Abstract

Curriculum development is one of the challenges in the world of education. In vocational schools with Computer and Network Engineering Skills Competency (TKJ) in particular, these curriculum changes update the Basic Competencies taught. Several changes have been made, including those related to the core competency of fiber optic cable termination. The curriculum renewal means students must improve their core competencies in connecting fiber optic cables. Often, lessons related to fiber optic termination are only given theoretically. This is due to limited support for tools and materials for the fiber optics practicum. This activity will provide a workshop on connecting fiber optic cables to TKJ Skills Competency Vocational School students. As a result, the evaluation of the acceptance of activity materials obtained an average participant score of 88.74% in the very high category. Then, evaluating satisfaction with training activities, it was found that satisfaction with training methods was 94.35% (very high class); training instructors at 93.33% (very high category); and facilities and infrastructure amounting to 95.26% (very high type).

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin cepat menciptakan berbagai produk aplikasi. Aplikasi yang dibuat bertujuan untuk memudahkan informasi dan kemudahan aktvitas. Informasi cuaca adalah hal yang penting untuk memudahkan masyarakat mengantisipasi berbagai kegiatan di luar untuk membuatnya menjadi efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan masyarakat memprediksi cuaca melalui foto awan secra real time untuk mengetahui kemungkinan hujan pada hari itu, sehingga dapat membawa suatu hal yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Design Thingking yang terdiri dari tahap emphasize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing. Ada pun hasilnya menunjukan bahwa Direct Success (Penguji yang menyelesaikan misi melalui jalur yang diharapkan) sebesar 66.96%, Indirect Success (Penguji yang menyelesaikan misi melalui jalur yang tidak terduga) sebesar 29.2%, dan Give Up/Bounce (Penguji yang meninggalkan atau menyerah misi) sebesar 3.9%. Harapannya adalah aplikasi ini dapat berguna untuk mengantisipasi kegiatan di luar rumah yang berkaitan dengan kedala cuaca. Kata kunci: Design Thinking, Mobile, Teknologi

Abstract

Seiring meningkatnya kasus kekerasan seksual yang sering terjadi Indonesia diakibatkan oleh berbagai banyak hal.Diantaranya  adalah karena masih berkembangnya budaya patriaki,dan korban yang masih takut untuk melapor karena takut dihakimi oleh masyarakat. Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk mengedukasi diri menjadi masalah yang dalam pencegahan kekerasan seksual.Maka dari itu penulis berusaha untuk memberikan solusi dengan inovasi pengembangan aplikasi bernama AKSES(Anti Kekerasan Seksual) .Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlu diadakannya perancangan skema aplikasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna. Selain itu diperlukan pula sosialisasi mengenai bahaya melakukan kekerasan seksual dan kejahatan seksual untuk mengurangi kasus kekerasan seksual.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how elementary school students' computational thinking skills in learning 3D Geometry. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a pure post-test design of the 31 elementary school students selected using a purposive technique- sampling. Constructive, content and empirically validated calculus tests served as research tools. According to the results of this study, the computational thinking skills of elementary school students were greatly improved by learning from 3D-Geometry problems, and the average score was ranked high at 67.48 points. In this way, learning based on 3D-Geometry problems can be applied to the development of computational thinking skills in elementary school students.

Abstract

Classification is a way to group certain things, for example primate animals, based on the similarities and differences that exist in animals. This classification intends to identify similarities or characteristics in these animals. Image classification is the process of grouping an object in the form of an image into certain categories using the CNN algorithm, but the resulting accuracy level is not satisfactory. Therefore, this research aims to produce the right optimizer to be used in the CNN model. In this study, the data was collected using the web scrapping method, and the data source is Google Images, so the total amount of data obtained is 1631 images. The framework for completing this research is the AI Project Cycle, which includes problem scoping, data acquisition, data exploration, modelling, and evaluation. Based on the research results, the optimizer with the highest accuracy value is Adadelta, which has an accuracy value of 75%. Therefore, Adadelta is the right optimizer for primate classification in the CNN algorithm model.

