Abstract

Information systems in educational institutions have the potential to be targeted by various parties, especially unauthorized parties, so they require a higher layer of security to protect sensitive data and secure user access. One solution that can be implemented is the implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), a security approach that utilizes more than one authentication method to secure access to the system. MFA is a security method that requires more than one way to verify a user's identity when accessing a system, application, or service that aims to increase security by adding an additional layer of protection beyond using a single passphrase or password. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of implementing MFA in the context of system access security in educational environments. The research methodology involves surveying system users, statistical analysis, and monitoring access activity to assess the extent to which MFA is successful in reducing security risks and protecting sensitive information. The research results show that the use of MFA in educational institutions can significantly increase system access security. Several obstacles that arise become challenges in solving problems regarding the use of MFA. Therefore, this article also examines recommendations for increasing the implementation of MFA in educational institutions. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the positive impact of MFA in improving system access security in the context of educational institutions by optimizing information technology in protecting data integrity and user access security.

Abstract

Effective website development and management can be the key to success in the era of online sales, in this case because e-commerce is increasingly developing rapidly. This research aims to describe how good use of e-commerce websites can increase the effectiveness of promotional media and strengthen online sales. This research will explain design that is easy to use or user friendly, responsive, social media integration, analytical data, and well-planned marketing strategies. This is the key to success in developing an e-commerce website, so that data security and data privacy have an important role in maintaining consumer trust. For business owners, the use of technology and appropriate marketing strategies can provide practical direction in website development to achieve maximum goals. One of the efforts made in building and managing an effective e-commerce website is by increasing product sales. The result of this research is the development of an e-commerce website with increased effectiveness of promotional media and online sales. ABSTRAK Pengembangan dan pengelolaan website yang efektif mampu menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam era penjualan secara online dalam hal ini karena e-commerce yang semakin lama semakin berkembang pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan bagaimana penggunaan website e-commerce yang baik dan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas media promosi, dan memperkuat penjualan online. Pada penelitian ini akan dijelaskan mengenai desain yang mudah dipergunakan atau userfriendly, responsif, integrasi media sosial, data analitik, dan strategi pemasaran yang terencana dengan baik. Hal ini merupakan kunci keberhasilan dalam pengembangan website e-commerce, sehingga keamanan data dan privasi data memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kepercayaan konsumen. Bagi pemilik usaha, pemanfaatan teknologi dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dapat memberikan arahan yang praktis dalam pengembangan website untuk mencapai tujuan maksimal. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan dalam membangun dan mengelola website e-commerce yang efektif dengan meningkatkan penjualan produk. Hasil dari penelitan ini berupa pengembangan website e-commerce dengan peningkatan dalam efektivitas media promosi dan penjualan online.

Abstract

Implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi bidang Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan bagi para guru di SMKN 01 Kota Bengkulu. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar sesuai dengan tujuan dan harapan. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan melalui Pre Test dan Post Test. Hasil Pre Test menunjukkan bahwa ketiga belas peserta pelatihan belum mengetahui cara penggunaannya dan belum mengimplementasikan media permainan Wordwall dalam proses pembelajarannya. Selanjutnya dari hasil evaluasi melalui Post Test diketahui bahwa seluruh peserta yang berjumlah 18 orang sudah mahir dalam menggunakan media permainan Wordwall untuk diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas nantinya. Apabila masukan dan saran yang disampaikan peserta pelatihan dapat dilaksanakan kembali maka kegiatan pelatihan berupa penerapan media pembelajaran lain yang berbasis teknologi dan tetap dapat menjalin komunikasi dengan narasumber untuk dapat membahas media dan proses pembelajaran

Abstract

Permasalahan terkini di seluruh dunia termasuk di Indonesia sejak bulan Juni tahun 2023 adanya  El Nino bahwa suhu rata-rata global mencapai level tertinggi sebesar 1,5 derajat celsius lebih panas dibandingkan suhu pra-industri. Oleh karena itu tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan dasar melalui pembelajaran matematika di Sekolah Dasar tentang pentingnya menjaga keseimbangan alam. Metode yang digunakan yaitu melakukan pembelajaran matematika di dalam dan luar kelas melalui menggambar, berhitung, menanam, membuat tempat sampah dari barang bekas, memilah sampah organik dan organik. Menggambar jenis-jenis tanaman yang mudah tumbuh dan tahan panas. Berhitung tentang berapa jumlah tanaman dan berapa waktu tumbuhnya, Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan penelitian siswa antusias menggambar jenis-jenis pohon yang murah, siswa melakukan penanaman pohon yang mudah ditanam dan mudah dirawat antara lain pohon ketapang, bunga bougenvil, bunga jam sembilan, dan bunga kenikir). Hasil lainnya siswa antusias untuk berhitung pada operasi dasar: penjumlahan, pengurangan, perkalian, dan pembagian.   Siswa dapat membuat tempat sampah dari bahan kardus, dapat memilah sampah organik dan non-organik serta cara pengolahan sampah secara sederhana

