Abstract

Ekowisata mangrove merupakan salah satu bentuk pariwisata berkelanjutan yang menggabungkan konservasi lingkungan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan Ekowisata Mangrove Ketapang Urban Aquculture yang terletak di Desa Ketapang, Kecamatan Mauk, Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pengolala dan masyarakat serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitihan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelkasanaan ekowisata telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap pelestarian lingkungan dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Namun terdapat bebebrapa kendala seperti keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana dan promosi yang belum maksimal. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk penguatan kapasitas pada lembaga, perbaikan infrastruktur dan strategi pemasaran digital yang terintegrasi.

Abstract

The issue of school dropout youth in urban areas such as South Jakarta presents a significant social challenge, where low skills and limited employment access hinder their independence. This study aims to identify the stages of youth empowerment through life skills training and to assess the impact of the training on participants’ job readiness and self-reliance. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources included seven informants: the training coordinator, a motorcycle mechanic instructor, and four dropout youths participating in the training. The findings reveal that the empowerment process consists of preparation (formation of personnel and facilities), assessment (needs identification through psychological testing and socialization), alternative planning (determining duration and collaborating with external institutions), action formulation (program design), implementation (theoretical and practical instruction), evaluation (monthly monitoring), and termination (participants gain employment and income). Motorcycle mechanic training proved to positively contribute to enhancing technical skills, self-confidence, and motivation for economic independence among participants. This program serves as a practical and relevant alternative solution to equip school dropout youth with life skills aligned with labor market demands.

Abstract

The formation of religious character in early childhood is a fundamental aspect of education, serving as the primary foundation for children's future moral, social, and spiritual development. One effective method for instilling religious values is storytelling, which conveys educational messages through an engaging and easily understood approach. This study aims to examine the implementation of the storytelling method in shaping the religious character of early childhood learners and to analyze its effectiveness, with a focus on PAUD 17 Ramadhan in Cibodas District, Tangerang City. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that teachers carried out thorough preparations in both content and technique, including the selection of relevant and varied stories, the use of supporting media such as finger puppets, and creative storytelling delivery through voice modulation, expression, and character imitation. The success of the storytelling method is reflected in the emerging religious habits of the children, such as praying before and after activities, maintaining cleanliness, showing politeness, and becoming familiar with prophetic stories and short surahs. The study concludes that storytelling is an effective method for developing religious character in early childhood when applied consistently and creatively, accompanied by habituation and teacher role modeling as the central figure in the educational process.

Abstract

Accountability is one of the keys to achieving good governance and aims to measure how well the Government Agencies carry out their main tasks and use the budget. The evaluation value of the Banten Province AKIP from year to year tends to increase, but is not significant. The growth of the Banten Province SAKIP Value from 2016 to 2017 was only 0.03. Meanwhile, the growth of SAKIP Value from 2017 to 2018 was 4.30. Presidential Decree No. 29 of 2014 explains that the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) is given more authority to play a role in achieving local government performance. This study aims to analyze and examine the Effect of the Characteristics of Assistance for Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) on the Performance Accountability of Government Agencies (AKIP). Several factors that greatly affect APIP's performance become independent variables in this study, namely the level of APIP capability, the number of APIP with Management Commitment as moderating. Sampling used purposive sampling method with 61 respondents consisting of Government Agencies Performance Accountability Reporters (LAKIP) in 42 Banten Provincial Government Officials and 29 APIP Banten Provincial Inspectorates in charge of evaluating LAKIP. The data analysis technique used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study state that the APIP Capability Level has an effect on the Performance Accountability of Government Agencies (AKIP), while the number of APIPs does not affect the Performance Accountability of Government Agencies (AKIP) and Management Commitment does not moderate the APIP Capability Level on the Performance Accountability of Government Agencies (AKIP), but moderating the Number of APIP Personnel on the Performance Accountability of Government Agencies (AKIP).

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the implementation of service and information systems in the management of the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) certificates at the Center for Vocational Training and Productivity Development (BBPVP) Serang. The focus of this research is the certificate management process, and the human resources involved in supporting its implementation. This study aims to understand how the certificate management system is effectively applied at BBPVP Serang. The findings reveal that certificate management at BBPVP Serang not only provides efficient services but also supports human resource development through competency-based certification. The integrated service system accelerates and improves the quality of certificate management, offering significant benefits to training participants in enhancing their careers.Key Words: BNSP Certificate, BBPVP, Service System, and InformationAbstrak: Penelitian ini membahas implementasi sistem pelayanan dan informasi dalam pengelolaan sertifikat Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) di Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Serang. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah proses pengelolaan sertifikat serta sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam mendukung pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengelolaan sertifikat diterapkan secara efektif di BBPVP Serang. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sertifikat di BBPVP Serang tidak hanya memberikan layanan yang efisien, tetapi juga mendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui sertifikasi berbasis kompetensi. Sistem pelayanan yang terintegrasi membantu mempercepat dan meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan sertifikat, memberikan manfaat besar bagi peserta pelatihan dalam menunjang karier mereka.Kata Kunci: Sertifikat BNSP, BBPVP, Sistem Pelayanan, dan Informasi.

