Abstract

Kampus Mengajar is one of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) programs launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology and supported by the Education Fund Management Institution (LPDP) of the Ministry of Finance. This programe is part of the teaching at schools specially to help students in ellmentary school to assist learning during a pandemic in the 3 areas, whisc is Disadvantaged, Frontier, Outermost by presenting college students as part of strengthening literacy and numeracy. They become a teacher partner in carrying out creativity and innovation in learning. This activity started on 02 August 2022 to 05 December 2022 with the target school SD Negeri 105357 Cemara, Lubuk Pakam, Deli Serdang Regency. Based on the results of the initial mapping, information was obtained that some students could not read and count properly and correctly and had low interest in reading. In addition, the development of soft skills is also needed in the school. Through this activity it is hoped that the school, especially students, can be assisted in terms of increasing numeracy literacy, technology adaptation and administration.

Abstract

Lingkungan VIII, Babura Village, Medan Baru District consists of six sub-districts in Medan Baru District. Lingkungan VIII is one of the wards in Babura Village out of 13 wards in this subdistrict. The Community Service Team (PKM) provides enlightenment to mothers in order to increase their income. In general, mothers in the neighborhood live at home and therefore the PKM Team provides a way to increase their income. The aim of this PKM is to train mothers to do business or entrepreneurship and motivate mothers to become entrepreneurs. Mothers are expected to have creative ideas by being able to process various preparations using cheap basic ingredients, such as bananas, cassava and the modern cake business. The results of this processing are used as an idea to be used as an opportunity for entrepreneurship to increase household income.

Abstract

Currently, digital business development is increasingly rapid. Digitalization plays a very important role for companies, especially MSMEs, to increase product sales. Consumers can easily access products through the service provider's digital services. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to provide an understanding of digital business skills to MSME stakeholders in Medan, North Sumatra, by involving 15 MSME actors. This is in line with one of the government programs to help MSMEs optimize the use of information and communication technology in their business operations, known as the MSME go digital program. This activity is expected to help MSME players better understand and improve their digital business capabilities and improve business performance.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity aims to describe the extent of the changes in Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, Concerning Village Financial Management Guidelines, and is a revision of Permendagri 113 of 2014. Concerning Village Management Guidelines, and its relationship to Law Number 6 of 2014. 2014, About Villages. The source of data obtained is secondary data, by obtaining data from various literature on Village Laws, Government Regulations and Minister of Home Affairs regulations related to Village Financial and Wealth Management. The results of the description written are that Law 6 of 2014 concerning Villages is a reference for the creation and stipulation of Permendagri 113 of 2014 and revised to become Permendagri 20 of 2018 concerning Village Management Guidelines. The conclusion is that there are no very significant changes regarding the substance, Permendagri 113 of 2014, explaining the articles of the Village Law, and improvements are confirmed by Permendagri 20 of 2018, Concerning Village Financial Management Guidelines, which are strictly in accordance with the main duties and functions from the official who is responsible for managing village finances and assets.

Abstract

The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling, namely companies included in the raw material sector companies (basic materials) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period that have met the criteria of 46 companies. The software analysis used is WarpPLS version 8.0. The results of this study indicate that the variables of profitability, growth opportunities, liquidity and company size directly have a positive and significant effect on company value. Capital structure has a negative and significant effect on company value. The profitability has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. The test results prove that capital structure is able to mediate the effect of profitability on company value.

Abstract

Riset ini betujuan guna meninjau serta mengamati impak Celebrity Endorsment, Brand Image, serta Experintial Marketing akan ketetapan pengadaan Produk Scarlett Whitening pada mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Methodist Indonesia Angkatan 2021-2024. Riset ini menerapkan tipe riset kuantitatif, dikarenakan menggunakan statistik berbentuk angka untuk mempresentasikan nilai-nilai variabel yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil kalkulasi dengan formulasi slovin, sehingga total sampel riset yang telah digenapkan mencapai 92 responden.  Mengacu keluaran uji hipotesis t bisa dikonklusikan celebrity endorsement sebagian berimpak bagus serta substansial akan ketetapan pengadaan, brand image sebagian berimpak bagus serta substansial akan ketetapan pengadaan, experiential marketing sebagian berimpak bagus serta substansial akan ketetapan pengadaan. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F disimpulkan celebrity endorsement, brand image, dan experiential marketing secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diketahui nilai koefisien determinasi (adjusted R-square) adalah 0,678. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut  celebrity endorsement, brand image, dan experiential marketing mampu mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sebesar 67,8% sisanya sebesar 32,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel atau faktor lainnya

