Abstract

The background of this research focuses on individual students. The inability of children to collaborate is still commonly observed today, such as when many students prefer to choose their own friends during group activities, making it difficult for them to socialize with others. The Think Pair Share (TPS) type of Cooperative Learning Model is an instructional approach in which students first think independently about the problem posed by the teacher, then discuss it with a partner, and finally share the discussion results with the entire class. This process fosters social interaction and strengthens familiarity among students during group work. The research adopted a quantitative approach and an experimental design. Data were collected by administering a pre-test and a post-test. The statistical analysis, performed with SPSS version 21, included an independent sample T-test which yielded a significance level (2-tailed) of 0.000, a value below the 0.05 threshold. This outcome resulted in the rejection of H₀ and the acceptance of Hₐ. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Think Pair Share (TPS) Cooperative Learning model exerts a significant influence on improving the procedural text writing skills of fourth-grade students.

Abstract

The limitations of children with multiple disabilities lead to distinctiveness in the sentences produced and have an impact on the understanding of speech partners.  This study aims to describe the form of sentences in Indonesian children with multiple disabilities and their impact on pragmatic functioning. This qualitative descriptive research uses a longitudinal data collection method. The study subjects were three children with multiple disabilities who were severely deaf and slow to learn. Data in the form of utterances that inform the form of sentences of children with multiple disabilities and their impact on pragmatic functioning.  Data collection using observation and fishing is supported by field recording and recording.  The analysis uses sorting, reverse, and connecting techniques. The validity of the data uses triangulation of theories, methods, and sources. There are two results of this study. First, the sentences produced by children with multiple disabilities are holophrases sentences or one-word sentences.  Second, the deficit of sentence elements gives rise to misunderstandings because it can refer to some pragmatic function so that the speech partner often does not understand fully even though the child has replaced it with a gesture. Hearing and cognitive development limitations cause disabilities to accept and understand exposure, thus impacting the sentences produced.  Children with multiple disabilities experience cognitive developmental delays of 5;6–6;0. AbstrakKeterbatasan anak disabilitas ganda menyebabkan ke-khas-an pada kalimat yang diproduksi dan berdampak pada pemahaman mitra tutur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan wujud kalimat bahasa Indonesia anak disabilitas ganda dan dampaknya pada fungsi pragmatis. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data longitudinal. Subjek penelitian tiga anak disabilitas ganda yang menyandang tunarungu berat dan lamban belajar. Data berupa tuturan yang menginformasikan wujud kalimat anak disabilitas ganda dan dampaknya pada fungsi pragmatis. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan dan pemancingan didukung perekaman dan pencatatan lapangan. Penganalisisan menggunakan teknik pilah, balik, dan hubung. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teori, metode, dan sumber. Ada dua hasil penelitian ini. Pertama, kalimat yang dihasilkan anak disabilitas ganda berupa kalimat holofrase atau kalimat satu kata. Kedua, defisit unsur kalimat menimbulkan kesalahpahaman karena dapat merujuk pada beberapa fungsi pragmatis sehingga mitra tutur sering tidak memahami secara lengkap meskipun anak sudah mengganti dengan isyarat. Keterbatasan pendengaran dan perkembangan kognitif menyebabkan hambatan untuk menerima dan memahami pajanan sehingga berdampak pada kalimat yang diproduksi. Anak disabilitas ganda mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan kognitif 5;6–6;0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis makna diksi dalam buku kumpulan puisi Sepotong Hati di Angkringan karya Joko Pinurbo yang selanjutnya hasil analisis makna tersebut digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan diksi. Teori semantik leksikal digunakan dalam penelitian guna membedah makna. