Abstract

Needs can be a desire to improve current performance or to correct shortcomings. Disadvantages are performance that does not meet current standards. This meansthat there are ways that are determined in carrying out a task and the differenceis creating a problem. The process of identifying needs helps trainers and peoplerequesting training to determine training needs or lack of performance.Identification can be formal (using survey and interview techniques) or informal(asking questions about those involved). data collection in the identification oftraining needs at training institutions in the city of Bandung, namely: Planningdata collection in the identification of training needs at training institutions inthe city of Bandung, which is compiled based on data or information to beobtained related to training programs that meet the target needs. So to get thedata, each institution has different data collection techniques. The choice of thetechnique is determined by several factors including the depth and clarity of thedata to be obtained, the target of identifying needs that includes the number andlocation of the target, and the number of data collectors.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out how the application of project class activities in the PKBM Package C program at Kak Seto homeschooling, Bintaro, Jakarta. This research was conducted using qualitative methods in a descriptive form. The approach taken is to conduct observations, interviews, documentation, and also case studies. The subjects of the study were the tutor, head of the curriculum, and learner. It was concluded that the planning of project class program activities to improve the confidence of Kak Seto homeschooling is done by involving all elements involved including learning citizens. The implementation of the project class learning model gets a good response from students, with the enthusiasm and active participation in various activities carried out. The project class activities have an impact on increasing self-confidence in aspects of behavior, religious, and emotional.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the strengthening of character education through habituation activities in cultivating nationalist values in PKBM Bina Mandiri. The research method uses qualitative. The research subjects are the founders of the institute, tutors and learning citizens. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study revealed that the application of a nationalist feeling to learning citizens was focused on habituation activities. PKBM already has its own uniform with a batik motif which is a characteristic of the Indonesian state. Always commemorating national holidays by holding various types of competitions that show his love for the country. Besides that, the love of the country has also been shown through the spirit of nationalism by continuing to want to continue education, and always implementing a clean and healthy life.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the ability of non-formal education tutors in implementing a reflective learning model. The quality teaching in non-formal education environment will be largely determined by the competence of tutor, one of which is mastery of reflective learning methods. Reflective action as an alternative teaching method is an important part for tutors to increase their professionalism. A total of twenty-five tutors were involved in the workshop on the application of reflective learning model, and then it was observed to what extent the tutor’s ability to plan, implement, and evaluate reflective activities in learning. Tutors were also interviewed to measure their understanding of reflective pedagogy. The data was collected from the informan were then analyzed using thematic analysis. The results showed that the tutors from PKBM Insan Madani and PKBM Abdi Pertiwi in Serang City, Banten, practiced reflective action in simple way, but did not understand the basic concepts of the reflective learning model. Tutors also understand the benefits of reflective action in classroom learning, both the benefits for the tutors themselves in order to increase the professionalism, as well as the benefits for students, namely to asses self-satisfaction in the learning process and outcomes.

Abstract

Thos Study aims to answer the practices of Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) in the Keluarga Harapan Group in Serang City, Banten Province. Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) or Learning From acting in a participatory manner. Learning and acting together or participatory action -reflection. Participatory learning and action (PLA) is an approach to the learning process and interacting with the community or society. In fact, this approach combines various participatory methods to facilitate collectivity and learning processes in the community. Whereas the participatory Learning and action (PLA) approach is closely related to the community empowerment process where the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is one of the community empowerment programs. This Study used a qualitative approach by exploring data from PKH facilitators and recipients. The results of the research show that this implementation process involves a lot of community participation as a Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) step where it is the main point of implementing needs-based empowerment programs. So that PLA becomes an encouragement fo PKH recipients to behave protively, have a good quality of life and be able to optimize insights in the use of education or health.

Abstract

Pedagogic competencies include the ability to understand training participants, design and implement learning, evaluate learning outcomes, and develop training participants to actualize their various potentials. This study aims to describe the pedagogic competence of training program instructors in LKP Serang Banten City. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. The location of this research was LKP Anita and Ghea Serang City. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation and observation. The research subjects were LKP managers and instructors. The results showed that pedagogic competence has an important role in managing learning and making the class conducive to learning strategies and methods that have been prepared in the lesson plan by taking into account the characteristics of the training participants.

