Abstract

Pendidikan kepramukaan  merupakan  kegiatan  ekstrakurikuler  yang  wajib  dilaksanakan  oleh  satuan  pendidikan  sebagaimana  yang  ditetapkan  melalui Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia No. 63 Tahun 2013 yang mewajibkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka pada satuan pendidikan dengan  tujuan  membentuk  karakter peserta  didik. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penyebab kurangnya  koordinator  dalam  manajemen pembinaan kepramukaan  di  sekolah  dasar.  Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan  pembina  pramuka serta  seluruh anggota  pramuka  di SD  Negeri  5  Tambun.  penelitian  ini  menggunakan  penelitian  kualitatif  yang mendeskripsikan fenomena situasi kegiatan pembinaan kepramukaan di sekolah dasar.  Data yang diperoleh bersumber pada data primer (informasi hasil wawancara daan dokumentasi yang didapatkan melalui pembina pramuka), sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui buku dan jurnal yang  berkaitan  dengan  penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan berbagai permasalahan  yang  menghambat  terbatasnya  koordinator  dalam  manajemen  kegiatan  kepramukaan seperti pengalaman kepembinaan yang kurang, kurangnya wadah bagi pembina pramuka dalam mengikuti kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan kepramukaan, kualifikasi pembina pramuka belum memiliki lulusan sekurang-kurangnya lulusan Kursus Mahir Pembina Pramuka Tingkat Dasar (KMD). Implikasi temuan penelitian ini, merekomendasikan pihak sekolah untuk memberikan peluang kepada guru-guru yang terlibat dalam kegiatan pembinaan kepramukaan di SD Negeri 5 Tambun untuk mengikuti kegiatan KMD yang diadakan oleh Kwartir Cabang Pramuka setempat

Abstract

This research explores Malay formal, narrative, and aesthetic structures in classical Malay romantic poetry, using qualitative methods and an eclectic study model (structuralism, hermeneutics, and aesthetics). The data of this research are Syair Abdul Muluk and Syair Dandan Setia. The formal structure of these poems is built by the elements of rhyme, rhythm, diction, array, and stanza, which are harmoniously interwoven and strictly follow the conventions of traditional Malay Syair. The narrative structure of the poem is built by the elements of plot, setting, character and characterization, theme, and mandate. These elements are functional and closely interwoven so that the story becomes intact and organic in building the meaning of the work. Malay aesthetics in this poem is categorized into several aspects, namely ontological, immanent, and psychological aspects. In the ontological aspect, it shows a series of words that are sourced from God's wealth which is simple, complete, and natural. Malay aesthetics in this conception corresponds to Islamic aesthetics that beauty comes from divine creative potential. In the immanent aspect, it describes something astonishing (amazing), describing something various or diverse that is full of harmony. On the psychological aspect, it relates to the extraordinary, the sightseeing of the soul, causing a sense of fascination or lust in the soul, giving birth to a sense of awe, even resulting in self-forgetfulness, and fainting.

Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan teks Surat Hikayat Sultan Abdul Muluk oleh Raja Ali yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan keadaan fisik naskah secara utuh dan terperinci dalam naskah teks Surat Hikayat Sultan Abdul Muluk oleh Raja Ali Haji. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. penelitian ini adalah peneltian kualitatif dengan memfokuskan kepada bidang filologi yang kegiatannya adalah pada bahan tertulis atau naskah lama. Tahap pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka. Kemudian, tahap deskripsi naskah menggunakan metode deskripsi naskah, tahap alih aksara menggunakan metode alih aksara dan tahap alih bahasa menggunakan metode alih bahasa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan cara menghasilkan data berupa bentuk kata-kata tertulis atau gambar dari objek yang akan diamati. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makna yang terkandung dalam naskah teks surat Abdul Muluk karya Ali Haji yaitu wanita dapat berperan layaknya laki-laki dalam mempertahankan kesetiaannya dan demi tercapainya tujuan. Wanita juga dapat berkuasa walaupun harus mengkondisikan dirinya di luar kodratnya sebagai wanita. Bagi Raja Ali Haji dalam perspektif kebudayaan bangsa dan masyarakat, agama merupakan simpul pengikat bagi berbagai macam tingkat sosial dalam pembinaan kebudayaan. Kata Kunci: Alih aksara, alih bahasa, Arab-melayu Abstract: This article aims to describe the text of Surat Hikayat Sultan Abdul Muluk by Raja Ali which aims to describe the physical state of the manuscript as a whole and in detail in the text of Surat Hikayat Sultan Abdul Muluk by Raja Ali Haji. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This research is a qualitative research by focusing on the field of philology whose activities are written materials or old manuscripts. The data collection stage used literature studies. Then, the script description stage uses the script description method, the script transfer stage uses the script transfer method and the language translation stage uses the translation method. The technique of collecting data is by producing data in the form of written words or images of the object to be observed. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the meaning contained in the text of the letter Abdul Muluk by Ali Haji is that women can play a role like men in maintaining their loyalty and in achieving their goals. Women can also rule even though they must condition themselves outside of their nature as women. For Raja Ali Haji in the perspective of national culture and society, religion is the binding knot for various social levels in cultural development. Abstract