Abstract

Riset ini  bertujuan agar diketahuinya bagaimana impak  Rasio Likuiditas, Struktur Modal, Struktur Aktiva, serta Profitabilitas akan Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Sektor Transportasi dan Logistik yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2023. Variabel yang diaplikasikan pada riset ini, unsur independen (X) tergabung dari  Rasio Likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan Current ratio (CR),  Struktur Modal yang diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Struktur Aktiva yang  diproksikan dengan Tangibility of Asset (TA), serta Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return on Asset (ROA) serta unsur dependen (Y) yaitu Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Price to Book Value (PBV). Spesimen dalam riset ini dihasilkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling. Didasarkan dari kategori serta tahap pemrosesan data, maka dipilih 9 perusahaan yang dijadikan specimen riset ini. Teknik analisis data yang diaplikasikan ialah analisis linear berganda. Hasil riset ini menyatakan bahwa Rasio Likuiditas berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan  terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Struktur Aktiva tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia has significantly transformed consumer purchasing behavior, particularly in online fashion shopping via Shopee, one of the country's most dominant e-commerce platforms. This study aims to analyze the influence of customer experience, personalized marketing, and brand trust on fashion product purchase decisions on Shopee among consumers in Medan City. This research employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. A total of 300 respondents were selected using non-probability sampling, defined as active Shopee users who had purchased fashion products within the last six months. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire, and data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25.The results indicate that customer experience, personalized marketing, and brand trust each have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Brand trust emerged as the most dominant variable, with the highest regression coefficient, suggesting that trust in the platform and sellers plays a crucial role in reducing perceived risk and enhancing consumer confidence in purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence purchase decisions, with an R-square value of 0.256, indicating that the model explains 25.6% of the variance in consumer purchase decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of enhancing user experience, implementing personalized marketing strategies, and strengthening brand trust to stimulate purchase decisions on e-commerce platforms. This study contributes both theoretically and practically to the development of digital marketing strategies, particularly in the fashion sector within the Shopee marketplace

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Baru Kecamatan Pancur Batu Kabupaten Deli Serdang adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat desa, khususnya UMKM desa, tentang praktik akuntansi sederhana dalam peningkatan kinerja UMKM yang ada di Desa Baru. Akuntansi yang disediakan adalah sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan transaksi yang sederhana. Peserta menerima beberapa modul pada siklus akuntansi. Dalam modul tersebut, peserta akan dilatih untuk memahami kasus-kasus sederhana, mempraktikkan pembukuan dan pelaporan sederhana, serta menyelesaikan pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM yang sedang berkembang dan meningkatkan pengetahuan akuntansi bagi masyarakat desa khususnya pelaku UMKM. Hasil yang didapatkan pada tahap awal kegiatan sebelum melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Baru yang bergerak dalam berbagai bidang usaha seperti: Usaha Tempe, Usaha Krupuk, dan Pupuk Organik. UMKM Desa Baru diharapkan akan menjadi salah satu desa percontohan di Kecamatan Pancur Baru Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan menjadi salah satu pilot project desa pintar Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dengan adanya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, diharapkan pelaku UMKM dapat dengan mudah memahami siklus akuntansi dan menyusun laporan keuangan sebagai dasar pengajuan pinjaman atau pendanaan untuk mengembangkan bisnis UMKM mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai peran profitabilitas dalam memediasi pengaruh struktur kepemilikan, leverage, dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2022–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 66 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan selama periode penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak WarpPLS versi 8.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur kepemilikan dan leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sebaliknya, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwa struktur kepemilikan dan likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Selain itu, profitabilitas terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh struktur kepemilikan dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun demikian, profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur kepemilikan dan kebijakan pendanaan perusahaan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan serta nilai perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mengelola struktur kepemilikan, tingkat leverage, dan likuiditas secara optimal agar dapat meningkatkan profitabilitas serta nilai perusahaan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi manajemen perusahaan, investor, dan pihak terkait dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan.