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif serta menerapkan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sepotong Hati di Angkringan karya Joko Pinurbo merupakan sumber data penelitian ini sedangkan datanya berupa kata-kata dalam buku puisi yang telah disebutkan. Pemilihan data berupa kata didasarkan pada kata yang mengandung diksi. Teknik dokumentasi digunakan peneliti dalam melakukan teknik pengumpulan data sedangkan teknik analisis yang diterapkan adalah analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini menujukkan hasil bahwa jenis diksi yang terkandung dalam buku tersebut ada dua, yaitu diksi denotasi dan diksi konotasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan terdapat 14 diksi berdasarkan makna kata dengan rincian 7 denotasi dan 7 konotasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil temuan pada mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi. Fenomena yang sering ditemukan pada mahasiswa yaitu mahasiswa masih memiliki kemampuan menyimak yang rendah. Hal ini terjadi pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia (PBI) UNIPA angkatan 2020. Rendahnya nilai kemampuan menyimak pada mahasiswa disebabkan minimnya bahan ajar mata kuliah menyimak. Untuk mengurangi atau meminimalisasi terjadinya kesalahan berbahasa, dosen menggunakan model Four-D Models atau Model 4D. Melalui model Four-D Models atau Model 4D, peneliti mengembangkan suatu produk yaitu modul “Menyimak”. Prosedur penelitian menggunakan langkah 4D, yaitu define, design, development, dan dissemination. Untuk menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data, proses pembuatan modul menyimak sudah sesuai dengan prosedur pengembangan Thiagarajan yang dikenal dengan Four-D Models (Model 4D). Kualitas modul Menyimak ditinjau dari aspek kelayakan isi dan kelayakan bahasa memperoleh validasi kelayakan dengan kriteria baik, yaitu sebesar 94%. Hasil tes yang dilakukan menunjukkan mahasiswa mengalami perkembangan, dengan rerata nilai mahasiswa berada pada keterangan tuntas.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) ini bertujuan untuk mentransformasi praktik asesmen pembelajaran melalui pendekatan deep learning bagi guru profesional sekolah dasar. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah masih dominannya praktik asesmen yang berorientasi pada hasil akhir dan hafalan, sehingga belum mampu mengukur pemahaman konseptual, penalaran, dan refleksi belajar siswa secara mendalam. Kegiatan PPM dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan 30 guru sekolah dasar di SDN Ketidur Mojokerto menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan konsep asesmen deep learning, pendampingan pengembangan instrumen asesmen, implementasi terbatas di kelas, serta evaluasi dan refleksi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru mengenai prinsip asesmen deep learning serta terjadinya perubahan praktik asesmen menuju penilaian yang lebih bermakna dan berorientasi pada proses berpikir siswa. Produk asesmen yang dihasilkan meliputi soal kontekstual terbuka, rubrik penilaian kinerja, dan asesmen reflektif yang selaras dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Transformasi praktik asesmen ini berkontribusi dalam mendukung pembelajaran bermakna serta memperkuat profesionalisme guru sekolah dasar dalam mengimplementasikan asesmen yang berorientasi pada pembelajaran mendalam.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the language style in children's song lyrics. The focus of this study is children's song lyricsthat contain language styles. The data source for this study is children's songs sung by Tasya. The data for this study is the language stylefound in the song lyrics. The data collection techniqueused in this study is the documentation method. The procedurefor collecting data in this study was (1) downloading the song lyrics, (3) reading the song lyrics, (4) marking them with a highlighter, (5) classifying them, and (6) coding the data.The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The procedure foranalyzing the research data is (1) analyzing the data, (2)interpreting the data, (3) drawing conclusions. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the stylistic devices in the lyrics ofchildren's songs sung by Tasya include (1)repetition, (2) metaphor, (3) litotes, (4) hyperbole, (5) metonymy, (6)parallelism, and (7) personification. Of the seven styles of language, repetition andpersonification are the most widely used in children's song lyrics. Meanwhile, metonymy and litotes are the least used.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan ketepatanvpengembangan asesmen pembelajaran pada modul ajar mahasiswa PPG Calon Guru program studi pendidikan bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskripstif. Data berupa ketepatan asesmen diagnostik, formatif, dan sumatif. Sumber data penelitian ini, yaitu 26 modul ajar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Penganalisisan data menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Prosedur penganalisisan menggunakan reduksi, penyajian data, interpretasi, dan konklusi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teori dan metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 69% modul ajar memiliki kesesuaian antara capaian pembelajaran dan tujuan pembelajaran, sementara 31% lainnya masih mengalami ketidaksesuaian akibat perbedaan level kognitif dan keterampilan yang ditargetkan. Selain itu, sebanyak 13 modul ajar telah memiliki asesmen yang sepenuhnya sesuai dengan indikator pembelajaran, sedangkan sisanya masih mengalami ketidaksesuaian, terutama pada asesmen diagnostik dan formatif. Beberapa modul juga tidak menyertakan indikator secara eksplisit sehingga asesmen yang dikembangkan kurang mampu mengukur capaian pembelajaran dengan optimal