This research investigates the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model to enhance active participation among elementary school students in English learning. Using a Classroom Action Research design with McTaggart’s model, the study was conducted in one cycle consisting of six meetings. Data collection was performed through teacher observations and field notes to capture student engagement and participation throughout the learning process. The research aimed to address the low level of student activity and interest in traditional English learning methods. The findings reveal that the implementation of PjBL significantly improved student participation. Of the 21 students observed, 19 actively engaged in group discussions, project activities, and presentations. The remaining two students showed progress, though their involvement was less consistent. The PjBL model encouraged students to explore, collaborate, and produce creative outputs, such as a mini dictionary, which allowed them to apply English vocabulary in a meaningful context. The structured PjBL syntax fostered critical thinking, teamwork, and confidence among the students. This study concludes that PjBL is an effective approach for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment. It provides educators with a practical framework for increasing student motivation and participation, offering a meaningful and interactive alternative to conventional teaching methods.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the steps and results of the application of the talking chips model in identifying the intrinsic elements of drama text for students of class VIII D SMP Negeri 3 Jambi City. This research uses qualitative methods and descriptive research types. The data source of this research was students of class VIII D SMP Negeri 3 Jambi City. The data in this study are the steps of the talking chips learning model and the results of student assessment in identifying the intrinsic elements of the text. The results of this study are the lesson plans made by researchers are appropriate and implemented when applying the talking chips learning model in identifying the intrinsic elements of drama texts. The conclusion shows that the implementation of the talking chips model in identifying the intrinsic elements of drama text has been carried out.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan model pembelajaran KIK-IRMA menggunakan media bervariasi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan siswa pada pembelajaran teks prosedur di tingkat SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan siswa kelas IX di salah satu SMP di Indonesia. Media yang digunakan meliputi Canva, YouTube, dan infografik berbasis kertas, yang dipilih untuk menyesuaikan gaya belajar siswa dan memperkaya pengalaman belajar mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Canva dan YouTube meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman siswa terhadap teks prosedur lebih dari 80%, sedangkan infografik berbasis kertas memberikan kontribusi dalam melatih literasi visual dan penyusunan informasi. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi dan kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan media digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan strategi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa di era digital. Implikasi penelitian ini mengarah pada perlunya penguatan kapasitas teknologi di sekolah dan diversifikasi media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Rewataya Village is situated on Tanakeke Island, within the Takalar Regency. Despite its significance, previous studies have not addressed the mapping of changes in mangrove land area within this locale. The present research aimed to fill this gap by assessing alterations in mangrove land area from 2013 to 2023, alongside examining density and canopy cover conditions. The method employed for mapping changes in land area entailed utilizing the unsupervised method with maximum likelihood classification. Additionally, the assessment of mangrove conditions involved employing plot line transects to determine species density and hemispherical photography methods to evaluate canopy cover. Notably, two types of mangroves, namely Rhizophora mucronata and Rhizophora apiculata, are prevalent in this village. The mangrove species density in Rewataya Village, Tanakeke Island, is categorized as good. In addition, the canopy cover in Rewataya Village falls within the classification of very dense according to mangrove damage criteria. However, there has been a notable reduction in the mangrove ecosystem area between 2013 and 2023, with a decrease of 42.28 hectares (from 367.13 hectares to 324.84 hectares).Keywords: MangroveLandsat 8Rewataya villageUnsupervised

Abstract

Aksara Arab Melayu merupakan salah satu aksara yang keberadaannya digunakan sebagai media komunikasi tulisan di Provinsi Jambi, namun kenyataannya sudah mulai tergerus. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa untuk dapat mengidentifikasi, menulis, membaca, dan menganalisis teks beraksara Arab Melayu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode langsung. Hasil pengabdian disimpulkan bahwa sebahagian besar mahasiswa Sastra Indonesia telah memahami dan dapat membaca maupun menulis Aksara Arab Melayu, meningkatnya kesadaran mahasiswa akan pentingnya menjaga sistem tulis masa lampau dan mempertahankan eksistensinya hingga saat ini, Mahasiswa sastra Indonesia mempunyai pengalaman dan pengetahuan membaca, menelaah, alih aksara, dan menganalisis teks dan naskah sebagai persiapan menghadapi mata kuliah filologi.

