Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal sendiri, modal pinjaman, jumlah anggota dan kekayaan terhadap SHU pada KSP Balo’ta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder didasarkan pada laporan keuangan tahun 2020-2022 yang diperoleh langsung dari KSP Balo’ta. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji regresi linear berganda pada variabel modal sendiri (X1) dan modal pinjaman (X2) menunjukkan bahwa variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap SHU. Sedangkan variabel jumlah anggota (X3) dan kekayaan (X4) menunjukkan bahwa variabel tersebut berpengaruh negatif terhadap SHU. Berdasarkan hasil uji t variabel modal sendiri (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap SHU, modal pinjaman (X2) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap SHU, jumlah anggota (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan dan kekayaan (X4) secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap SHU. Sedangakan, pada hasil uji f variabel modal sendiri (X1), modal pinjaman (X2), jumlah anggota (X3) dan kekayaan (X4) secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap SHU pada KSP Balo’ta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan. Prosedur pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu: observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Gaya kepemimpinan (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan (Y) Gereja Katolik di Nanggala kabupaten Toraja Utara. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari perolehan nilai thitung 1,509 < ttabel 1,676. (2) Budaya organisasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan (Y) Gereja    Katolik di Nanggala kabupaten Toraja Utara. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari perolehan nilai thitung 2.719 > ttabel 1,676. (3) Secara simultan saya kepemimpinan (X1), dan budaya organisasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan (Y) Gereja    Katolik di Nanggala kabupaten Toraja Utara. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari perolehan nilai Fhitung 42,115 > Ftabel 3,180.

Abstract

Angela Haspin Oktiani Tudang (2023). This study aims to determine the effect of tourists, transportation and facilities on the income of tourism MSMEs in Tana Toraja Regency. This study used a questionnaire that was distributed to tourists and tourism MSMEs in Tana Toraja district. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test, validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that partially tourists, transportation and facilities have a significant influence on the income of MSME actors. Variable tourist, transportation, facilities and income of MSME actors show values that have a close relationship between variables. So it can be concluded that tourists, transportation and facilities affect the income of MSME actors.

Abstract

The  question of this  researceh  is wheter profitability  affects  the capital  structure  of pt. Asam tbk in 2013-2022. The   purpose of this researceh is to determine the effect of  profitabilty  on the capital  strukture  of pt asam tbk in 2013-2022. This research is a type of quantitative research. The type of data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability is calculated using the Return On Equity Ratio (ROE) formula, namely by comparing profit after tax an Equity and capital structure is calculated using Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) formula, which is comparing total debt with equity.  The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially profitability has no effect on capital structure.

Trevi Claudia Lestari (2023). This study aims to determine the effect Intellectual Capital And Spiritual Capital on MSME financial management in Tana Toraja Regency . This study used a questionnaire distributed to SMEs in Regency Tana Torajan . Sampling using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach . The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis double . From the test results known Intellectual Capital (X1) And Spiritual Capital (X2) is influential positive And significant to MSME Finance (Y) . In the partial test results it is known that the value of t is calculated variable Intellectual Capital (X1) 2,762 is greater than t table 2,010 and the value is sig. 0.000 _ < 0.05 . On variable Spiritual Capital ( X2) 2,579 is greater than t table 2,010 and the sig value. 0.003 < 0.05 . While the test results of the coefficient of determination are known Intellectual Capital (X1) And Spiritual Capital (X2) has an effect of 58.2% and the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Results test simultaneous show mark Fcount  5,102 more big from Ftable 4050 with sig . 0.004 < 0.05, then can is known that variable Intellectual Capital (X1) and Spiritual Capital (X2) is influential in a manner simultaneous to MSME Finance (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the influence exerted by Organizational Culture on Financial Performance in KSP Balo’ta Tana Toraja. This type of research used is quantitative research. Data were obtained by conducting direct interviews, observations, and documentation at KSP Balo’ta by optaining primary data obtained by researches by conducting direct interviews with informants and secondary data in the form of data that has been documented at KSP Balo’ta such as a brief history, cooperative location, and organizational  structure. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis which is then processed using the SPSS software aplication version 16.0. The data used in this study is primary data using a questionnaire, the number of respondents usedin this study is 53 respondents by taking the data source from employees at KSP Balo’ta. Then there are several analytical methods used, namely the validity test,reliability test,simple regression test, p plot of regression test,test T and the coefficient of determination. This study shows that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure on financial performance in consumer goods companies in the cigarette sub-sector listed on the IDX. Research data obtained by looking at the balance sheet and income statement of the consumer goods company for the period 2018-2022. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression test with statistical calculation tools using SPSS version 25.0. The results of this study indicate that Debt to Asset simultaneously has no significant effect on Financial Performance Debt to Equity Ratio partially has no significant effect on Financial Performance. Time Interest Earned partially has a significant effect on Financial Performance. DAR, DER and TIE simultaneously have a significant effect on Financial Performance.

Abstract

The Influence of Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitudes and Personality on Financial Management of MSME Actors in Saluputti District". The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitudes and personality on the financial management of MSME actors in Saluputti District. Data collection procedures used in this study are Observation, Literature Study and Questionnaire. By using data analysis techniques Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Autocorrelation Test, Multicollinearity Test, Multiple linear Regression Test, t Test (partial), F Test (simultaneous) and Coefficient Determination Test (R²). The results showed that financial knowledge, financial attitudes and personality simultaneously affect the financial management of MSME actors in Saluputti District

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of financial performance and dividend policy on stock prices in companies listed on the IDX. This study uses 5 companies as research samples with data collection from 2019-2022. Measuring tools used in this study are Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Dividend Payout Ratioi (DPR). After conducting the research, the researchers concluded that profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, solvency has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, and dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on stock prices.This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of financial performance and dividend policy on stock prices in companies listed on the IDX. Abstract

The Influence of Level of Income, Education, and Gender on Financial Literacy in MSMEs in Mengkendek District"This study aims to determine the factors that influence the level of income, education and gender of MSMEs in the Mengkedek District. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 59 MSMEs owners in the Mengkendek District. The research sample was obtained from the calculation of the Slovin formula so that a total of 51 samples were obtained. This study uses primary data and secondary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that the variables Income, Education and Gender together have a significant effect on Financial Literacy in MSMEs in the Mengkendek District.
