<![CDATA[This study purposed to find out how community participation in the main program of family welfare development in Bonerate Village, Selayar Islands Regency. This study used qualitative method. This study had 8 informants by using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. While the data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion. The results of this study showed that community participation in the main PKK program was quite well, due to community had awareness to participate in activities that hold by the PKK activator team in Bonerate Village. In addition, community participation in the main PKK program could be seen in the form of community self-help both in terms of personnel and material. The problem was the community had a low education in Bonerate Village. It was recommended that the participation of the Bonerate Village community in the PKK program needed to be increased again and the PKK Executing Team as the executor of the tasks in the Bonerate Village should optimize to involve the community in various activities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study purposed to determine the government's strategy in Developing Sabbeta, Pising Village, Donri-Donri District, Soppeng Regency. This study l used qualitative research. Technique Collecting data used interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants who involved in the development of Sabbeta Village. The data analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicated that 1) The strategy cost advantage was not applied as a whole due to the silk production process requires a lot of costs, the differentiation strategy was applied through the creation of silk product innovations, and the focus strategy applied was to focus sales on the order system. 2) Several inhibiting factors in the development of the Village Sabbeta waw seen from the low quality of human resources and provision facilities and infrastructure were not really good . <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the role of the Social Service in dealing with poor families in the city of Makassar. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive type. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews. Based on the results of research on the Role of the Social Service in Handling Poor Families in Makassar City, there are a number of things that still need to be considered because they have not been optimally handled. This can be seen from several indicators of the role of the Social Service in overcoming poor families which include: (1) Government as Regulator (2) Government as Dynamicator (3) Government as Facilitator. The role of government as regulator in handling social services for the poor in helping the community has not implemented well because the community continues to receive assistance through old data collection rather than the latest that needs to be completed. for example as a commitment to participate in all programs so that the assistance can be useful later. The government's role as dynamite in dealing with the poor is in the form of leadership. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of community participation and its influence on the effectiveness of the Jenetaesa Village innovation program, Simbang District, Maros Regency. This study used a mixed method by using a type of survey research by observing using a questionnaire to collect data related to research variables. The population in this study were the community or family heads of the Jenetaesa Village, Simbang District, as many as 421 family heads in the Jenetaesa Village, Simbang District, Maros Regency. This study used simple random sampling technique or random sampling, with a total sample of 80 people. The results of this study showed that community participation had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of village innovation programs, with an Adjusted R Square coefficient of 0.636 meaning that 63% of community participation affected the effectiveness of village innovation programs in Jenetaesa Village, Simbang District, Maros Regency. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine how the Quality of the hospitalizations in Batara Siang General Hospital, Pangkep Regency. This study used qualitative research and the type of research used descriptive qualitative research. Data sources were primary data and secondary data. The number of informants in this study were 7 people. Data collection techniques user observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The result of this study could be seen that the Quality of the hospitalizations Services of the Batara Siang Public Hospital in Pangkep Regency showed that the improvement of public service still needed to be improved so that Human Resources in Batara Siang General Hospital in Pangkep Regency was better, more effective, faster and more efficient. There were improvements in improving services made by the governments in public services were expected always fasilitate public services for the community.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to know Bureaucratic Ethics in the population and civil registry office of bone Regency. This study used qualitative research. The number of informants in this study were 2 peopleusing intervew techniques. The type of data used primary and secondary data, these two types of data could be obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques was a sace study research method. The result of this study showed that the service was still lacking and service ethnics still needed to be improved, some people who did not care about morality. It was important to apply ethics in terms of service so that people werw satisfied with the service. <![CDATA[This study purposed to find out the Management Strategy of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Maccini Baji Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative, data sources were primary data and secondary data. The results of the study showed that the strategy for managing village-owned enterprises had 4 aspects that affect the management strategy, namely the planning aspect had followed the procedures listed in the AD/ART, the organizing aspect was appointing a manager who was an element of the village community and did not have duties in the village government, the directive aspect had supervised the work of members as well as monitoring and evaluating aspects of managers conducting evaluations every 3 months, 6 months and annually. Then the factors that influenced the management of village-owned enterprises in Maccini Baji village were the existence of a system of cooperation to full support by the village government, equity and procurement of bumdes business funds. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of developing community-based tourism (community based tourism) in Kampung Galung. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, this type of research is descriptive. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and observation. Research informants are the government and the community. The results of this study indicate a community-based tourism development strategy (community based tourism) in the village of Galung, First, external management in involving the community in decision making. Second, the management of the Kampung Galung tourist attraction provides benefits from tourism. Third, involve managers, the government and the community regarding proper development procedures. Fourth, the government and managers always provide space for the community to maintain their culture.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the business development strategy of songkok recca. This subject uses descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection used are observation, interview and documentation. This research showed the result that songkok recca business development strategy in Awangpone subdistrict and department of cooperative and UMKM Bone regency still not maximal in development of songkok recca business. There are 3 strategic aspect: 1) cost leadership ( can be seen in terms of service, fleet sales and advertising), 2) differentiation strategy product ( to win the competition by making unique product, physical quality and cultural value), and 3) focus strategy (which the focus on the buyer group and the product line segment, or the geographic market (special market of songkok recca product sales). ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out the "Effectiveness of Employee Performance in Public Services at the Village Office, Herlang District, Bulukumba Regency". The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with qualitative methods. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that "Employee Performance in Public Services at the Tanuntung Subdistrict Office" has received satisfaction from the community and is also quite effective. This can be seen in terms of the quality of their employees who have the level of knowledge and skills used during the service process, which makes work easier and people also feel satisfied with the services provided. Not only the quality, the quantity of employees at the Tanuntung Subdistrict office is also quite effective, where the amount of work produced is quite maximum and in accordance with the planned targets, even though at the service process stage there are problems in the facilities. ]]>
