Abstract

Training is an activity which develops an ability in certain fields. Training is a major part of building a basketball team. But in a Basketball team there is also a need for management. Management itself is a principle in regulating, building or compiling a plan or an organization. Training on the SABAC Team, which still uses manual methods and the management of players who still cannot be organized, is certainly a problem for the coach and also the players. Likewise, the Extracurricular Superintendent and Principal who can only come to a training session once a month still cannot see the development of the players from the SABAC Team significantly. However, among these factors, the Covid-19 pandemic is the main factor that hinders all these activities until the government takes an action called Social Distancing which causes delays in training and also correspondence between trainers, extracurricular supervisors and also school principals related to activities or events that will be carried out by the SABAC Team. Based on the problems that have been described, an application is made that facilitates the training or management process during this pandemic. In its development this application was built using the waterfall method and also a web-based application was chosen because it can be used on various platforms. From the results of the needs analysis obtained from interviews and also direct observations to the field, it produces 5 main actors, 64 functional needs and 1 non-functional requirement. For the design part of the application, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, pseudocode and database design are the main parts in the system development process. In the implementation process, the PHP language becomes the builder of the object-based system and MySQL becomes the data storage part of the system. The next process is the testing stage where there is white-box testing consisting of unit testing and integration testing and also black-box testing to test all the validity of all functionalities. And there is also a Compatibility test where the testing process is assisted by an application called SortSite which tests on several browsers and also on Android and IOS, the result of this test is that the application can run smoothly without any missing content or error functionality.

Abstract

E-SAKIP is an electronic-based government institution performance accountability system used by every Indonesian government institution to report their performance. One of the regencies that implement SAKIP is Kepulauan Selayar Regency. Every institution in Kepulauan Selayar Regency has to report all their performance in a year. Manual reporting and unclear information regarding the report cause many institutions to be late in submitting the SAKIP report. These problems become the reason for the establishment of E-SAKIP user experience. This user experience research is carried, the research already have a high satisfaction score from user and it doesn't take a lot of time and money to implement the application in the future. The methodology used in this study was a Human-Centered Design, where this study was directly focused on the potential users of E-SAKIP. The final product, in the form of prototype high fidelity, used Adobe XD. The prototype results were conducted the usability test, time test using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The usability results were 100%, the time test was 375 seconds, and the SUS was 81,125. This can be stated that the success rate is good and acceptable. Thus, the prototype results have been tested according to the level of potential users' satisfaction.

Abstract

The Asset Monitoring System in this study is intended to solve problems that occur at SDN DLANGGU. The problems that occur include recording data on assets, the condition of assets, and reporting on assets. In SDN DLANGGU, the monitoring process for asset stuffs still uses a manual process, starting from recording data items that are still manual using Excel, recording the condition of stuffs that are not updated regularly, giving ineffective item codes, and reporting data that takes a long time due to a lot of asset stuffs, the addition of new assets or the condition of asset stuffs that will continue to change. Meanwhile, data reporting will be submitted every three months to the school asset coordinating agency for all districts and every six months to the school asset center institution for all districts. The author offers a solution by building a system in the form of a useful website for SDN DLANGGU, namely the Asset Monitoring System that covers existing problems. This system processes monitoring at SDN DLANGGU by following technological developments and can speed up processing time and create efficient reporting data. This system is also useful for updating the condition of stuffs periodically and making reports that are in accordance with the data that has been entered into the system. Information from interviews such as data and data artifacts is used as a reference in making this system and will be developed using the waterfall method. The results of this system are in accordance with what has been obtained from the results of interviews that have been conducted. The system created uses a new process to monitor asset items, thereby shortening the processing time. The results of the system testing carried out on this system are in accordance with the results of the needs analysis, requirements engineering and requirements design that have been done previously.

Abstract

The market chain is very detrimental to farmers as it creates a significant selling price gap between farmers and consumers. This problem occurs due to the market chain being very long, starting from farmers, collectors, middlemen, wholesalers, and finally, consumers. Therefore, a system is made to shorten the market chain so that farmers can get maximum profit. For this reason, it is necessary to design a web-based vegetable trading application using the SDLC Waterfall model method with the Sms-Gateway Platform. The results of this study aim to help farmers sell products directly to consumers without having to go through a long market chain in order for them to maximize profit.

Abstract

The number of ideas in making a culinary business makes a lot of competition in the sale of these products, there is many individuals make several businesses that are managed alone. Muhammad Farchan Rafsanjani is one of the many people who have several businesses, including MangoSaurus which sells juice products, RinduCandu which sells drink products, and Taichan.otw which sells satai taichan products. With so many businesses running, of course management is a very important thing. However, the daily transaction recapitulation system that is run in his businesses uses books, the recapitulation carried out on the books is not reliable, and sometimes the money earned on certain days is more than the number of transactions in the recapitulation. The stock management in the three businesses is considered very ineffective, the empty stock will be reported by employees to the owner via chat on social media applications, so the owner goes back and forth to add stock to each of his businesses. Therefore, this study builds an integrated Point of sale (POS) information system that can display daily transactions and various types of management. The development process in this research uses the waterfall method. This system is website-based using the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter framework. In the part of testing, whitebox testing was carried out for unit and integration testing, after that blackbox testing was carried out which resulted in a validity value of 100%, and the last was performance testing which resulted in an average loading time of 2.579 seconds.