Abstract

Education is an important factor in building an intelligent nation. Through educators, it becomes a conscious human effort to enhance knowledge, skills, and even personality development. The aim of this research is to instill religious values in early childhood at TPQ Insan Robbani Al-Fikri, Tangerang City, through the role of educators as facilitators and parents as role models. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. This research was conducted at TPQ Insan Robbani Al-Fikri in Kp. Karang Anyar, Neglasari Sub-district, Tangerang City. The results of this research show that educators who act as facilitators have five indicators of success: (1) the provision of learning tools has been adequately implemented, (2) the availability of learning facilities, including methods, media, and equipment, is fairly complete, (3) educators act as companions to students, (4) educators fulfill their duties and functions in accordance with regulations, and (5) educators do not act arbitrarily towards students. Thus, the role of educators as facilitators and the role of parents as effective role models contribute significantly to shaping the religious character of early childhood, particularly in aspects of worship, prayer, and behavior in accordance with religious teachings.

Abstract

Objectives: The phenomenon of turnover intention should be a concern for the company or organization owners. The phenomenon of turnover intention can be detrimental to the organization's survival. This study examines how the role of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational influence turnover intention and how these roles modify organizational commitment.Methodology: This research uses quantitative research with a causality approach, with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method. The reason is that PLS-SEM can predict complex latent variables from a study. This research was conducted on J & T Cargo expedition employees in Tangerang Regency and a total sample of 131, testing the inner model and outer model and bootstrapping tests to test the mediation of organizational commitment.Finding: As formulated in the hypotheses, the results are consistent, where transformational leadership and employee job satisfaction significantly affect turnover intention, but perceived organizational support has no significant impact on turnover intention. Similarly, transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support significantly impact organizational commitment. Thus, organizational commitment mediates the significant effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support on turnover intention. Theoretical and practical implications are presented.Conclusion: Organizations that emphasize developing transformational leadership qualities and prioritizing employee satisfaction will be better positioned to avoid turnover intention. By recognizing and acting on these insights, organizations can build positive employee engagement, retention, and success cycles. In summary, transformational leadership and job satisfaction significantly affect turnover intention, as satisfied employees are less likely to consider leaving their current organization.

Abstract

Perempuan merupakan anggota masyarakat yang berpotensi dalam mendukung pembangunan nasional. Namun dalam kenyataannya keberadaan perempuan sering kali dianggap remeh karena memiliki sikap ketergantungan terhadap suami sehingga perempuan rentan mendapatkan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dan diskriminasi di masyarakat. Maka dari itu, program Sekolah Perempuan Meraih Impian dan Cita-Cita (sekoper Cinta) dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan potensi dan keterlibatan perempuan dalam pembangunan nasional serta untuk menurunkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang dialami perempuan seperti, KDRT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program Sekoper Cinta di Kota Bekasi yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Jakasampurna Kecamatan Bekasi Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan masyarakat berupa pelaksanaan pendidikan yang berbasis masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa program Sekoper Cinta telah berjalan baik dengan semakin banyaknya perempuan telah meningkatkan kualitas hidup keluarga serta beberapa perempuan yang mulai berwirausaha untuk meningkatkan taraf ekonomi menjadi lebih baik sehingga perempuan dapat lebih berdaya serta angka kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak yang telah menurun.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study was to evaluate how participants responded to the women's Leadership Training Program held by the Pasoendan Digdaya women's Resource Development Center (PPSW) in Lebak regency, Banten. To measure participants ' satisfaction with the training program, this evaluation used the Kirkpatrick reaction Level Model.Method – This study was designed to use descriptive qualitative methods. Data were collected through interviews with 10 trainees. The questionnaire addresses various things, such as the relevance of the material, instructor performance, and training facilities. To determine the level of satisfaction of participants, descriptive was used to analyze the data.Findings – The results indicated that participants were generally satisfied with the training program. The training and consumption schedules have been adjusted to meet the needs of the trainees, and the material presented is considered relevant and applicable. However, the instructor is considered to have strong presentation skills. Additionally, the media and facilities used received positive responses, although there are some suggestions for improvements. Research Implications – Providing women with leadership opportunities significantly advances gender equality by ensuring equal access for both women and men. The findings indicate that while the overall training program effectively meets participants' needs, there is room for improvement in the facilitators' skills and the customization of training materials. It is recommended that PPSW Pasoendan Digdaya enhance facilitator competencies and tailor training content more closely to the specific needs of the participants. This study also highlights the potential for further research into effective teaching methods to bolster women's leadership capabilities.

Abstract

Program Latihan Profesi (PLP) di kelompok kami yang berlokasi di BBPVP Serang melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan bagi masyarakat yaitu pelatihan budidaya ikan lele yang akan dilaksanakan di KP Pangsoran, Desa Bojonegara, Kabupaten Serang dengan tujuan untuk memberdayakan dan meningkatkan produktifitas masyarakat disana, sehingga dapat menciptakan peluang usaha khususnya usaha kelompok. Metode kegiatan menggunakan metode pengamatan langsung kepada peserta dan melakukan diskusi terkait pelatihan yang akan dilakukan. Hasilnya, setelah dilakukan pelatihan budidaya ikan lele di Desa Bojonegara, terjadi perubahan kegiatan masyarakat yang lebih produktif dengan adanya kolam ikan lele dan pengetahuan yang mereka miliki.
