Abstract

The limited use of engaging and interactive learning media during the learning process, particularly in the subject of informatics at junior high schools, has reduced students' interest in learning. One application of technology in the field of education is the development of a website as an e-learning medium. This study aims to determine the feasibility level of website-based learning media and analyze the level of digital literacy among junior high school students. This research is a development study (R&D) using the Brog and Gall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, planning, initial product development, validation, testing, first product revision, second product revision, effectiveness testing, and dissemination. The results of the study from material expert validation showed a score of 4.7 in the "Very Feasible" category; from three media experts, a score of 4.8 in the "Very Feasible" category; and from students, a score of 4.6 in the "Very Feasible" category. Overall, the results obtained a score of 4.6 in the "Very Feasible" category. Furthermore, the analysis of digital literacy levels among 102 junior high school students showed a Digital Skill score of 82% in the "Very High" category, a Digital Safety score of 71% in the "High" category, a Digital Ethics score of 83% in the "Very High" category, and a Digital Culture score of 82% in the "Very High" category.

Abstract

Kelapa sawit adalah salah satu spesies dengan jenis monokotil dan berakar serabut. Flora ini masuk ke Famili Arecaceae dan ordo Arecales. Perkebunan kelapa sawit termasuk tanaman yang dikelola oleh perusahaan-perusahaan komersial. Luas lahan yang dibutuhkan untuk tiap usaha saqit biasanya sangat besar, agar mampu menghasilkan produk yang menguntungkan pemilik dan karyawannya. Secara umum, produk kelapa sawit menjangkau banyak jenis, dari penghasil minyak sayur, minyak untuk dunia industri atau bahan bakar. Lahan tersebut biasanya memiliki banyak cabang sehingga banyak menyesatkan. Lokasi kebun yang diteliti berada di desa Bukit Pertama Kabupaten Kutai Timur Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan membantu orang yang berkepentingan namun tidak terlalu mengenal daerah tersebut dengan baik, juga untuk mengetahui luas lahan dan jumlah pokok sawit. Sistem menampilkan beberapa lahan yang saat ini terjangkau oleh sinyal internet, sehingga daerah yang lokasinya masih terlalu jauh dari lokasi yang diteliti atau pun yang kurang/tidak terjangkau sinyal belum akan dapat diakses. Geolocation berbasis android digunakan untuk mempermudah pembangunan sistem dan penggunaan sistem. Fitur yang disediakan adalah lahan, lokasi dan bantuan. Fitur lahan akan memberikan rincian informasi berupa luas, tahun tanam, jumlah pokok, dan tahun penanaman. Studi ini menghasilkan sistem geolocation pemetaan lahan sawit yang dapat diakses melalui aplikasi di telepon genggam.

Abstract

The partner's issues were related to environmental health and digital marketing literacy. This area often experienced floods, lacked organized waste management, and had low awareness and knowledge of domestic waste management. Besides that, the partner had an interest in cultivating ornamental plants with economic value. “Dogima” program was a collaboration between health and digital marketing education. Health education includes training on domestic waste management, especially the separation of organic and inorganic waste, which is then used as raw material for composting. Digital marketing education involves training in creating digital posters as marketing for selling plants. The aim of this activity was to enhance the partner's skills in transforming domestic waste into economical products. The stages of the activity start with planning, socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The implementation of “Dogima” program found that there was an 89% increase in knowledge and a 92% improvement in skills in domestic waste management and created a simple poster for digital marketing on social media. This knowledge and skill improvement could improve the quality of environmental health and digital marketing capabilities which will increase the health independence of partners. The partner's response to this activity was very positive and allowed for its continuous implementation.

Abstract

This research focuses on the educational obstacles encountered by children with special needs (CWSN), specifically in sexual education, through developing and evaluating the Magical SeDu application. Using a three-phase instructional design model, the study followed the planning, design, and development phases to create user-centered features that meet diverse learning needs. User acceptance testing (UAT) further confirmed the usability and effectiveness of the app, with a satisfaction rating of 86.04%. These findings underscore the transformative potential of augmented reality (AR) technology in inclusive education, fostering interactive and visually stimulating learning experiences. The study also emphasizes the importance of involving stakeholders in the development process to ensure the app meets the specific needs of its users. Future research should focus on enhancing the app’s features and exploring its integration into broader educational environments to maintain accessibility and continuous improvement. This study contributes to the advancement of inclusive education strategies and highlights the critical role of sex education in increasing self-awareness and protection for children with special needs.

