Abstract

Integral equations are essential tools in applied mathematics, with wide-ranging applications in fields such as physics, engineering, and finance. However, solving these equations presents significant challenges, particularly when dealing with complex, high-dimensional, or singular problems. Traditional methods, such as manual analytical techniques or direct numerical approaches, often struggle with computational efficiency, especially for large-scale systems, and may not be suitable for handling ill-conditioned problems. This study aims to develop an efficient numerical method for solving integral equations by combining adaptive quadrature techniques with Python-based iterative solvers. The adaptive quadrature method adjusts the step size dynamically based on error estimates, ensuring high accuracy even in the presence of singularities or near-singularities, which are common in many real-world problems. The iterative solver, based on Krylov subspace methods, enhances computational efficiency by reducing memory usage and improving the convergence speed of the solution. By using these techniques together, the proposed method significantly improves the computational time required to solve large-scale and complex systems of integral equations, while maintaining satisfactory accuracy. The results demonstrate that the adaptive quadrature technique, when combined with the Python-based iterative solver, offers a substantial advantage in both speed and precision compared to traditional methods. The proposed method is especially effective in handling complex, high-dimensional systems and ill-conditioned problems, making it a powerful tool for applied mathematics, physics, and engineering applications. In conclusion, this study presents a robust and efficient approach for solving integral equations, with potential for future research in solving non-linear and multi-dimensional integral equations.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is an important function in an organization to achieve its goals. In recent years, developments in information and communications technology (ICT) have brought about major changes in the way HRM is implemented. One of the innovations in HRM is the application of E-HRM (electronic human resource management). E-HRM is the use of ICT to support HRM functions. Implementing E-HRM can provide various benefits for organizations, such as increasing efficiency and effectiveness, increasing the quality of information, and increasing employee satisfaction. This research aims to examine the influence of implementing E-HRM on human resource behavior in Indonesia. This research uses a survey method with employee respondents from various companies in Indonesia. The research results show that the application of E-HRM has a positive influence on human resource behavior, namely: (1) increasing employee commitment, (2) increasing employee job satisfaction and (3) increasing employee performance

Abstract

Pada era transformasi digital saat ini, integrasi teknologi canggih seperti Augmented Reality (AR) dan Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah menjadi strategi inovatif yang mampu meningkatkan daya saing bisnis, khususnya dalam visualisasi produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi integrasi AR dan AI dalam menciptakan pengalaman interaktif yang mempermudah konsumen memahami fitur, fungsi, dan nilai tambah suatu produk. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AR, pengguna dapat melihat representasi virtual produk secara real-time di lingkungan nyata mereka, sementara AI berperan dalam mempersonalisasi rekomendasi, menganalisis preferensi pengguna, serta meningkatkan interaksi melalui smart chatbot atau sistem pendukung keputusan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi AR dan AI tidak hanya memperkaya pengalaman pengguna (user experience), tetapi juga membuka peluang baru dalam pemasaran digital, desain produk, serta strategi penjualan yang lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasar. Dengan demikian, integrasi kedua teknologi ini dapat menjadi salah satu kunci utama dalam menghadapi tantangan inovasi dan membangun keunggulan kompetitif di era industri 4.0.

Abstract

Publikasi karya ilmiah merupakan salah satu indikator utama produktivitas akademik yang berperan penting dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan peningkatan karier peneliti. Namun, banyak akademisi dan peneliti menghadapi kendala dalam mentransformasi ide-ide penelitian menjadi publikasi berkualitas yang berdampak. Workshop ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan komprehensif dan strategi praktis dalam proses penulisan publikasi ilmiah, mulai dari tahap konseptualisasi ide hingga proses publikasi dan diseminasi hasil penelitian. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, praktik menulis, serta klinik artikel ilmiah. Materi difokuskan pada strategi menemukan ide riset yang relevan, menyusun struktur artikel yang baik, serta memahami standar etika dan teknis dalam publikasi ilmiah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap proses penulisan dan publikasi ilmiah, yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan kualitas draft artikel peserta sebelum dan sesudah workshop. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong budaya menulis dan publikasi di lingkungan akademik, serta berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja institusi dalam bidang Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a major catalyst in changing the way artists create and collaborate in the art world. This article examines how technological advances, including artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and blockchain, are creating new collaborative opportunities for artists. These technologies not only expand the mediums and methods of artistic expression but also introduce new ways for artists to interact and collaborate, both locally and globally. Through analysis of various case studies and interviews with artists, this article reveals the significant impact of digitalization on the creative process and distribution of works of art. In addition, this article also highlights the challenges faced in adopting digital technology, including copyright issues, data security, and changing art market dynamics. In doing so, this article provides a comprehensive view of how digital transformation is driving collaboration and innovation in the arts world, as well as its implications for the future of the arts industry.