Abstract

This study is based on the habits and lack of interest of students who have not been able to fulfill their duties and responsibilities maximally, especially reading and writing. This is due to the students' habits compared to the culture of literacy, and the characteristics of students with backgrounds of thinkers, workers, organizational activists and mediocre ones. This study aims to reveal the habits of students PBSI in terms of literacy and kelisanan, both to meet the needs of the task as a student or for other purposes such as to fill the spare time. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. This research data is the result of student activity done inside and outside campus. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the student literacy culture of PBSI Unipa Surabaya in this research is still "low", because the result of the research has been done, there are 24, 28, and 35 students reading books in 1 day, 1 month. While There are 25 writing poems, 17 short stories and 19 students who have interest to write articles. Students of PBSI Unipa Surabaya also have different characteristics. They have the character of thinkers, idlers, workers, and organizational activists.

Abstract

"Novel" Pesantren Impian is a novel that tells the promiscuity of middle and upper class that emphasize their moral behavior. The interesting thing about this novel is to raise stories about religion and lifestyle issues, and was chosen to be featured in an adaptation to the theater performance in Iowa.The purpose of the research with the title of the Deconstruction the role of the characters in novels a Pesantren Impian of Asma Nadia. For the firsy describes some of the characters that could describe. The theory used in research the theory of deconstruction. The Derrida’s said that deconstruction can be reviewed from the aspect of characters. Therefore, the purposes of research is to know characterization and deconstruction the role of the characters novels. The approach used in this study is descriptive a qualitative. The data used in research in the form of words, sentences, and discourses related to the object of research contained in the novel Pesantren Impian works Asma Nadia. The source of data used in this research is the novel Pesantren Impian works by Asma Nadia published in January 2016, 300 pages. Data collection techniques used in this study are the techniques of reading, notes, and investigator techniques. The results of this presentation are presented in the form of descriptive exposure. Based on the results of descriptive analysis of novel Pesantren Impian of Asma Nadia's work in the following results. There are 18 characters have been described to know the existing characterizations, namely Santi, Sinta, Rini, Ita, Iin, Sisy, Inong, Evi, Butet, Ipung, Sri, Yanti, Tanti, Umar, Mas Good, Teungku Budiman, Mrs. Rini, Lik Kusno. Two antagonists or black character and sixteen protagonists or white character. While in the deconstruction role of the characters in the novel Pesantren Impian works Asma Nadia only a few figures that can be deconstructed, namely Teungku Budiman, Rini, Mas Good, Sisy, and Mr. Lik Kusno. because in general the reader assumes that the antagonist can not turn into a protagonist. However, in this deconstruction the antagonist becomes the protagonist, while the protagonist becomes an antagonist.

Abstract

Code mixing is a theory that studies about the mixing of two or more languages. Codemixing can be defined as the use of two or more language codes by speakers, which one of thecodes used is only a word fragment. The object of this research was speech video by K.H.Anwar Zahid and the focus of the study in this research was the form, type, and function ofcode mixing in the speech of K.H. Anwar Zahid in the event of bersih desa in Lampung. Thereason to choose people of Tunggal Jaya village, district of Banjar Agung, regency of TulangBawang, city of Lampung, because 80% of the people were transmigrant. Hence, it was easierto find the code mixed used in Lampung.The method used in this research was descriptivemethod by using qualitative research approach. To collect the data, in this research usedlisten and matching method, it was listening to the language used by K.H. Anwar Zahid fromthe video and match of this video. Thus, the data analysis techniques in this research wascollecting data, finding the form, type, and function of code mixing, classifying, reducing,describing, and interpreting it. Based on the results of the study that had been done, therewere five codes mixing found and those were: words, phrases, baster, repetition words, andclauses that used in every speech. Most of data was found in this research was a code mixingin the form of words. The kind of code mixing that had been found in this research were: hada function as repetition, insertion of the sentence, and often found as the function ofspecification conversation