Abstract

Workshop penggunaan media sosial bagi siswa SMPN 1 Siman bertujuan meningkatkan minat dan keterampilan kewirausahaan e-commerce. Diikuti 150 siswa kelas 8 dan 9, kegiatan ini mencakup pelatihan pembuatan akun bisnis di Instagram dan TikTok serta pembuatan konten promosi menggunakan Canva. Evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan hingga 32%. Sebanyak 90% siswa berhasil mempublikasikan konten yang menarik audiens. Perubahan penggunaan media sosial dari hiburan menjadi sarana produktif menandai dampak positif kegiatan ini. Program ini efektif menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan digital dan direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan serta pelatihan lanjutan.

Abstract

This study evaluates the feasibility of the updated e-HakCipta system developed by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI), Ministry of Law and Human Rights, based on user perceptions at Intellectual Property Centers (Sentra KI) in Samarinda. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed using a structured Likert-scale questionnaire validated by three domain experts. Data were collected from seven participating institutions, each represented by one designated e-HakCipta user. The evaluation applied the TELOS framework, covering Technological, Economic, Legal, Operational, and Schedule feasibility. The results show that all dimensions exceeded the feasibility threshold. Economic feasibility achieved the highest mean score (4.33), followed by Schedule (3.90), Technological (3.86), Operational (3.76), and Legal feasibility (3.67). The overall TELOS composite score of 3.90 indicates that the system is feasible. These findings suggest that the updated e-HakCipta system improves cost efficiency, registration speed, and interface usability, although legal compliance verification, plagiarism detection, and system stability require further enhancement.

Abstract

The Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) is a central component of Indonesia's digital governance strategy. At the East Kalimantan Housing and Settlement Office (Disperkim), the quality index of residential areas has persistently failed to reach its annual target, indicating fragmented information system use and structural inefficiencies in managing infrastructure, facilities, and public utilities (PSU) services. This study proposes an enterprise architecture design based on the TOGAF ADM framework to address this gap. Employing an architectural design research approach, the study collected primary data through semi-structured interviews with five Disperkim stakeholders and secondary data from Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 on SPBE. The resulting blueprint covers four domains, business, data, application, and technology, and is aligned with organizational performance indicators and regulatory requirements. A key contribution is the proposed integration of the Sakti Gemas mobile application as a centralized public service platform that is expected to support more responsive PSU service delivery. The proposed architecture was validated at the design level through a Focused Group Discussion (FGD) with key Disperkim stakeholders, confirming its contextual appropriateness and technical feasibility. No implementation or quantitative service-performance evaluation has been conducted; operational impact can only be measured after system deployment. This study contributes a replicable architectural model for improving digital governance effectiveness in similar regional government institutions.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa SMK Bhakti Loa Janan dalam memahami dan menerapkan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) sebagai kesiapan menghadapi era industri digital. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 30 siswa dengan tahapan meliputi koordinasi awal, persiapan perangkat dan modul pelatihan, penyampaian teori, praktik langsung (hands-on training), evaluasi, dan pendampingan. Materi mencakup pengenalan konsep dasar IoT, pemrograman mikrokontroler Arduino dan ESP32, serta penerapan sensor DHT11 untuk sistem pemantauan suhu dan kelembaban berbasis platform ThingSpeak. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam merancang serta mengoperasikan sistem IoT secara mandiri. Peserta mampu mengintegrasikan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, serta memahami alur komunikasi data dengan baik. Selain itu, guru pendamping memperoleh wawasan baru untuk mengembangkan materi pembelajaran berbasis IoT di sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan literasi teknologi siswa serta memperkuat kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan sekolah kejuruan dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan vokasi yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital.

Abstract

Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam merancang serta mengoperasikan sistem IoT secara mandiri. Peserta mampu mengintegrasikan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, serta memahami alur komunikasi data dengan baik. Selain itu, guru pendamping memperoleh wawasan baru untuk mengembangkan materi pembelajaran berbasis IoT di sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan literasi teknologi siswa serta memperkuat kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan sekolah kejuruan dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan vokasi yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital.