Abstract

Education is a basic need that every people must obtain for every human being. The goal is as a medium to develop potential and educate humans so that they are ready to face the life to come. Technology in its development moves very fast. Today's technology can also be used as a tool that can help students in learning. Augmented Reality or commonly abbreviated as AR is a technology that combines virtual objects with natural objects. AR can produce visual forms from virtual objects such as objects or animals that can be seen in 3D so that the thing looks real. AR can be an exciting learning medium because it connects, provides information, and conveys messages to create a more effective and efficient learning process. The method used in this research is a Systematic Literature Review. Its purpose is to identify, review, evaluate and interpret available research on related topics. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that Augmented Reality can improve students' problem-solving abilities. In addition, Augmented Reality is also based on research getting a positive response in terms of effectiveness.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 1 Anjatan is a junior high school located in Anjatan Indramayu Regency. To make it easier for Library Officers to manage libraries, a library information system is needed. the Information System created includes: attendance visits, management of borrowing and returning books, and the process of managing book collections.An information system is a collection of elements interconnected with each other that form a single whole for integrating data, processing and storing and distributing information. Library Information System is a system that exists in an organization that meets the needs of daily data processing, supporting activities in data storage, and providing certain outside parties with the necessary reports. The method used in the development of this library information system using SDLC with RAD model. Stages in the RAD method are requirement planning, user design, constructions, and cutover. Making this information system using PHP Programming Language, HTML, CSS. Using Visual Studio Code as note editor, in the implementation of data base using local server from MySQL.Questionnaires that will be used for prototype testers at the user design stage and the results of contructions are SUS (System Usability Scale) and blackbox testing. Where SUS to measure the Usability of Information Systems and use Black box testing to measure functional suitability.The results of SUS prototype testing included in the good category and acceptability ranges included in the acceptable category. The results of black box testing, all questions on the questionnaire were successful, which means the score of the black box testing is 100%. Based on testing, the Library Information System can be said to be feasible to use.

Abstract

Di SMKN 1 Gunung Kijang, sistem pembelajaran yakni e-learning belum dimanfaatkan atau digunakan sebagai salah satu sarana belajar bagi siswa. Karenanya, tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem e-learning yang inovatif, untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa dan menarik minat belajar mereka. Dalam pengembangannya, sistem e-learning ini menggunakan metode design thinking, yang memiliki 5 tahapan, yaitu, emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Desain sistem e-learning ini memiliki fitur akses materi, informasi tugas, evaluasi, forum diskusi, dan feedback. Tampilan serta kegunaan fitur ini, telah di uji dengan menggunakan SUS (System Usability Scale) dengan skor 80,3. Dan UEQ (User Experience Questionnaire) yang memiliki hasil excellent. Subjek penelitian dipilih dari siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Kijang. Hasil desain dan pengujian yang diperoleh ini akan memberi solusi dan inovasi dalam sebuah perancangan sistem e-learning bagi pengembang sistem serupa.

Abstract

The low numeracy literacy among students is primarily due to two factors: a lack of interest in numeracy learning and limited learning resources. The Ministry of Education and Culture's National Assessment Programme in 2022 revealed that numeracy skills in Indonesia remain low, with only about 40,63% of students demonstrating numeracy competence. Improvement is necessary to achieve better results. The aim of this research is to develop an interactive numeracy application for student learning and assess its suitability. Development utilised Rapid Application Development (RAD) with three main phases: requirement planning, design, and implementation. Data collection involved surveys and quantitative descriptive analysis. In the final development phase, the application underwent testing to ensure functionality and effectiveness. Functional testing using black box methods showed all features performed as expected. Additionally, a System Usability Scale (SUS) survey administered to students yielded a score of 78.05, categorised as "acceptable" (good), indicating the application meets usability and effectiveness standards.

Abstract

Studi berikut memiliki tujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis Blockly terhadap kemampuan berpikir komputasional siswa kelas V di SDN 10 Nagri Kaler. Menggunakan desain Pre-experimental One-Group Pretest-Posttest, studi ini melibatkan 27 murid untuk menjadi sampel. Hasil studi membuktikan bahwasanya rerata nilai siswa meningkat dari 72,96 pada pretest menjadi 81,48 pada posttest, dengan hasil pengujian paired sample t-test yang signifikan (sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Media pembelajaran Blockly terbukti efektif dalam mempermudah siswa memahami konsep pemrograman dasar, seperti logika, looping, dan percabangan, sekaligus meningkatkan motivasi belajar mereka melalui pendekatan yang interaktif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi teknologi seperti Blockly dalam pendidikan dasar dapat mempersiapkan siswa dengan keterampilan komputasional yang esensial di era digital.
