Abstract

This study purposed to find out the role of the Village Head in the construction of road infrastructure in Kariango Village, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency. This study used qualitative research. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews with a number of informants. Data analysis used an interactive analysis model. The results of this study showed that the role of the village head in infrastructure development on village roads was good enough but needed to be improved to be more optimal, this was seen from the aspects of (1) Planning, (2) Implementation ,. (3) Supervision and monitoring. Supporting factors in this activity, there was participation and support from the community, sufficient regional budget funding to carry out development, and regulations provided. While the inhibiting factors were the lack of maximum supervision and monitoring of infrastructure development, then the weather and heavy terrain made it difficult to process infrastructure development and a long time, as well as more expensive development materials.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan Usaha, Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Di Kabupaten Gowa. Adapun tipe dalam penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Penciptaan iklim usaha yang baik, untuk mengakses bantuan permodalan dan bantuan produktif guna untuk menjaga iklim usaha mereka agar tetap berjalan dengan baik, 2) Pembuatan Informasi terpadu, UMKM dalam mengakses informasi yang berkaitan tentang perijinan dan informasi rencana pembangunan ekonomi, 3) Pendirian pusat konsultasi, secara umum belum memadai dilihat dari akses tersebut hanya berupa konsultasi lewat email yang tentunya masih sulit untuk diakses khususnya bagi pelaku UMKM yang tempat tinggalnya memiliki jaringan internet yang buruk, akan tetapi rencananya akan dibuat tempat pengaduan berupa gedung yang akan dibangun disetiap kecamatan, 4) Pembuatan sistem pemasaran, selalu mendorong  para pelaku usaha untuk bisa lebih mandiri dan berdaya saing dengan bertumpu pada pengembangan potensi daerah

Abstract

This research aims to determine the regional government's strategy in dealing with early marriage in Barru Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research, data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that the regional government's strategy in dealing with early marriage in Barru Regency is considered optimal, where the rate of early marriage will decrease in 2022 after experiencing an increase in 2021. Strength, with the presence of religious counselors in each sub-district and the involvement of parents and teenagers . In terms of weaknesses, there are still many people who hold strong traditions and have a low level of understanding regarding the risks of early marriage. Furthermore, from an Oppertunity perspective, this strategy is not only implemented by one element but certainly involves others such as the community and also the relevant regional government. The last one is Thearth, where the divorce rate, poverty and educational backwardness are increasing. The internal factor that influences this research is laziness.

Abstract

This article discusses the Regional Government Strategy in the Management of the Balang-Balang Traditional Market, Gowa Regencyknow the things that affect the local government strategy in the Management of the Balang-Balang Traditional Market, Gowa Regency. ApproachThe research used is descriptive qualitative. The data obtained from interviews, and observations were then analyzed by looking at the program strategylocal government in the management of the Balang-Balang market along with the inhibiting factors found in this study. As for the activities inData analysis in this study are: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that there are programsOne of the activities carried out by the regional government is business development and trade facilities that highlight planning and revitalization effortsmarket, the Gowa Regency government's strategy is to prioritize the improvement of people's market facilities so that the process of improving facilities can operateprioritizing parking facilities which cause congestion problems in the road area near the market but achieving targets for price stabilityin traditional markets are well controlled. In the aspects of leadership, motivation and communication systems, it shows that there is a process of manager interactionthe market with the Department of Industry and Trade to check if there is a discrepancy in the procedure based on conditions that occur in the market and the formCommunication that is considered effective is that the market manager visits the Department of Industry and Trade to deposit market fees every yearweek as well as the reporting carried out explaining market conditions and aspects of human resource management, indicating that there are effortsTo improve market management capabilities, market heads are given training through Technical Guidance which aims to provide briefingknowledge in managing the market.

Abstract

This research delves into the role and implications of digital marketing communication strategies in the tourism governance of Bira Beach. Bira Beach, renowned for its pristine coastal beauty, has witnessed fluctuating tourism trends over the years. Ensuring sustainable tourism development, which balances economic benefits, environmental protection, and socio-cultural integration, necessitates effective governance mechanisms. Digital marketing communication strategies have emerged as instrumental in shaping this governance. Through a qualitative approach encompassing interviews, surveys, and digital data analytics, this study explores (1) the existing digital communication practices in promoting Bira Beach, (2) stakeholders' perceptions about the effectiveness of these practices, and (3) the influence of these strategies on tourism governance frameworks and decisions. Preliminary findings suggest that well-structured digital communication campaigns can enhance stakeholder participation, foster transparent decision-making, and drive sustainable tourism policies. However, certain challenges like digital literacy, infrastructural constraints, and authenticity concerns have been identified. The research emphasizes the need for a cohesive strategy that integrates technology, local community insights, and environmental considerations for robust tourism governance at Bira Beach. This study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on the intertwining realms of digital marketing and tourism governance, offering insights for policy-makers, tourism planners, and marketers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the labor-intensive program in infrastructure development in Ulubalang Village, Bone Regency. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the positive impact of the program on the progress of village infrastructure. The research method involved field surveys, interviews, as well as statistical data analysis to measure the success rate of labor-intensive program implementation. The results showed that the program significantly improved economic access and increased community access to infrastructure such as roads and bridges. This is seen from the labor-intensive effectiveness theory used to describe and explain labor-intensive in village development, which is viewed from the source approach, process approach, and target approach. In addition, this study found that the labor-intensive program also had a positive impact on improving community skills and participation in village development. The program not only improves physical infrastructure, but also empowers local communities through employment and training opportunities. The success of the labor-intensive program in improving village infrastructure is also reflected in the high level of community satisfaction with the development results achieved.

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to describe and eplainevthe implementation of the function Village Consultatie Body (BPD) in Bayondo Village, Tomoni District, East Luwu Regency. This study used a qualitaive descriptive method. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this study showed that the implementation of the function (BPD) was know that the function discussed and agreeing that the draft Village regulation had been implemented and realized optimally, the function of accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the community had not been implemented well, his was because there were still obstacles in its implementation, where the comunity still did not understand the duties and functions performed by the BPD, so that in the implementation process it accommodates and channels community asprations often get opposition and debate from society, function supervising the performance of the village head was not maximal due to lack of communication between BPD administrators. Keywords: bpd function, implementation, village government

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the Coordination of the Police with the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Handling Cases of Sexual Violence in Enrekang Regency. This study used qualitative methods and consisted of 4 informants. The results of the study showed that the Coordination of the Police and the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Handling cases of sexual violence were quite good and effective. From the perspective, namely (1). the efforts of the police agency and the women's empowerment office in handling cases of sexual violence in Enrekang Regency had made efforts in assisting sexual violence cases, (2) the unit of action in the coordination process between the women's empowerment service in handling cases of sexual violence in Enrekang Regency was still unconscious in every member of the agency, (3 ) common goals by providing direction to each member when there was a dispute at work so that the coordination process in dealing with cases of violence run effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how community empowerment was carried out by the Maritime Service. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative. By using data collection techniques through interviews Based on the results of research related to empowering coastal communities through the use of seaweed in Pabiringa Village, Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency, which was carried out by the Marine and Fisheries Service, Jeneponto Regency, it was quite good. This can be seen from several indicators of empowerment which include: enabling (creating) the local government creating an atmosphere that makes the potential of coastal communities in Pabiringa Village develop. Meanwhile, empowering strengthens the potential of coastal communities in Pabiringa Village through concrete steps by providing the necessary support and resources so that coastal communities can develop and improve their capabilities, skills and economic opportunities.
