Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation on learning independence among eleventh-grade students at SMA Laboratorium Universitas PGRI Semarang. Learning motivation is considered an important factor in achieving educational goals, while learning independence reflects students' ability to manage their own learning process. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design, involving 87 students who were selected through a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using statistical techniques, including descriptive analysis and Pearson correlation. The results show that students' learning motivation and learning independence are in the "fairly good" category, with average scores of 91.06 and 85.09, respectively. Linear regression analysis shows a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on learning independence, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This means that the higher the students' learning motivation, the higher their learning independence will be. The study concludes that improving learning motivation can enhance students' learning independence. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers and schools pay more attention to factors that can increase students' learning motivation and provide facilities that support learning independence.

Abstract

Low digital literacy and teacher activity when carrying out the teaching and learning process can result in low student learning outcomes. Therefore, the issue of digital literacy and teacher activity in the learning process in schools must be given more attention so that the hope is that schools can provide evidence that teachers' professional competence is running smoothly. The formulation of the research problem is: 1) is there an influence of school teachers' digital literacy on teacher professional competence, 2) is there an influence of learning community activity on teacher professional competence, 3) is there an influence of teacher digital literacy and learning community activity on teacher professional competence.This research approach is quantitative which emphasizes analysis of numerical data (numbers) processed using statistical methods. Place: This research was conducted at an elementary school in Singorojo District, Kendal Regency. This research was carried out from March to Aprli 2024. The research sample used was a population of 113. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and hypothesis test.The research results show that (1) there is an influence of digital literacy on teacher professional competence of 72.2%, (2) there is an influence of learning community activity on teacher professional competence of 44.8%, (3) there is an influence of teacher digital literacy and community activity learning together on teacher professional competence was 77.8%.The conclusion is that there is an influence of teacher digital literacy and learning community activity on the professional competence of teachers in elementary schools in Singorojo District, Kendal Regency. Research suggestions so that school principals can support learning community activities and teacher digital literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of video media in providing information that can influence learners' career decisions, which in turn can improve their understanding of the world of work and guide them toward more appropriate and realistic career choices. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 34 Semarang in 2023. This research used a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design model. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire of students' career choices, and data analysis was done using descriptive statistics. The analysis showed that the F-count value was 5.333 with a significance level of 0.036 <0.05, so information services with video media affected the career selection of third-grade students at SMP Negeri 34 Semarang. The study's conclusion reveals that information services with video media affect the career selection of third-grade students at SMP Negeri 34 Semarang. The research contributes to the field of guidance and counseling, especially regarding the use of video media as an effective information tool in helping students understand career choices.

Abstract

Masih banyak dijumpai motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah. Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya interaksi sosial teman sebaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara interaksi sosial teman sebaya dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional yang bertujuan untuk membuktikan ada tidaknya hubungan antara variabel Interaksi Sosial dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 288 siswa, maka yang diteliti adalah sebagian dari populasi tersebut. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 74 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Teknik Simple Random Sampling.Subjek yang diteliti sebanyak 52 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara interaksi sosial teman sebaya dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 15 Semarang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung ˃ ttabel yaitu 254 ˃ 235 dengan nilai signifikan 5% (0,000 ˂ 0,05). Besarnya determinan sebesar 0,064 yang berarti bahwa sebesar 0,64% motivasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh interaksi sosial teman sebaya, sedangkan sisanya dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan dampak pada interaksi sosial siswa yang semakin membaik dan motivasi belajar siswa meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menginvestigasi besaran pengaruh implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka terhadap kompetensi profesional guru; (2) menganalisis besaran pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap kompetensi profesional guru; dan (3) menguji besaran pengaruh implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan kreativitas guru secara simultan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru. Studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi target penelitian mencakup 377 guru, dari mana sampel sebanyak 194 guru dipilih. Dalam penelitian ini, instrumen kuesioner diaplikasikan sebagai metode primer dalam pengumpulan data. Analisis data melibatkan serangkaian teknik, meliputi deskripsi statistik, pengujian asumsi prasyarat (normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan linearitas), metode regresi linear sederhana dan berganda digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) korelasi antara implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan kompetensi profesional guru tercatat sebesar 0,833. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dan kuat terhadap variabilitas kompetensi profesional guru, dengan kontribusi sebesar 69,4%, 2) korelasi antara kreativitas guru dan kompetensi profesional guru menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,908. Secara empiris, kreativitas guru terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan dan substansial terhadap kompetensi profesional pendidik, dengan proporsi varians yang dapat dijelaskan sebesar 82,4%. Lebih lanjut, secara simultan, implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (X1) dan kreativitas guru (X2) menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru (Y), sebagaimana direpresentasikan oleh persamaan regresi ? = 5,951 + 0,246 X1 + 0,553 X2. Koefisien korelasi (r) untuk pengaruh simultan kedua variabel independen ini adalah sebesar 0,930, dan koefisien determinasi mengindikasikan bahwa keduanya secara kolektif mampu menjelaskan 86,5% varians dalam kompetensi profesional guru.

