubu Rajo tentang akhlak mahasiswa dalam pergaulan, opini masyarakat Jorong Kubu Rajo tentang akhlak mahasiswa dalam berkomunikasi dan opini masyarakat Jorong Kubu Rajo tentang akhlak mahasiswa dalam berpakaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu, penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya, perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, tindakan, secara holistik, dan dengan cara deskripsi dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa, pada suatu konteks khusus yang alamiyah dan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metode alamiyah. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Miles & Huberman. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa citra mahasiswa IAIN Batusangkar khususnya pendatang dari luar Tanah Datar memiliki citra yang negatif menurut opini/pendapat masyarakat Jorong Kubu Rajo baik dari segi pergaulan, komunikasi, adab berpakaian.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian, pembahasan dan tujuan penelitian mengenai Pengaruh Intensitas Komunikasi Jarak Jauh Orang tua dengan Anak terhadap Perubahan Perilaku (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa KPI Jurnalistik IAIN Batusangkar) dapat di simpulkan bahwa: Dengan dilakukannya intensitas komunikasi jarak jauh orang tua dengan anak terdapat rentang skor tertinggi 56 dan skor terendah 17 dengan presentase 50 % pada kategori kurang baik. Sedangkan hasil pengolahan data tentang pengaruh perubahan perilaku Mahasiswa KPI Jurnalistik IAIN Batusangkar dengan rentang skor tertinggi 52 dan skor terendah 36 dengan presentase 53,3% pada kategori tidak baik. Demikian hasil yang diperoleh oleh pengaruh intensitas komunikasi jarak jauh orang tua dengan anak terhadap perubahan perilaku Mahasiswa KPI Jurnalistik IAIN Batusangkar adalah 42,5% dan 74,5% darifaktor lain. Artinya intensitas komunikasi jarak jauh orang tua dengan anak terhadap perubahan perilaku Mahasiswa KPI Jurnalistik IAIN Batusangkar sebanyak 42,5%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe workshop activities for increasing teacher competence in designing Project Based Learning Models at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 06 Kerinci. The research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of four stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The aspect that is measured in assessing the success of the action is the teacher's readiness to take part in the workshop process and the results of the workshop process. The subject of this research is the teaching staff and the research object is the ability of the teaching staff in designing the Project Based Learning Model. From the results of the analysis, information was obtained that there was an increase in the ability of the Kerinci 06 State Madrasah Tsanawiyah Teachers in designing Project Based Learning Models. This increase was demonstrated by (1) the ability of Kerinci 06 State Madrasah Tsanawiyah Teachers in designing the characteristics of the Project Based Learning Model from 20% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II; (2) the ability of Kerinci 06 State Madrasah Tsanawiyah Teachers in identifying problems with the Project Based Learning Model from 27% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II; (3) the ability of Kerinci 06 State Madrasah Tsanawiyah Teachers in designing the objectives of the Project Based Learning Model, from 27% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II; (4) the ability of Kerinci 06 State Madrasah Tsanawiyah Teachers in preparing the Project Based Learning Model steps, from 20% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II; (5) The ability of Kerinci 06 State Madrasah Tsanawiyah Teachers in designing Project Based Learning Models, from 17% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II.

Abstract

In organizations that have a very important role in advancing the organization or making the setback of the organization is the leader. In every time and condition a leader must pay attention to how he must communicate, both verbal communications, namely speaking lisa, how to speak words and also how to communicate non-verbal that is seen from in terms of how to behave, behave, facial expressions, and body language when dealing with subordinates. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Communication can take place well if there is mutual understanding between the sender and receiver of the message, so there is an understanding of an idea or ideas. Through good understanding, the purpose of communication to provide stimulation for attitude changes will be easily achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the leadership style of communication towards subordinates in the organization, and to find out the obstacles of the role of the leadership style of communication to subordinates in the organization

Abstract

Social attribution can appear spontaneously or through long considerations and thinking process. Factors influencing attribution is the attribution style; planned and unplanned attribution. This kind of behavior can arise due to emotional factors. Meanwhile, children's social attributions arise because of stereotypes or labeling that have been attached to society, thus it has an impact on children's understanding of gender since they were born. The existence of social construction regarding gender roles cannot be separated from how the paradigm views the labeling of the characteristics of women and men is. In children, this social attribution usually occurs because of the stereotype of gender roles taught to children. This stereotype is a labeling that begins based on the perception or point of view of a person. While gender role stereotypes are part of the discussion about gender "sex", namely social expectations that define how men and women think, feel, and act, which are part of the product of the stereotype itself.

Abstract

A critical theory of communication (or economics, or politics) needs to involve a critique of society as a whole. Critical communication theory deals with a variety of relevant topics, including language, organizational structure, interpersonal relations, and the media. Communication itself according to a critical perspective is a result of the pressure (tension) between individual creativity in providing a framework for messages and social constraints. Development in the millennium era The Millennium Development Goals (MDG's) have one of the goals of which is towards the equal partnership of men and women by increasing justice and gender equality in every development sector. However, the problem of gender inequality is indicated by the low quality of life and the role of women, the high number of acts of violence against women as measured by the Gender-related Development Index (GDI) and the Gender Empowerment Index (GEM). Abstract

Manusia hidup di dunia ini saling berhubungan dengan manusia yang lain. Di antara mereka terjalin hubungan dan ikatan yang saling membutuhkan antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Islam menginginkan agar hubungan yang terjalin di antara manusia dibangun atas dasar yang lurus dan manhaj yang benar. Semua itu akan terwujud manakala sebagian mereka menghormati sebagian lainnya. Setiap mereka berpegang teguh dengan adab muamalah, pergaulan yang baik, perkataan yang sopan, memuliakan tamu dan semua yang diperintahkan Rasulullah Shallalahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam. Tujuan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai moderasi yang terkandung dalam novel Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck karya Hamka. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan objek penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian conten analysis. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan nilai-nilai moderasi yang dikemas oleh Hamka dalam novel Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck, antara lain: Toleransi, konsisten, tegas, adil, terbuka, teguh pendirian, muhasabah.

Abstract

A product will not be known to potential consumers if there is no effort to inform them about it. Through the communication process, companies have the opportunity to introduce, inform, and spread news about the products they offer to potential consumers. Marketing communication encompasses various multidisciplinary approaches that combine theories and concepts from communication and marketing sciences. The role of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is of significant importance in the effort to develop the economic well-being of society. This is particularly related to the effort to empower the community economically and the number of jobs that can be created by these enterprises. In addition to having strategic importance in the development process, SMEs also serve as a tool for achieving a more equitable distribution of the development outcomes achieved so far. The research method uses Participatory Action Research (PAR) with socialization assistance to several SMEs in the city of Pekanbaru.