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan keterampilan seni keramik di kalangan masyarakat desa Serenan melalui penyuluhan dan penggunaan teknologi interaktif. Dalam era digital ini, penggabungan seni tradisional dengan teknologi modern dapat memberikan nilai tambah yang signifikan serta membuka peluang baru dalam bidang ekonomi kreatif. Program ini dirancang untuk mengenalkan teknik-teknik dasar pembuatan keramik dan mengintegrasikan teknologi interaktif seperti aplikasi desain 3D, Augmented Reality (AR), dan pencetakan 3D untuk membantu peserta dalam proses perancangan dan produksi karya seni mereka. Selama kegiatan, peserta akan mendapatkan pelatihan praktis dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak desain 3D seperti TinkerCAD dan Blender, serta memanfaatkan aplikasi AR untuk visualisasi karya. Selain itu, penggunaan printer 3D keramik akan diperkenalkan untuk mengubah desain digital menjadi produk fisik. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan para peserta tidak hanya memperoleh keterampilan teknis dalam pembuatan keramik, tetapi juga mampu mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi dalam menciptakan produk-produk kerajinan yang memiliki nilai artistik dan ekonomis tinggi. Hasil yang diharapkan dari program ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat desa dalam seni keramik, serta kemampuan mereka untuk memanfaatkan teknologi interaktif dalam proses kreatif. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat melalui pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak penggunaan Augmented Reality (AR) dalam visualisasi produk keramik terhadap minat beli konsumen. Di dunia digital saat ini, visualisasi produk online sering memiliki keterbatasan yang mengurangi pengalaman berbelanja. AR menawarkan solusi dengan memungkinkan konsumen melihat produk dalam konteks lingkungan mereka sendiri. Menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental between-subjects, studi ini membandingkan dua kelompok: satu menggunakan visualisasi AR produk keramik dan yang lain menggunakan visualisasi konvensional seperti foto dan deskripsi. Pengukuran minat beli dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah partisipan dipaparkan pada stimulus. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa visualisasi berbasis AR secara signifikan meningkatkan minat beli dibandingkan metode konvensional. Analisis lebih lanjut mengungkapkan bahwa faktor seperti kualitas visual yang realistis dan elemen interaktif dalam AR berperan penting dalam meningkatkan minat beli. Temuan ini memberikan dampak kontribusi penggunaan teknologi AR yang dapat menjadi strategi pemasaran yang berharga bagi industri keramik untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen dan mendorong keputusan pembelian dalam konteks online.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, intelligent system integration is the main capital for optimizing the use of information technology. This article provides a comprehensive exploration to explore how intelligent system integration forms a strong foundation for changing the outlook of information technology. The main focus of this article is utilization in operational efficiency, smarter decision making, and product and service innovation. The basic concept of intelligent system integration is explained by providing an explanation of how artificial intelligence and information technology can interact synergistically. This article also discusses the role of artificial intelligence in improving the functionality of information systems and its positive impact on decision making. Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) has become increasingly popular in the art world as a medium for bringing traditional works of art into the digital space. This research aims to analyze the role played by AR technology in the process of transforming works of art from the physical environment into the digital domain. This approach pays attention to the technical aspects, aesthetics and cultural impact of applying AR in digital art exhibitions. This research method involves literature analysis, case studies of various art exhibitions that use AR, and interviews with artists, curators, and exhibition visitors. Qualitative data was analyzed thematically to identify emerging patterns and trends in the use of AR in artistic contexts. The research results show that AR has great potential to enrich the visitor experience in digital art exhibitions by providing interactive and contextual layers that cannot be accessed through conventional mediums. Additionally, AR can also act as a tool to convey additional narratives, broaden the interpretation of works of art, and increase visitor participation in the creative process. The research also identified several technical and conceptual challenges associated with the use of AR in art, including issues of technological sustainability, accessibility, and artwork integrity. Nonetheless, overall, this research highlights the great potential of AR in bringing works of art into digital spaces and provides valuable insights for the future development of digital art exhibitions.

Abstract

The Buntari Ceramic Studio, founded in 2014 in Yogyakarta, was established with a strong sense of cultural responsibility to help safeguard the endangered Pagerjurang pottery tradition. This local heritage is recognized for its distinctive reddish-brown clay and the application of a unique slant-turning technique, which sets it apart from other pottery forms in Indonesia. In recent years, however, the tradition has been facing a serious decline due to the absence of younger generations willing to carry it forward. This research aims to explore the role of Buntari Ceramic Studio in maintaining the continuity and relevance of Pagerjurang pottery in contemporary cultural life. Using a qualitative descriptive method and triangulation of sources, the study finds that the studio actively promotes traditional techniques through educational workshops, collaborative exhibitions, and public engagement. These efforts not only revitalize interest in traditional crafts but also strengthen the identity of local cultural practices. The results offer meaningful insights for cultural sustainability and inspire further studies on heritage preservation.

Abstract

Medical records are a crucial component of healthcare services, but manual recording systems often present challenges such as delayed data access, information redundancy, and the risk of document loss. This study aims to design and implement an electronic medical records (EMR) information system that can improve healthcare service efficiency. Methods that used in this research were  need analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and web-based implementation supported by a relational database. The results show that the EMR system can accelerate patient data access, minimize duplication of records, and improve the accuracy of medical documentation. A trial of the system at a primary healthcare facility demonstrated 35% increase in service efficiency compared to the manual method. Therefore, the implementation of EMR contributes significantly to improve healthcare service quality and can be further developed through cloud and mobile application integration.