Abstract

Kinesthetic intelligence is closely related to students' psychomotor abilities. This study aims to find out is the increase in kinesthetic intelligence experienced by students after participating in dance extracurricular activities. This study uses evaluative qualitative research methods. The research targets were students who took part in dance extracurricular activities at PAUD Tunas Insan Kamil aged 4-6 years. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with dance extracurricular trainers, observing and documenting. Based on the results of the study, 8 out of 9 students experienced an increase in kinesthetic intelligence after carrying out routine exercises for 4 meetings with an average value of students' body coordination abilities in the category of growing asexpected and growing very well, balance ability is in the category of growing as expected, strength abilities are in the category of growing as expected andgrowing very well, agility abilities are in the category growing as expected and the ability to coordinate eyes, hands and feet is growing as expected and growing very well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) pelaksanaan crowdfunding start-up Janji Baik dalam melakukan penggalangan dana. (2) Strategi komunikasi crowdfunding start-up Janji Baik dalam melakukan penggalangan dana. (3) Manfaat crowdfunding terhadap start-up Janji Baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik dan pedoman untuk mengumpulkan data meliputi kegiatan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini memiliki sumber data berjumlah 10 (sepuluh) orang yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) orang penanggung jawab program crowdfunding start-up Janji Baik, 2 (dua) mitra dari Janji Baik, 2 (dua) relawan dari Janji Baik, dan 3 (tiga) orang donatur. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan menggambarkan bahwa: (1) pelaksanaan crowdfunding Janji Baik telah dilakukan dengan baik dan bisa bermanfaat kepada siswa-siswi Janji Baik sebagai penerima manfaat. Dapat dibilang dilakukan dengan baik karena crowdfunding Janji Baik telah melaksanakan program atau kegiatan crowdfunding yang didalam nya mencakup indikator pada pelaksanaan program. (2) Strategi komunikasi crowdfunding start-up Janji Baik berjalan adaptif karena mengikuti perkembangan digital. Dikatakan berjalan baik karena dalam pelaksanaan nya, crowdfunding Janji Baik menggunakan strategi komunikasi yang sesuai dengan indikator strategi komunikasi. (3) Manfaat crowdfunding terhadap Janji Baik bisa disebut positif. Hal tersebut menilai dari pemenuhan kebutuhan belajar siswa-siswi Janji Baik, rasa semangat dalam pembelajaran hingga perubahan pola perilaku dan pola pikir siswa-siswi Janji Baik.

Abstract

Pelaksanaanipembelajaranimerupakan aktifitasibelajar mengajar antara tutoridengan wargaibelajari. Salah satu jenis dari pendidikan non formal adalah Pendidikan kesetaraan yang terdiri dari program paket A setara dengan SD/MI, paket B setara SMP/MTS, dan paket C yang setara dengan SMA/MAiyang menekankan peserta didik dapat memperoleh pengetahuan, pengembanganisikapikepribadian profesionaliserta memiliki keterampilan fungsional yang dibutuhkan diimasa sekarang. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah a) untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan pembelajaran warga belajar paket C di SPNFiSKB KotaiSerang, b) Mengidentifikasiifaktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pelaksanaanipembelajaraniwarga belajar paket C di SPNFiSKB KotaiSerang. Pada penelitaian ini, peneliti menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif yang dipilih sesuai dengan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Pengumpulanidata dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknikianalisisidata menggunakan pengumpulan data yaitu melalu tahap reduksiidatai, penyajiani dataI, danipenarikanikesimpulan. Hasilipenelitian dalamipenelitian ini adalah: (1) Prosesipelaksanaan pembelajaran warga belajar paket c di SPNFiSKB KotaiSerangterdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu a) tahap persiapan yang meliputi koordinasi seluruh elem yang ada di program paket C yaitu kepala SKB, tutor dan pengelola, b) tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran meliputi pendidik, metode pembelajaran, fasilitas pembelajaranidan bahaniajaripembelajaran, c) tahapi evaluasiidilakukan dengan evaluasi hariani,evaluasi bulanan, evaluasi semester. (2) Dalamipelaksanaan pembelajaran wargaibelajar paketiC terdapat faktor pendukung yaitu tersedianya saranaidaniprasarana untuk mendukungipembelajaran, lingkunganipembelajaraniyangikondusif, warga ibelajar yangmemiliki umuriproduktif serta tutoriyang memiliki pengalaman; dalam’pembelajaran. Sedangkan factor penghambatnya yaitu dari kuragnya motivasi dari peserta didik untuk belajarldan tingkatikehadiran peserta1didik yangimasih rendah.

Abstract

Sikap percaya diri sangat diperlukan bagi para lulusan kursus tata kecantikan rambut dalam membekali mereka memasuki dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap percaya diri yang terbangun melalui pendekatan learning by doing pada peserta kursus tata kecantikan rambut di LKP Prostyle Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah, maka penelitian ini mengacu pada indikator (1) Yakin terhadap diri sendiri (2) Berani mengambil keputusan (3) Menyukai pengalaman dan tantangan baru. Guna menjawab permasalahan (1) Peserta kursus belum mampu mengembangkan potensi yang ada dalam diri mereka (2) Peserta kursus tidak optimis dengan apa yang sudah mereka mulai, masih memiliki rasa takut gagal dalam menjalankan usaha salon. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan sikap percaya diri yang terbangun dengan pendekatan learning by doing sudah baik, dilihat dari peserta kursus sudah mampu mengambil keputusan, meyakini dan mempercayai kemampuan yang dimiliki, serta mampu menghadapi tantangan baru.
