Abstract

Climate Monitoring is done by using sophisticated instruments that have a function to record the changing climate data. Karangploso Malang climate station is one of the station that records climate data. Variables that have been monitored such as rainfall, temperature, wind speed, and humidity. The data then sent to the Server then get processed and displayed to desktop based application and web. Desktop based application right now can't be accessed from outside the office. Web based application or mobile application can be use as alternatives so BMKG data can be accessed outside. The application that was choosed is mobile based application because it can access the climate data more faster. The mobile application get the climate data by requesting the data from a web service that use RESTful method. The data then representated in table and chart on client side. Based on design result in this research, obtained 3 functional requirements and 3 non functional requirements. Based on testing result, it is concluded that the development of software application for climate monitoring using RESTful web service method in android is meet the requirement of the design.

Abstract

In an effort to reduce poverty, the government of Mladingan sub-district, Situbondo provides social funds for society categorized as low class society, the fund is given based on an assessment of several indicators, determined by the government and made to assist the government staff in classifying the families who deserve it, so that the distribution of fund is well-targeted. This study aims to design a system that can classify the society by assessing them as fund beneficiaries or not. Classification method used in this study is Learning Vector Quantization. The data input of the prospective beneficiaries through data transformation process will result as data weight, which is used in the classification process. Weighting data are done by giving such score according to each parameter. The object used in this study is the data collection of the Families in Mlandingan Subdistrict, Situbondo. The family data contain 7 poverty parameters including age, the number of the family members, income, outcome, housing conditions, home ownership status, and educational level. This study uses five test scenarios that resulted a recommendation value of learning rate 0.1, decrement learning rate 0.1, training data as 30%, minimum learning rate 0.01 and maximum number of iterations 2. Accurate results obtained is 98%.

Abstract

Stroke is a disease caused by blockage of blood in the brain or rupture of blood vessels in the brain, resulting in brain nerve palsy. Stroke is one type of diseases that kill high enough third after heart disease and cancer in developed countries. The data of East Asian Medical Information Center (SEAMIC) is the highest in Indonesia. This causes the disease to be wary of. Doctors sometimes have difficulty to perform stroke disease detection due to a semi-structured problem. These constraints can be overcome by a system that is Decision Support System using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process and Weighted Product. Analytical Hierarchy Process method is used to find the priority weight and Weighted Product method used for decision making and ranking. The result of system functionality testing is 100%. As for the system accuracy testing has an accuracy of 73.8%.

Abstract

A high drop in rainfall can cause a disaster, so it is necessary to forecast to estimate how much rain will come. One of the main factors causing the flood disaster is the intensity of rainfall is very high, then the rainfall is still very interesting to continue to be studied. in this study made a system that can make forecasting using ANT method backpropagation with Artificial Bee Colony to determine the error rate of rainfall forecasting. In the performance test algorithm of Backpropagation-Bee Colony method showed that the average value of MSE showed the best result at iteration to 1000 that is MSE average of 0,0329. As for testing the accuracy of the 1000th iteration obtained an average MSE of 0.030 in December. The accuracy value in December amounted to 95%.

Abstract

The increase in population and growth in the farming field was one of the reason of rising in consumption of animal protein. One of the source of animal protein that has been the most preferable for its affordable price and easy to get, is purebred chicken egg. However, the issue in purebred chicken egg sales that has been faced by the market is its fluctuate price. Therefore, the researcher build a forecasting system using Particle Swarm Optimization-Neural Network (PSO-NN). This method proved to be better than the NN training using Backpropagation. PSO training will be carried out to the maximum iteration and the results of the training in the form of optimal weight values will be used as initialization weights for NN training. The type of NN used is Feedforward Neural Network (FFNN). The NN training is done by using 4 lag time, 2 hidden units, and 1 output which represents the result of price forecasting. Based on the result of this research, PSO proved to be able to speed up NN on finding the optimal solution. The lowest MAPE found using PSO-NN in this research is 1.01552%.

