Abstract

This study purposed to find out the Coordination of the Police with the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Handling Cases of Sexual Violence in Enrekang Regency. This study used qualitative methods and consisted of 4 informants. The results of the study showed that the Coordination of the Police and the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Handling cases of sexual violence were quite good and effective. From the perspective, namely (1). the efforts of the police agency and the women's empowerment office in handling cases of sexual violence in Enrekang Regency had made efforts in assisting sexual violence cases, (2) the unit of action in the coordination process between the women's empowerment service in handling cases of sexual violence in Enrekang Regency was still unconscious in every member of the agency, (3 ) common goals by providing direction to each member when there was a dispute at work so that the coordination process in dealing with cases of violence run effectively.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the Supervision of the Village Consultative Agency (BPD) in the Use of Village Funds in Eemokolo Village, Bombana Regency. This study used a qualitative research that aimed to determine the supervision of BPD based on the problems discussed, namely the problems that occured in the research location. Informants in this study amounted to 5 people, data collection by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making, while the validity of the data using triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The results showed that the Eemokolo Village BPD in carrying out its supervisory function was not maximal. The Eemokolo Village BPD's functions and duties were still at the planning stage, such as accommodating the aspirations of residents regarding the management of the Village Fund, while the use and supervision of the budget was still very weak and tended to be uninvolved. The obstacles for BDP in carrying out the function of overseeing human  resources were still low. Lack of cooperation between village governments.  The supervision was not optimal.Keywords: Supervision, Village Consultative Agency, Village Fund.

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to describe and eplainevthe implementation of the function Village Consultatie Body (BPD) in Bayondo Village, Tomoni District, East Luwu Regency. This study used a qualitaive descriptive method. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this study showed that the implementation of the function (BPD) was know that the function discussed and agreeing that the draft Village regulation had been implemented and realized optimally, the function of accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the community had not been implemented well, his was because there were still obstacles in its implementation, where the comunity still did not understand the duties and functions performed by the BPD, so that in the implementation process it accommodates and channels community asprations often get opposition and debate from society, function supervising the performance of the village head was not maximal due to lack of communication between BPD administrators. Keywords: bpd function, implementation, village government

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Next Generation social welfare data collection program in Gowa Regency. This study used a qualitative method. The number of informants in this study was 5 people. Field research in the form of observation, in-depth interviews and document research. The results of this study showed that the effectiveness of the application of the next generation social welfare data collection program in Gowa Regency had been running as it should be seen from the perspective of the accuracy of the target programs of the poor and neglected children related to the application of the social welfare data collection program that had been running and up to now, the socialization aspect of the social service program had conducted a socialization program for collecting data on the social welfar, to achieve the application of the social service program, made commitments with village and sub-district government officials with the assistance of the village community empowerment service so that the data collection process through the SIKS-NG application run in the village and sub-district. Furthermore, for monitoring after the program carried out by the social service was quite effective by monitoring the poor and neglected children who had been data and given assistance after they were empowered provided by the government properly and correctly. Keywords: Application, Next Generation Social Welfare Data Collection Program

Abstract

This study aimed to find out how the form of participation of the community's personnel and materials in Buntu Buangin Village, Sidrap Regency. The number of informants in this study were 7 people. This study used a qualitative descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicated that empowerment in terms of 1) the form of participation of community workers in Buntu Buangin Village run optimally, it  seen that they were active in managing an existing natural resource, 2) the form of material participation of the community in Buntu Buangin Village was carried out well, because the community was  very enthusiastic about providing various kinds of assistance in order to complete the Buntu Buangi Punjabu tourist spot, as for the forms of assistance provided such as assistance with construction tools. 3) the form of community fund participation in Buntu Buangin Village was carried out well, because the community was very enthusiastic about providing various kinds of assistance. as for the form of assistance provided such as assistance in the form of money, but providing assistance in the form of food, drinks, and cigarettes for the workers.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine e-government web presence services, e-government interactions, e-government transactions, and e-government transformation at Mamuju Tengah Hospital. This study used qualitative with the type of phenomonology. The number of informants was 7 people. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this showed that the Web presence was running well and had performed web presence functions but in terms of Interaction in the medical record service or patient registration section there were still people not knowing the application provided, the transaction was still using a manual payment system or cas at patient, the transformation had not run well.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out the extent of government participation to empower the community in the canal environment in the jongaya village, tamalate district, Makassar city. This study used phenomenology with a qualitative research type that wqs explaining government participation in community empowerment in the canal environment in the jongaya village, the tamalate district, the city of Makassar. The total number of research informants was 3 people, m from the village office, the community around the jongaya canal area. Research information was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Abstract

This study purposed to determine the role of the village head in the management of Masago village-owned enterprises and also the supporting and inhibit factore for the role of the village head in managing BUMDes. This study used qualitative research. Sources of data used primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used observation, interview and dokumentation methods. The technique  of analysing data through three stages, namely the stage of data education, data display  and data verification. The results of the study showed that the role of the village head in managing BUMDesa Mangngiri was seen from three indicators, namely interpersonal roles, roles related to information and decision  making roles. In this case, the village head played a sufficient role in the establishment and planning of business units, but it was the village head was still not maximal in monitoring and advising the performance of BUMDesa, the village head of Masago had not fully played a role in managing Bumdes Mangngiri. Abstract

This study aimed to determine how the function of the village government in the implementation of development in the village of West Soro, Kempo District, Dompu Regency. The method used descriptive qualitative suppression method so that it could explain the object of this study in the office of West Soro Village, Kempo District, Dompu Reency. Data and information were obtained from informants. Data collection techniques were direct observations at research sites, depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction which summarized and focused on the important things and conclusions. The result of this study showed that the function of the village government had been done effectively because there were several things that support them. They were the process of regulation, service, empowerment and in the process of development implantation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the responsiveness of village officials in the distribution of direct cash assistance in Taeng village, Pallangga district, Gowa Regency. The results of the study consist of six aspects, namely (1) the ability to respond to village officials related to administrative services and also the distribution of direct cash assistance at the Taeng village office. It has been seen successfully from the response of the community who received direct cash assistance in Taeng Village. (2 Village office applies a maximum of 5 minutes in carrying out services related to administrative services and also distributing direct cash assistance. (3 Accuracy in carrying out services carried out by Village officials related to direct cash assistance services and the right target recipients of direct cash assistance in Taeng Village. (4) Accuracy of Taeng village officials in providing services related to the distribution of direct cash assistance at the Taeng Village office (5) Accuracy time in providing services at the Taeng Village office in terms of administrative services and distribution of direct cash assistance because village officials immediately process so that the community does not wait too long and is convoluted (6) Ability to respond to complaints from the community