Abstract

Bekasi City has a slum area of ​​443 Ha, but only 128.61 Ha has been successfully. The cause of a large number of slum areas is due to data and information that is not up to date concerning the spread of slum areas in every sub-district of Bekasi City. The lack of reports from the public regarding slum areas are one of the factors. Based on these problems, designing a mobile application user experience is necessary to facilitate people to report on slums easier. Data and information on slum conditions in every sub-district of Bekasi City will be up to date, and they can be handled immediately. This research uses the design thinking method, which consists of collecting user needs and problems by conducting interviews, analyzing problems and finding the right problems and needs, formulating solution ideas to determine solutions to problems and needs, making prototypes to design solutions form of application features, and usability testing to test aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. Usability testing uses a task scenario to measure effectiveness and efficiency and a system usability scale (SUS) to measure satisfaction. A final usability score of 84.1 is obtained for those who had reported on slum areas, and it is included in group A (excellent). Meanwhile, a value of 78.5 was obtained for those who had never reported on slums, and this score is included in group B (good).

Abstract

Nowadays, the use of information technology is very important. So far, the use of technology-based applications has helped users in the field of services and complaints. One of the uses of information technology products is in police work agencies. The resort police area of ​​Tulungagung Regency launched a community service application under the name Jogo Tulungagung Astuti. The Jogo Tulungagung Astuti application aims to make it easier for users in Tulungagung Regency to access criminal information and report criminal acts. One of the problems faced by the Jogo Tulungagung Astuti application is that many users feel confused when using this application. In this study, we will analyze the usability level based on user experience in the Jogo Tulungagung Astuti application using the usability testing method and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The final result of this study is a recommendation for improving the user interface in the form of a prototype. The final test results indicate that the level of effectiveness on the new interface is 96.67%. While the efficiency level produces a value of 94.47%. In the SUS test, the score obtained in this final test is 83 points. This value has increased when compared to the initial test. Based on the values ​​obtained, it can be concluded that the new user interface design can provide a better user experience compared to the old user interface.

Abstract

Golek Bis (GOBIS) Suroboyo is a public service application developed by the Surabaya Transportation Department (DISHUB Surabaya) in 2018 to improve the commuter experience with the public transportation networks. Although this application has been downloaded more than 100 thousand times by Android users in Indonesia, various users' complaints can still be found on the review page. The problem is strengthened by the interview data from several GOBIS Application users. They complain about the experience of dealing with uncertainty, difficulty finding the nearest bus stop, and feeling annoyed with appearing pop-up messages every time they return to the main page. Therefore, usability testing was carried out using the design thinking method to gain a deeper understanding of the problem and improve the design solution by considering the eight golden rules. The evaluation is measured based on three usability aspects: effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction, which will be conducted in two stages, and then the results will be compared. After the research has completed, the effectiveness aspect increased to 100% on the whole task, the efficiency aspect increased ranging from 1.2 to 7.35 times faster, and the user satisfaction aspect increased ranging from 1.25 to 3.1 times better in the comparison of both evaluations of GOBIS Suroboyo Bus application.

Abstract

The eldelry is a person aged 60 years or older (Republik Indonesia, 1998). They have different body conditions from adult humans in general. As stated in (Kementerian Kesehatan RI, 2013), the complications are usually suffered by the eldelry are hypertension, stroke, diabetes, arthritis or rheumatism. The tardiness of treatment conduces in other system disruption and decreases daily activities (Naryani P & Kartinah, 2009). Therefore, a great family role is required so that the elderly can spend the rest of their lives greatly and increase their life expectancy. The use of elderly health monitoring application can assist the family in providing health services. This study aimed to design a user experience on the elderly health monitoring application, so it is expected to provide comfort. The method used to design the user experience of the application is Human-Centered Design, while the evaluation used a heuristic evaluation involving 4 assessors. In this study, the evaluation of the solution design went through 2 stages, the first evaluation stage was finding problems, then the second stage was a consolidation process to discuss the answers obtained from each evaluator into a single unit. The evaluation results obtained 22 problems, where these problems will be repaired based on the highest to the lowest severity ratings.

Abstract

One of the problems of SMEs to apply technology is the cost of making technology media which is still relatively expensive. Mamina is one of the SMEs in the service sector that provides breastfeeding consulting services. In addition, Mamina also provides other related needs such as prescribing drugs, counselors and so on. In this study, the creation of a website-based SME business monitoring system was carried out. The system development stage includes the stages of needs analysis, implementation, and testing with three types of website users, namely admins, counselors, and patients, to manage and manage business data. The implementation process uses the PHP programming language in the codeigniter framework and mysql in the database section, using the waterfall model method which produces thirty functional requirements, one non-functional requirement. Then the testing step consists of several tests such as functional and non-functional testing. Functional testing consists of unit testing that successfully runs a test path based on three test cases, integration testing on the method obtains a valid status and gets a 100% valid value on validation and compatibility testing.