Abstract

Competence is defined as knowledge, skills, and abilities mastered by a person who has become part of himself so that he can carry out cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. The purpose of this study is to: 1) ascertain the magnitude of the influence of the implementation of the independent curriculum on teacher professional competence, 2) ascertain the magnitude of the influence of the independent teaching platform on teacher professional competence, and 3) ascertain the magnitude of the influence of the implementation of the independent curriculum and the independent teaching platform collectively on teacher professional competence. The research approach employed in this study is quantitative. The type of research conducted is correlational research. The research population comprised 377 teachers, from which a research sample of 194 teachers was determined. Data collection was executed through the administration of a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques utilized encompassed descriptive data analysis, prerequisite tests including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis tests comprising simple and multiple linear regression. The results of the study are: 1) The effect of the implementation of the independent curriculum has a significant and strong effect on the variable of teacher professional competence by 69.4%. 2) The effect of the independent teaching platform has a significant and strong effect on the variable of teacher professional competence by 69.5%. 3) The significant influence of X1, and X2 on Y is 86.5%. The conclusion drawn from this study indicates that the significant influence of the implementation of the independent curriculum and the independent teaching platform on teacher professional competence is 86.5%.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of academic supervision of school principals on the pedagogic competence of teachers at SDN Margadana Tegal. Pedagogic competence is focused on the teacher's ability to design, implement, assess, and evaluate learning. The background of the research is based on the low pedagogic competence of teachers identified through initial observation. Teachers still experience obstacles in the preparation of learning tools, the implementation of learning is not as planned, and has limitations in classroom management and the use of teaching aids. The 2024 Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG) shows pedagogic competence as the lowest competence. Education Report Data supports these findings with a decrease in achievement from the "Good" category to "Adequate" in 2024. This condition states that teachers' pedagogic competence must be improved, one of which is through academic supervision. The approach used is quantitative correlational design which involved 205 teachers, and a randomly selected sample of 134 teachers. Descriptive data analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and regression analysis to collect data, which were distributed through questionnaires. Test prerequisites such as normality, linearity, and multicollinearity. The findings of the study stated that the academic supervision of the principal affects pedagogic abilities. This is indicated by the f-value of 392.717 > f table 3.91, the Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, the contribution of 74.8% for the medium category. The correlation between the academic supervision of the principal and the pedagogic competence of the teacher is 0.865 in the very strong category. These results indicate that there is a very significant relationship between the academic supervision of the principal and the pedagogic competence of the teacher. For the value of the constant coefficient is 24.215, the coefficient of the academic supervision variable is 0.876. The results of this study show that the better the academic supervision of the principal contributes to the improvement of teachers' pedagogic competence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap disiplin kerja guru, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja guru, dan pengaruh secara Bersama-sama kompensasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Populasi sebanyak 217 orang, sampel sebanyak 141 orang yang merupakan guru-guru SMK se-Kabupaten Batang. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasional. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja guru sebesar 68,7%. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif sebesar 65,4%. Kompensasi dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif secara simultan sebesar 61,9%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: kompensasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja guru dengan kategori kuat, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja guru dengan kategori kuat, kompensasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap disiplin kerja guru dengan kategori kuat.

Abstract

This study examines the contribution of driving teachers in improving the pedagogical capabilities of educators in elementary schools in the Margadana District, Tegal City. The research focuses on analyzing pedagogical competence, which encompasses aspects of design, implementation, assessment, and evaluation of the learning process. The research background is grounded in indications of low teacher pedagogical competence, identified through initial observations and supported by Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG) data in 2024.The study employed a correlational quantitative approach with a sample of 134 teachers randomly selected from a population of 205 teachers. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires measuring the variables of driving teachers' roles and pedagogical competence. Data analysis utilized descriptive data analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, regression analysis, and a series of statistical prerequisite tests including normality testing, linearity testing, and multicollinearity testing. Research findings demonstrate a significant influence of driving teachers' roles on pedagogical competence, with a contribution of 76% and a significance value of 0.000. These findings imply the importance of empowering driving teachers in enhancing the pedagogical quality of educators at the elementary school level.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik pemecahan masalah terhadap ketergantungan gadget pada siswa kelas XI SMA N 1 Godong. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penelitian eksperimen, di mana suatu hal dapat diteliti ada atau tidaknya pengaruhnya dalam penelitian tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi-experimental design dengan rancangan two-group pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA N 1 Godong. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability   sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang/kesempatan sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel . Untuk metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik purposive sampling adalah teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu, yaitu pengambilan sampel terhadap siswa yang memiliki ciri-ciri yang sesuai dengan ketetapan peneliti sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh kelompok bimbingan dengan teknik problem solver terhadap ketergantungan gadget .