Abstract

The development of digital technology provides significant opportunities for the development of the arts and crafts sector, particularly in enhancing the aesthetic and economic value of products. This community service activity aims to develop innovative ceramic and textile-based craft products through the use of digital technology to increase the capacity, creativity, and competitiveness of the community, particularly micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The main problems faced by partners include limitations in product diversification, low utilization of technology in the design and marketing process, and the lack of added value to the resulting craft products. The activity implementation method includes the stages of identifying the potential and needs of partners, digital-based product design training, mentoring innovative production processes, and strengthening marketing strategies based on digital platforms. The technologies applied include digital graphic design, QR Code integration as a product information medium, and the introduction of the Augmented Reality concept to increase the interactive and educational value of products. The results of the activity show an increase in partners' skills in developing more innovative, functional, and aesthetically valuable craft product designs. The resulting products include decorative ceramics based on local motifs, multifunctional textile products, and ceramic-textile combination crafts with an environmentally friendly approach. In addition, there has been an increase in partners' understanding of the importance of branding, product storytelling, and digital marketing. The impact of this activity not only increases the economic value of products but also strengthens local cultural identity and encourages digital transformation in the craft sector. Thus, digital technology-based craft product innovation can be an effective strategy for sustainable community empowerment.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong pelaku industri kreatif untuk memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi produk. Ayu Larasati Ceramic (AL Ceramic) sebuah brand keramik milik Ayu Larasati yang dikenal dengan desain organik, warna natural dan filosofi slow craft turut memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram dan situs website untuk memperkenalkan produknya. Penerapan Computer Vision ialah sebagai alat analisis Visual Merchandising untuk mengukur efektivitas konten platform digital AL Ceramic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lebih lanjut bagaimana Visual Merchandising berperan pada platform digital AL Ceramic serta mengidentifikasi elemen visual yang berpengaruh pada promosi produk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif yang bertumpu pada prinsip dan unsur Visual Merchandising. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan analisis visual pada konten media sosial instagram serta Website resmi AL Ceramic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AL Ceramic menerapkan prinsip Visual Merchandising secara konsisten dari visual yang tinggi, palet warna netral, pencahayaan lembut, dan layout minimalis yang selaras dengan identitas brand. Strategi ini tidak hanya memperkuat brand AL Ceramic tetapi juga berdampak positif terhadap engagement audiens. Dengan demikian, penerapan Computer Vision dapat menjadi instrument strategis untuk mengoptimakan Visual Merchandising serta menguatkan Branding AL Ceramic.

Abstract

Lukita Ceramic Studio is a craft business that produces a variety of high-quality ceramic products. Despite its unique and attractive products, the studio faces significant challenges in branding and digital marketing. In the increasingly digital era, it is important for artisans to understand and utilize effective branding and digital marketing strategies to increase the visibility and competitiveness of their products. This activity aims to optimize Lukita Ceramic Studio's branding and digital marketing through the application of Augmented Reality (AR) technology. By using AR, the studio can introduce ceramic products interactively to consumers, providing a more immersive and engaging experience. This technology allows customers to view and interact with products in 3D, thereby increasing consumer appeal and trust in the products offered. This community service activity is designed to achieve three main objectives: (1) increasing the understanding of Lukita Ceramic Studio artisans about the importance of branding and digital marketing; (2) implementing AR technology to introduce products interactively; (3) increasing sales of Lukita Ceramic Studio products in the market. The methodology used in this program includes needs analysis, training on branding and digital marketing, AR application development, and evaluation of implementation results. It is hoped that through this program, Lukita Ceramic Studio can increase brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and drive product sales growth. This way, Lukita Ceramic Studio will not only be able to compete locally but also have the potential to expand into a broader market.
