Abstract

Abstract As we know, Indonesia is an agricultural country whose main income comes from the agricultural sector. Indonesia's position in the equatorial region and tropical climate makes Indonesia a country with megabiodiversity. Indonesia has a variety of regional conditions with agricultural management techniques according to the needs of farmers in the region. Smart farming 5.0 which utilizes artificial intelligence has become a mainstay for the Indonesian Government in the current digital era. Smart farming 5.0 can encourage farmers' work so that agricultural cultivation becomes measurable and integrated. Farmers can cultivate without depending on the season but through mechanization. The planting to harvesting process can be carried out accurately starting from labor, planting time and the harvesting process. Several smart farming technologies such as blockchain which can make it easier to track the supply of agricultural products for modern off-farm farming, agri drone sprayer (drone spraying pesticides and liquid fertilizer), drone surveillance (drones for mapping land), soil and weather sensors (soil and weather sensors) , smart irrigation system (smart irrigation), Agriculture War Room (AWR), Siscrop (information system) which have been implemented in several areas. The varying levels of education of farmers, the phenomenon of aging farmers, the high cost of Smart Farming technology tools are the biggest obstacles for farmers in implementing Smart Farming. This article aims to analyze the magnitude of the role of Smart Farming 5.0 to utilize the potential of millennial farmers as actors and analyze various government policies to support the implementation of Smart Farming 5.0 as an effort to create Indonesian food sovereignty. Abstract

Along with efforts to increase product sales and income for specialty food of MSME actors in Palembang City, technology and business digitization are urgently needed. This challenge for business people and MSMEs also acts as a good opportunity. Today, the Internet is an effective marketing medium for many consumers. The use of social media is also increasingly widespread as a medium for promotion and online sales. However, the abilities and skills of Indonesian MSME actors in general are still low regarding this digital literacy. Education and training are crucial for increasing this understanding and skills and accelerating the digitalization transformation of Indonesian MSMEs. MSME specialties in Palembang City are mushrooming, considering the many types of specialty foods well-known nationally, such as pempek and its derivatives, various crackers/keeping, various special cakes, and so on. Digital literacy education is carried out for several business people and MSMEs engaged in the specialty food sector in Palembang. The lecture and door-to-door discussions are among the implementation methods for each business participant who previously registered their willingness to participate in this activity. The total participants were as many as 15 businessmen, culinary MSMEs, and specialty foods in Palembang. This training is expected to increase digital literacy among the participating communities and motivate MSMEs to be digitally transformed.

Abstract

Sustainable management of plastic waste is an important issue in the context of the environment and community welfare. This community service activity is intended to develop a method for processing plastic waste into eco-bricks in Kepuhdoko Village, Jombang, East Java. A participatory approach was used throughout the process to actively involve the community. The implementing team collects, separates and processes plastic waste into eco-bricks that comply with construction standards. The result was increased public awareness regarding plastic waste management and eco-bricks that can be used in local construction projects. These findings also provide a logical continuation of previous plastic waste management efforts. The implication is that processing plastic waste into eco-bricks is quite a solution in reducing the negative impacts of plastic waste and supporting sustainable development. Pengelolaan sampah plastik yang berkelanjutan menjadi isu penting dalam konteks lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kegiatan community service ini dimaksud untuk mengembangkan metode pengolahan sampah plastik menjadi eco bricks di Kelurahan Kepuhdoko, Jombang, Jawa Timur. Pendekatan partisipatif digunakan dalam seluruh proses untuk melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif. Tim pelaksana mengumpulkan, memisahkan, dan mengolah sampah plastik menjadi eco bricks yang sesuai dengan standar konstruksi. Hasilnya adalah peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terkait pengelolaan sampah plastik dan eco bricks yang dapat digunakan dalam proyek konstruksi lokal. Temuan ini juga memberikan kelanjutan logis dari upaya pengelolaan sampah plastik sebelumnya. Implikasinya adalah bahwa pengolahan sampah plastik menjadi eco bricks cukup solutif dalam pengurangan dampak negatif sampah plastik dan mendukung konsep pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran krusial dalam perekonomian nasional dengan menyerap tenaga kerja, meratakan distribusi hasil pembangunan, dan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan. Pemasaran melalui e-commerce memberikan peluang kepada pelaku UMKM untuk berinteraksi secara langsung dengan pembeli, yang dapat meningkatkan potensi keuntungan. Pemasaran digital telah menjadi bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari hampir semua tahap pengambilan keputusan bisnis, mencakup proses pengembangan produk, penetapan harga, dan manajemen hubungan masyarakat. Pelatihan Digital Marketing diadakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemahaman masyarakat dalam melakukan pemasaran digital serta membantu mereka memperoleh sertifikasi kompetensi di bidang pemasaran digital. Pelatihan digital marketing ini membawa dampak positif yang signifikan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman para pelaku UMKM terkait strategi pemasaran, meningkatkan keterampilan produksi dan pemasaran, serta memberikan kontribusi nyata pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cabai rawit terhadap pemangkasan pucuk dan pemberian macam pupuk daun. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tenggiring Kecamatan Sambeng Kabupaten Lamongan pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan metode rancangan acak kelompok faktorial. Faktor pertama yaitu pemangkasan pucuk, antara lain pemangkasan 2 minggu setelah tanam/MST (P1), pemangkasan 4 MST (P2), pemangkasan 6 MST (P3). Faktor kedua yaitu macam pupuk daun antara lain Mamigro Super N (D1), Gandasil B (D2), Growmore (D3). Data hasil penelitian dianalisa dengan Anova dan jika terdapat perbedaan dilanjut dengan Uji BNT 5%. Pengamatan meliputi: tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah bunga, jumlah buah. Terdapat interaksi antara waktu pemangkasan dan jenis pupuk daun terhadap tinggi tanaman (35 hari setelah tanam/hst), jumlah daun (28 hst dan 35 hst), jumlah bunga (42 hst, 49 hst dan 56 hst), serta jumlah buah (70 hst dan 84 hst). Perlakuan terbaik adalah kombinasi waktu pemangkasan 4 MST (P2) dan Mamigro super N (D1).