Abstract

This research aims to describe gender stereotypes and explain resistance to gender stereotypes in the novel "Kita Pergi Hari Ini" (We Leave Today) by Ziggy Zezsyazeoviennazabrizkie, using a literary sociology approach with a focus on gender studies. The research is qualitative in nature, and the data consists of sentences, paragraphs, dialogues, and narratives containing elements of gender stereotypes sourced from the novel "Kita Pergi Hari Ini" by Ziggy Zezsyazeoviennazabrizkie. The method used in the research is qualitative descriptive, and data collection is done through literature study using reading and note-taking techniques. The research findings reveal gender stereotype elements found in the characters as follows: 1) Women are obedient creatures, 2) women must be polite and well-mannered, 3) women can play with anyone, 4) women are emotional beings. Meanwhile, the male stereotypes include: 1) Men like to rebel and freely express their opinions, 2) men tend to be less polite, and 3) men don't play with women. However, resistance to gender stereotypes is depicted in the character Fifi, who shows resistance by being 1) polite and well-mannered, 2) obedient, and 3) playing with anyone. The character Fufu also exhibits resistance by 1) playing freely on the field, 2) being rebellious, and 3) daring to express opinions, as portrayed by the author through the children characters. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan stereotipe gender dan menjelaskan resistensi terhadap stereotipe gender dalam novel Kita Pergi Hari Ini (KPHI) karya Ziggy Zezsyazeoviennazabrizkie menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra dengan fokus kajian gender. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan data berupa kalimat, paragraf, dalam dialog maupun narasi yang mengandung unsur stereotipe gender. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu novel KPHI karya Ziggy Zezsyazeoviennazabrizkie. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yakni deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka menggunakan teknik baca dan catat. Dari hasil penelitian unsur stereotipe gender yang terjadi pada tokoh berupa: 1) Perempuan adalah makhluk penurut, 2) perempuan harus sopan santun, 3) perempuan bermain dengan siapa saja, 4) perempuan makhluk emosional. Sedangkan stereotipe laki-laki yaitu 1) laki-laki suka memberontak dan bebas mengemukakan pendapatnya, 2) laki-laki bersikap kurang sopan, dan 3) tidak bermain dengan perempuan.  Sementara itu, adanya resistensi terhadap stereotipe gender yaitu: dalam karakter Fifi sebagai bentuk resistensi mampu bersikap 1) sopan santun, 2) penurut, dan 3) bermain dengan siapa saja. Begitu juga karakter Fufu yang memiliki sikap 1) bermain bebas di lapangan, 2) suka memberontak, 2) berani mengungkapkan pendapat yang juga dideskripsikan oleh penulis melalui tokoh anak-anak.

Abstract

his research aims to describe the relationship between women and nature in the novel Kokokan Mencari Arumbawangi using socialist ecofeminism studies from the perspectives of Keren J Warren, Vandana Shiva, and Maria Mies. The data of this research is obtained from words, phrases, sentences, expressions, and paragraphs that contain the relationship between women and the nature of socialist ecofeminism. Meanwhile, the data source in this research is the novel Kokokan Mencari Arumbawangi by Cyntha Hariadi. The method of this research is a qualitative description with data collection techniques carried out by literature study. The results of this study show that there are forms of relations between women and nature using the study of socialist ecofeminism in the novel Kokokan Mencari Arumbawangi. The form of relations between women and nature consists of direct closeness in the form of physical and emotional closeness, women's insights about nature and women's thinking about nature. The relationship that exists between women and nature shows a connection, namely women's efforts to save nature from development which makes women experience oppression because of their efforts to protect nature. The oppression received by women is divided into two, namely direct oppression, namely physical, verbal and psychological oppression and cultural oppression in the form of symbolic oppression. Various oppressions carried out by the dominant party make women fight back but end up miserable. The resistance carried out by women is divided into verbal and physical resistance. Abstrak Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan relasi perempuan dan alam dalam novel Kokokan Mencari Arumbawangi menggunakan kajian ekofeminisme sosialis perspektif Keren J Warren, Vandana Shiva, dan Maria Mies. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kata, frasa, kalimat, ungkapan maupun paragraf yang mengandung relasi perempuan dan alam ekofeminisme sosialis. Sementara itu sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu novel Kokokan Mencari Arumbawangi karya Cyntha Hariadi. Metode pada penelitian ini ialah deskripsi kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat bentuk relasi perempuan dan alam dengan menggunakan kajian ekofeminisme sosialis dalam novel Kokokan Mencari Arumbawangi. Bentuk relasi di antara perempuan dan alam terdiri atas kedekatan secara langsung yaitu berupa kedekatan secara fisik dan emosional, wawasan perempuan tentang alam dan pemikirian perempuan tentang alam. Adanya relasi yang terjalin di antara perempuan dan alam menunjukkan keterkaitan yaitu usaha perempuan untuk menyelematkan alam dari pembagunan yang membuat pihak perempuan mengalami penindasan karena usahanya melindungi alam. Penindasan yang diterima perempuan dibagi menjadi dua yaitu penindasan secara langsung yaitu penindasan secara fisik, verbal, dan psikologis seta penindasan kultural berupa penindasan secara simbolik. Berbagai penindasan yang dilakukan pihak dominan membuat perempuan melakukan perlawanan namun berakhir sengsara. Perlawanan yang dilakukan perempuan dibagi menjadi perlawanan secara verbal dan fisik.