Abstract

Awareness of Malang City's people to the consumption of animal protein increased as with the increase level of population growth and living standard. Purebred chicken eggs become one of the preferred animal protein foods because of its cheap price. However, the price of purebred chicken eggs in the market is fluctuating, thus affecting the number of egg demand. Therefore, in this research, a system that can project market conditions is made to determine the market price of purebred chicken in thext period.The data used is the average daily data of the price of purebred chicken eggs in Malang from 2012-2017. This research uses Fuzzy Time Series method for forecasting with GA to find optimal interval value of the fuzzy subsets. The fuzzy subsets are represented by chromosomes with real code value encoding, then they are processed by crossovers, mutations and selection. The crossover, mutation and selection techniques used are one-cut-point crossover, uniform mutation and elitism selection. Based on the test results, the optimal parameters obtained are the population size is 40, chromosome length is 25, the combination of crossover and mutation rate are 0,4 and 0,5, and the number of iterations is 500.The results obtained by applying the optimal parameters indicate that the Fuzzy Time Series-GA method works better than the Fuzzy Time Series. The best MAPE obtained using the Fuzzy Time Series-GA method is 1,3347731.

Abstract

Assessment of unit performance of the company aims to facilitate in evaluating the performance of each unit. Poor performance will have an impact on the quality of the company, so it needs to be improved and upgraded. However, the assessment of company unit performance in PJT 1 Malang is less efficient due to the absence of a system to process KPI Unit assessment data. This has an impact on the amount of manpower and required time in the assessment of the company's unit performance. To overcome these problems, it requires a computer system in the form of group decision support system (SPKK) to assist in the assessment of the company's unit performance. One method of Multi Criteria Decision Making is PROMETHEE II, used for decision making in every decision maker (DM). While Borda is used for the voting method. This study uses 72 alternative data and five assessment criteria. Based on the results of the weight test analysis, the best accuracy was obtained in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th experiments at the level of importance of the fourth weight with value of 83.3333% using the first range. And the highest accuracy based on the results of the amount of data test analysis obtained of 86, 1111% when using 36 data test.

Abstract

Performance appraisal on company units is a process of assessment of the ability of a group unit members in completing tasks in order to determine the level of success achieved by the unit. However, the assessment of the performance of the company units conducted in Perum Jasa Tirta 1 Malang is still conventional, causing the assessment process to take time. In addition, in assessing the performance of a company units involving several people because each person will have different assessment weight. Therefore, a system or model is required to facilitate the assessment of the company's unit performance that is group decision support system using TOPSIS and Borda method. TOPSIS method used for decision making on the assessment of the performance of the company units performed by each decision maker. Borda method used for group decision making from the results of each decision maker. Based on the tests performed, the test scenario 1 result the highest or best accuracy is 81% with the best weight in the combination of 4,5,6 while the test scenario 2 with the best weight on all combinations is 83%.

Abstract

Purebred chicken egg become one of the most favorite protein sources in the community because the price is quite affordable than other protein sources that are sold freely in the market. The main problem is the fluctuation of the market price of eggs in Malang, there are times when prices rise and there are times when prices fall. This would be a problem if the price rose from the price in the preceding months. In this research, a system capable to predict the egg market price by using Support Vector Regression (SVR) method to forecast and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method to optimize SVR parameters. The optimization process consists of 4 main stages, namely the normalization stage, SVR training stage, PSO stages, and testing stages. In the SVR performance testing yields the smallest MAPE value of 6.2186%. As for the SVR-PSO performance testing has the smallest MAPE value of 1.8840%.

Abstract

The population of the society will continue to evolve over time, this makes process of logging society's health data will be more difficult to do. The problem is becoming a foundation in developing technology to ease the process of logging society's health quickly. The society's health information used by the Government in serving and improving the welfare of the society. The society's health information technology at Malang present day is based with website which requires a static place and low mobility. The solution to this problem is by developing a mobile app that is more practical and much sought present day, because it gives convenience to access information and high mobility support. Solutions offered the author is building a society's health information system based on mobile native app using the android platform because the majority of 89.75% of society use android operating system. System development method using the waterfall method that supports development in accordance with the needs of users who are clearly defined at the beginning. This Application can process and projecting the amount of society's health data distribution into Google Maps. The system is tested by doing unit testing, validation testing, as well as the compatibility testing. The results of the testing analysis on this system meets the needs of users as well as being able to support the system's performance and high mobility.
