Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of the Social Service in Overcoming Exploitation of Street Children in Makassar City. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validation technique was carried out through source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The research results obtained show that (1) The role of the Social Service as Facilitative has facilitated RPTC (Trauma Center Shelter Homes) for PMKS. (2) The role of the Social Service as Education seeks to provide informal education in accordance with established regulations. (3) The Role of the Office of Social Affairs Social Service as a Representative cooperates with Polres/Polda, Satpol PP, BLK, TKSK and the community (4) The role of the Social Service as a Technical has special officers to collect and analyze data regarding PMKS.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of government was required to play an active role in improving the conditions of the creative industry of red stone crafts so that creative industry could be an alternative in the face of increasingly world market competition. This study used Qualitative with data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data, as many as 9 research informants, data collection techniques were observation and interview guidelines. The results of the study found that the role of the government in the development of local government bricks business was not optimal in playing an active role in paying attention to the group of  Red Stone entrepreneurs in Bontonompo District, this could be seen from the Cost Leadership Strategy, Product Differentiation Strategy and The focus strategy that  more focused on services in the process of developing a red stone manufacturing business in the Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. Keywords: Strategy, Business Development in the Making of Red Stone

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the effectiveness of services for granting building permits in the one-stop integrated licensing service office (DPMPTSP) in Makassar city. This study used a qualitative research  with a descriptive type. The number of informants in this study were 7 people who were determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that regarding the optimization aspects of the objectives to be achieved by the Makassar City PTSP Service, it had provided services to the community by facilitating the form of management so that it was well served, the aspects of interaction between the organization and the surrounding environment related to the effectiveness of IMB services by the Makassar City PTSP Service certainly consisted of several methods such as, conducting awareness, capacitating, and empowering, and aspects of the role of individual behavior on effectiveness in an organization, namely how the Makassar City DPM-PTSP Service provided excellent service and becomed a stakeholder following community service SOPs. Keywords: Service effectiveness, granting building permits

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how community empowerment was carried out by the Maritime Service. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative. By using data collection techniques through interviews Based on the results of research related to empowering coastal communities through the use of seaweed in Pabiringa Village, Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency, which was carried out by the Marine and Fisheries Service, Jeneponto Regency, it was quite good. This can be seen from several indicators of empowerment which include: enabling (creating) the local government creating an atmosphere that makes the potential of coastal communities in Pabiringa Village develop. Meanwhile, empowering strengthens the potential of coastal communities in Pabiringa Village through concrete steps by providing the necessary support and resources so that coastal communities can develop and improve their capabilities, skills and economic opportunities.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the form of transparency of information on Business License services at the Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Office in Bantaeng Regency. This study used a qualitative method. The number of informants in this study was 10 people.  data collection were observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study showed that from the aspect of the availability and accessibility of documents from the process of providing information on technical requirements and procedures for business licensing regarding business license services in the department had been running well, aspects of clarity and completeness of information could provide comfort in providing information when serving the community and timely in providing information on business licensing procedures if they had entered their working hours, the aspect of the openness of the process was not be  well, this could be seen from the non-publication of all business licensing procedures that should be a benchmark of user assessment, and aspects of the regulatory framework that were ensure transparency was well publicized and could be understood by service users.Keywords: Information Transparency, Business License Services

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Triability, and Observability of Healthy Hallway innovation at the Health Office of Makassar City. This type of research is a qualitative description. The  informants was 7 people. Data collection techniques in this study, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study, the relative advantage that is owned is in addition to paying attention to the health hallway as well as the surrounding community with the suitability of the needs of the community, this innovation can be tested and implemented by the adopter's ease of observation. However, the complexity lies in the people who tend to be indifferent in implementing this innovation program, but the people in the surrounding environment help each other so that the complexity tends not to be felt.Keywords: Innovation, Healthy Hallway, Society.

Abstract

This study purposed to analyze and describe organizational and inter-organizational behavior, lower-level bureaucratic behavior and the behavior of target groups in the implementation of the National  Microfinance Baznas Program, National Zakat Agency in Maros Regency. This study was conducted in Maros Regency using qualitative descriptive research methods. Data collection were observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation was carried out through triangulation of sources, techniques and time. Data  analysis used  data reduction, data presentation and  conclusions. The results showed that the implementation process included organizational behavior and inter-organizational dimensions, namely commitment and coordination. The level of commitment of related agencies was quite high, while coordination of related agencies needed to be improved. The dimensions of lower-level bureaucratic behavior were organizational control and official professionalism. Organizational control was running well and the level of professionalism of the apparatus was quite high. The response  of the Village Microfinance Baznas was very supportive of this program because it was very helpful in terms of financing business capital.Keywords: Program Implementation,  Village Microfinance Baznas

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the government's supervision of illegal buildings along the river boundaries of Rantepao sub-district, North Toraja regency. This study used qualitative research. The research location was along the river border line of Rantepao sub-district and the Public Works and Public Housing Service. The number of informants in this study was 7 people. The results showed that the direct supervision had been carried out well with the reduction of illegal buildings along the river border, no more traffic jams and the river border area and started to be clean from garbage. Indirect Supervision had been adequate and optimal so that the community who owned the building knew that it controlled so that there was no misunderstanding between the community and the officers, it was  hoped that  supervision could maintained and further improved, so that no more illegal buildings appear along the river border. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the involvement of participatory governance in the Development Planning Deliberation (Musrembang) in Sanrobone district, Takalar Regency. This study  qualitative research,  that  provided a general picture as a kind of data collected objectively from the field with a type of phenomenology. Data collection techniques  were observation, interviews with a number of informants. Data analysis used qualitative data. The results of this study showed that participatory governance in development planning deliberations in the district of Sanrobone Takalar Regency. Some had been realized optimally in accordance with their objectives, this was seen from the indicator (1) the involvement of direct community participation had been directly involved in musrenbang activities (2) musrenbang activities were still some communities that did not directly involve in development activities due to several constraints / obstacle (3) the community was very auntusian in attending Musrenbang activities (4) many people gave ideas or advices for the smoothness of musrenbang (5) people hoped to be responsible and participate in the implementation of musrenbang activities.Keywords: Participation Involvement, Participation Rate

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the implementation of mutation based on the merit system, seniority system, spoil system in the district police. Gowa. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive type of research.. Data collection technique using interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis technique by using data reduction steps, data presentation and the final stage. The results of the study indicate that 1) Meryt Systemcan be interpreted as a mutation process that is very well executed, but has not in accordance with the theory because in the implementation of mutations there are still some employees who don't know the reason for their transfer besides that, there are employees who mutation is not in accordance with the educational background possessed if compared to their position, as well as the presence of employees who have not beenoccupied his position but was transferred to another position, 2) seniority system can be interpreted as a mutation because it affects the level of seniority or because his work experience in the field has been in accordance with what was done because of the mutation of the Gowa Police Police Personnel, it was seen that an employee who wastransfer based on the employee's experience or tenure but usually based on achievements and class rank and it's quite effective, 3) Spoil System In carrying out the mutation of the Gowa Police Police Personnel, it can be said that there is no can be separated from there are still based on kinship considerations.
