Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Mobile Banking Service Quality, dan Visual Appeal terhadap Continuance Intention dalam penggunaan aplikasi Bale by BTN. Penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi peran mediasi Confirmation, Perceived Usefulness, dan Satisfaction dalam kerangka Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM). Data dikumpulkan dari 226 pengguna mobile banking BTN melalui kuesioner online dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif PLS-SEM melalui SmartPLS 4. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Mobile Banking Service Quality secara signifikan mempengaruhi Continuance Intention baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui Confirmation dan Satisfaction. Meskipun Visual Appeal tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi Continuance Intention, namun memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan melalui Confirmation, Perceived Usefulness, dan Satisfaction. Sebaliknya, Brand Awareness dan Brand Image tidak menunjukkan pengaruh langsung atau tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap Continuance Intention. Hasil ini menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan kualitas layanan digital dan desain visual untuk mendorong kepuasan pengguna dan loyalitas jangka panjang dalam aplikasi perbankan seluler.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of product quality, brand image and brand trust on consumer purchase decisions at Isola Wine Bali. The population in this study includes all consumers who buy wine, both foreign tourists and locals. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that product quality, brand image and brand trust have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Product quality, it is hoped that Isola Wine Bali can evaluate the type of wine bottle used. Brand image, it is hoped that adjustments can be made regarding the color of the product packaging which also needs to be adjusted to the color of the bottle of wine products. Brand trust is expected to be able to always provide updated information about the products offered.

Abstract

This paper seeks to examine the role of attitude towards green product on the relationship between environmental knowledge and green brand image for green repurchase intention. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The population in this study was collected from 125 respondents’ consumers who have used environmentally friendly slow fashion products (Fjallraven, Converse dan Timberland) in Jabodetabek – Indonesia. Findings – It was found that environmental knowledge has a significant positive effect on green repurchase intention. Green brand image has an insignificant positive effect on green repurchase intention. Furthermore, variable of attitude towards green product and green brand image has a positive and significant effect on green repurchase intention through attitude towards green product.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Word of Mouth (WoM) and perceived value on parents' decisions to enroll their children at Sekolah Kids Republic Jakarta, an early childhood education institution (PAUD) located in Jakarta. The population for this study comprised 204 parents of students currently enrolled at Sekolah Kids Republic Jakarta. A sample of 68 parents was selected using a sampling technique with a 10% margin of error. The analysis used the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The study yielded the following findings: (1) Perceived value has a significant and dominant influence on parents' decisions in choosing Sekolah Kids Republic Jakarta; (2) Word of Mouth (WoM) has a relatively weak and statistically insignificant influence on these decisions; and (3) The combined effect of WoM and perceived value moderately explains the variance in parents' decisions, supporting the hypothesis that both variables together significantly influence decision-making, with perceived value playing a more dominant role.

Abstract

Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Persepsi Kegunaan, Persepsi Kemudahan, Sikap, Pengetahuan Produk, Kepercayaan, dan Persepsi Resiko terhadap Niat nasabah pengguna BSI mobile untuk membeli emas online di Bank Syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini secara khusus mengkaji niat beli emas online di mobile banking. Metode: jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan  data dikumpulkan dari 218 nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia di Kota Palembang menggunakan survei online dan offline. Analisis data: Model persamaan struktural (SEM). Hasil dan diskusi: Studi ini menemukan peran pengetahuan produk dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat nasabah pengguna mobile banking untuk membeli emas online di aplikasi mobile banking. Persepsi Kegunaan dan Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Sikap. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini hanya menyelidiki niat membeli emas sebagai salah satu jenis investasi emas secara online di aplikasi mobile banking. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur dengan memeriksa peran Persepsi Kegunaan, Persepsi Kemudahan, Sikap, Pengetahuan Produk, Kepercayaan, dan Persepsi Resiko terhadap Niat nasabah pengguna mobile banking untuk berinvestasi emas melalui aplikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyoroti kebutuhan bank syariah untuk mengedukasi nasabah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan produk deposan karena risiko dan persepsi nilai dan niat nasabah muslim sangat dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan produk.

Abstract

Purpose: The principal objective of this study is to identify the factors that might influence the inclination towards eco-friendly purchases while considering the incorporation of renewable energy via Solar Power Generation Systems (PLTS). Research Methodology: A comprehensive data analysis was conducted using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) facilitated by the SMART PLS. This study targets household electricity consumers in Palembang, Indonesia. Results: The findings indicate that Environmental Knowledge has a significant impact on Green Purchase Intention, whereas green product awareness plays a notable role in influencing green purchase intention. Moreover, it was found that attitude did not significantly affect Green Purchase Intention. Green Product Awareness has a substantial effect on green purchase intentions. Notably, this study establishes that Environmental Knowledge does not impact Green Purchase Intention through attitude, indicating partial mediation. The findings of this study emphasize the critical role of Environmental Knowledge and Green Product Awareness in shaping green purchase intentions among electricity consumers in Palembang, Indonesia. Limitations: Fostering an environment that is conducive to enhancing environmental literacy and promoting awareness of green products is imperative. Contribution: This research explores the various elements that impact the likelihood of making eco-conscious purchases, particularly in relation to embracing renewable energy technologies.