Abstract

Pendekatan   berpusat   pada siswa  menjadi   fokus  utama   dalam  peningkatan kualitas   pendidikan.   Kegiatan   pengabdian   masyarakat   ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Sekolah Penggerak Kabupaten Lamongan Angkatan  3. Penulis berhasil mengidentifikasi tantangan pendidikan, mengembangkan keterampilan pedagogis guru, dan mendalami kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Kolaborasi erat dengan sekolah memungkinkan perancangan program pendidikan yang lebih relevan, menarik, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Hasilnya, pendekatan  berpusat pada siswa berhasil menciptakan perubahan positif dalam sistem pendidikan. Guru  dan siswa  menjadi  lebih  siap  dalam  menerapkan metode  pembelajaran yang  relevan, sementara  keberhasilan ini menciptakan lingkungan  belajar yang lebih inklusif tanpa memandang latar belakang budaya atau kondisi pribadi. Selanjutnya,  kegiatan ini juga berkontribusi pada pembentukan pemimpin masa depan yang lebih kompeten dalam konteks pendidikan  melalui  Program  Sekolah  Penggerak  Angkatan  3.  Secara  keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian  masyarakat  ini membawa  dampak  positif  yang signifikan  dalam  meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan  di wilayah tersebut dan memberikan inspirasi untuk melanjutkan upaya perbaikan pendidikan  di masa depan.

Abstract

Increasing population growth in an area is accompanied by an increase in the volume of waste produced. Waste is an item resulting from human activities and other living creatures that is no longer used. The waste produced in an area is basically determined by the activities of the people in that place. These activities include trade, housing, office, industrial, agricultural and other activities. An increase in waste volume that is not balanced by an integrated waste management system can cause problems in an area. The waste problem also occurs in Karangturi Village, Glagah District, Lamongan Regency, East Java. Referring to the conditions in Karangturi Village, Glagah District, where there is still a waste problem, Community Service activities are being carried out to increase the community's ability to manage waste independently. To overcome this problem, one alternative solution that can be implemented is by holding an independent waste village program to manage the use of household waste in realizing independent and sustainable development in Karangturi Village, Glagah District, Lamongan Regency, East Java. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to see the potential for increasing village community knowledge through the socialization of the Independent Waste Village Program in Karangturi Village, Glagah District, Lamongan Regency, East Java. To obtain the data used were observation and literature review. As a form of the author's thinking, several efforts and breakthroughs are offered, namely: 1.) Increasing the knowledge of the community who already know that household waste can be utilized so as to create community welfare, 2.) The role of utilizing household waste for the Karangturi Village community in realizing sustainable village development is to improve the quality of life to be cleaner and healthier.

Abstract

Biringala Village is one of the villages in Barombong District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. Geographically, the location of Biringala Village is very strategic because Biringala Village is one of the supporting villages for the Economic Zone in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The current problem faced by Biringala village is environmental problems, this is due to the lack of public awareness about waste management, besides that infrastructure such as waste transport fleets as well as TPA (Final Disposal Site) and TPS (Trash Disposal Site) are still very limited. To overcome this problem, one alternative solution that can be implemented is by holding activities to manage the use of organic waste in realizing sustainable development in Biringala Village, Barombong District, South Sulawesi Regency. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to see the potential of using organic waste in realizing sustainable development in Biringala Village, Barombong District, South Sulawesi. To obtain the data used were observation and literature review. This service activity is an educational effort on the use of organic waste in Biringala Village, Barombong District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. As a form of the author's thinking, several efforts and breakthroughs are offered, namely: 1.) Increasing community knowledge and community income who already know that organic waste can be utilized so that it can create sustainable community welfare, 2.) Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) di industri lokal melalui pendekatan pengelolaan SDM berbasis kompetensi. Pelatihan yang diberikan berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan teknis dan soft skills, seperti komunikasi dan kepemimpinan, yang diperlukan untuk menunjang daya saing industri. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa para peserta mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan teknis terkait teknologi dan operasional industri, serta peningkatan kemampuan interpersonal dalam bekerja dalam tim. Evaluasi juga mengungkap bahwa kompetensi yang diperoleh memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas kerja. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam implementasi hasil pelatihan, terutama resistensi perubahan dari pihak manajemen. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara akademisi dan pelaku industri dalam mengembangkan SDM yang adaptif dan kompetitif. Pengelolaan SDM berbasis kompetensi terbukti menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing industri lokal di era globalisasi. Abstract

Brassica juncea L., sometimes known as mustard greens, are annuals with fibrous roots that extend in all directions from the soil surface without producing a crop. Green mustard is one of the most commonly consumed vegetables and is in great demand by the wider community. The amount of mustard produced is not proportional to the high consumption of this vegetable in Indonesia. Therefore, to support sustainable agriculture, efforts need to be made to increase mustard productivity, including the use of microorganisms such as PGPR and environmentally friendly cultivation techniques. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of different types of PGPR on the development and yield of mustard. A standardized Randomized Group Design (RAK) was used in this study. To determine if there were significant differences, the data from the observations were analyzed using the Fisher test (F test at the 5% and 1% levels). Otherwise, the 5% Least Significant Difference test was used. The best results of PGPR types on the growth and production of green mustard plants were obtained in the treatment of PGPR types of Pseudomonas flurescens sp. bacteria compared to other treatments.
